Douglas Bullet, known as the Demon Heir and former member of Gol D Roger's pirate crew, is one of the powerhouses of the One Piece world. At his young age, Bullet fought in the war of his home island as an expandable child soldier but to everyone's surprise, he survived the war and was known among his comrades for his unparalleled strength.

Unfortunately, Bullet was betrayed immediately after the war by his comrades and his superior. Fearing for his strength, they attempt to kill him but in the end, they fail and the country itself is destroyed by the same man who fought for them as a child soldier.

Douglas Bullet is the main antagonist of the One Piece: Stampe and fights purely to prove that he is the strongest. After Gol D Roger defeated him in the fight, Douglas Bullet joined his pirate crew to continue to fight his captain until he could defeat him. When Roger died, Bullet went on a rampage which the Navy resulted in Buster Call after failing to capture him even with thousands of marines and elites such as Garp and Sengoku. In the end, Bullet ends up in level 6 on Impel Down and would escape during the Battle of Marineford when Blackbeard breaks everyone out.

Douglas Bullet has all three Haki and is powerful enough to beat down most of the worst generations with ease (After time skip). He also ate the Clank Clank devil fruit and became an Assimilation Human who can assemble inanimate objects at will. With his awakened devil fruit, he is powerful enough to take down Navy, Pirates and Warlord of the Sea during the Pirate Festival. In sum, Bullet stands up to the reputation as a former crew member of legendary Gol D Roger's pirate group and strong enough to prove it.

"Join your organization? You expect me to follow you like a puppy? I saw a glimpse of your power and it's been a while since I felt the shiver from my back. I won't join you unless you are worth my time." Bullet said to Hades as he stayed in his seat and stayed in the shadow of the jail cell. There was no Haki or blood l.u.s.t from the Bullet but Hades felt the excitement from him as if the child was eager to open a present on Christmas morning.

"Fine, how about this, we can have our fight when we get out of here. If you win, you will get my title and everything I control but if I win, you will join my organization as my enforcer." Hades offers his deal to Bullet which he gladly accepts and stands up from his seat to approach jail cell bars.

"I accept the challenge, make sure you don't back away from the deal when the time comes. Don't disappoint me, young king." Bullet said as he brought out his right hand to shake Hades's hand. After both men finish sealing the agreement, Hades once again uses his gravity power to break the jail cell of the Douglas Bullet. Coming out from his jail cell, Bullet tower over Hades and other two people outside of the jail cell. After stretching and looking around, Bullet asked Hades one question that got everyone's attention.

"Are you freeing anyone else besides just us?" After Bullet said that, everyone in level 6 went berserk as they shouted to get Hades's attention. After looking around the jail cells, Hades said out loud so everyone can hear his response.

"I see no one else worth my time or have reason to hire any of them to wash dishes in my organization. I'm only taking only you and Shiryu as I intended from the beginning." With that, the entire level 6 went out of control as many of the prisoners wouldn't accept the disrespect from the young king. Among them, one voice got Hades's attention as a tall woman with black long hair and a long wicked nose called out Hades.

"You forget yourself that we are the worst of the worst from the eyes of the government. Do you honestly think you are better or stronger than us? Your little Haki demonstration got us off guard for a few seconds but we are much stronger than you. Now, free me from this cell so I can start my collection with that little girl's head." A large woman said to Hades and pointed her finger at Carina which made the thief girl fear for life as she put her hand on her neck. Seeing the coming chaos, Shiryu sheaths his sword and watches in the back to see how strong Hades is in an actual fight. For Douglas Bullet, he didn't care much as he was more focused on freeing his hands from the sea stone cuffs as Carina was busy working on it.

When the chant finally stopped, Hades stepped forward and stood in the middle of the prison chamber which many of the prisoners quietly watched. After a few seconds, Hades raises his right hand and positions the fingers into a snapping stance.

"Stop making a fool of yourself and open these cages so we can fight!" One of the prisoners shouted as he ran out of patience.

"Oh, I'm not doing this for nothing. If you survive what is coming to you next, I promise you that you will be free." With that Hades snapped his finger which instantly afterward, every single prisoners' head exploded at once, leaving no survivors. The heads exploded like a firework as if a bomb went off from the inside as all of the bodies in the jail cells dropped to the ground and blood spewed out like a geyser.

"I guess this means I won the fight," Hades said to himself and turned around to see a jaw dropped Carina and disturbed two former prisoners. Feeling as if he did something wrong, Hades asked three people a question.

"What? I fought them and I won. It's not like they were clear on how we were going to fight." Hades gave his excuse which Carina recovered from her shock and replied to Hades.

"For a god's sake, who would possibly survive that kind of power from you? Did you have to blow up their brains like that?" Carina explains why she disapproves of Hades's method while Bullet and Shiryu stay silent.

"I mean, I did say I will test them. Also, they are criminals locked up in the deepest corner of the prison in the world. I'm sure no one is going to miss them if they are alive or not. Oh, by the way, can you give me the fruit back? The one I gave you earlier." Hades finishes his explanation and asks Carina to return the persimmon. When Carina reached her back pouch and pulled out a fruit, to her surprise it wasn't the same persimmon but a strange fruit with nine orange colored tail shaped components.

"That's it, thank you for holding it for me," Hades quickly grabbed the devil fruit from Carina's hand and put it away into his back pouch which went to his inventory. He has a plan for this fruit and there are plenty of opportunities to test its ability in the future.

"Ok, we are done here. Let's get out of this prison and get some fresh air." With that Hades teleports the remaining three people in level 6 and himself to the outside world.

At the Same Time, Outside of the Impel Down,

"What do you mean the prison is in full lockdown? I was told by the Fleet Admiral himself that my friend and I can visit the Impel Down today." Doflamingo angrily said to Vice Warden Hannyabal as the vice warden blocked the main gate to the prison building.

"My apologies, I'm aware that you are visiting my prison today but currently we have a prison riot and we are following the protocols. No one can enter or leave the prison until all of the prisoners are apprehended." Hannyabal said to Doflamingo and his new 'crew member' Marshall D. Teach aka Blackbeard.

"Open the door, I will personally handle this riot and take care of lower-level criminals since you can't handle simple jobs!" Doflamingo pushes Hannyabal and other low-level prison guards to approach the Impel Down main door. Doflamingo explained his reason and gave a letter of approval with the stamp from the World Government to the warden. Even though Doflamingo and Blackbeard are visitors, they still went through the scanning process to make sure they didn't bring any contrabands. "This is Level 6: Eternal Hell, where prisoners are locked up to be forgotten from history, forever." Hannyabal proudly said and opened the door to give an epic entrance to the legendary prison level. But instead of 'wow' or admiration, he received angry shouts and panic from everyone.

With that Impel Down went into lockdown for the second time as no one including Doflamingo and Blackbeard were allowed to get out of the maximum prison for a few days.

A few days later, after lockdown is lifted, Doflamingo and Blackbeard return to Dressrosa with disappointment and empty hands as they fail to recruit and breakout level 6 prisoners. Meanwhile, Hades successfully made a prison break with two powerful allies and one freelancer as he maintains his surveillance on both Doflamingo and Blackbeard.
