Electrify

The conversation went on for a few more minutes before I shut it off. I flew over the crater a few more time just to make sure that I didn't miss anything. I was flying closer to the edge of the crater when I noticed a praying mantis, normally this wouldn't be a problem but this one was the size of a car. I flew closer to it and it looked straight at me. I turned on my senses to the maximum to analyze this thing but all I could see was a bunch of high functioning organs and a sort of weird looking musculoskeletal structure. Almost like this thing move with a bunch of bio mechanical hydraulics. I moved closer to it and it scurried away into the nearby forest. A part of me wanted to immediately kill it but my analysis told me that this was a natural creature and killing it would be bad move. I took a few pictures and portalled back to my cave. I sat down and began to meditate. Soon, I was in my mind looking at the memories of Mcu and MCEU, while there were a few reference to gigantism in animals but nothing concrete.

With a sigh, I woke up and began to work on the serums. A week soon, passed by and the extremist was finally completed, it would enhance my healing ability to beyond that of Logan while increasing the body strength to near Hulk strength when he has just transformed. Unlike Hulk whose strength would increase endlessly as he descends into rage, mine would be at a plateau but if I add SS serum into the mix, my cells would have a sort of minute adaptability which would increase my strength minutely every time I put my body under stress. I finally had a breakthrough in the SS serum department but as it turns out, it was a frightening dud and the cell went out in a fire explosion. This brought me closer to the end goal because just at the moment before explosion, the cells exhibited a increased metabolism and the adaptability. However, the energy influx was so great that they ended up exploding.

Fiore and I, usually spent the nights together and these was a bit of me that absolutely loved to just be with her, however the rest of me knew the war that was to be fought and the lives that would be lost. So, everyday I would hold her as much as I could before getting back to work. Fiore on the other hand spent most of the time with her company. Yes, she now owned the company, and it was doing great in decor and construction. She would spend a few hour experimenting with her powers and practicing her martial arts. There was no rush with her, her life spanned longer than a few nations and her strength would see her through to her natural end.

After nearly a month of pure research and experimentation, the SS serum was ready to be manufactured and administered. I began to set up the isolation chamber and set the machines to make the required amount for my body. The chamber was sort off vibranium based and should withstand the temperatures and the energy field should keep the entire process isolated until success or failure was confirmed. The process would take nearly a week or so. I sighed and relaxed after a long while. I was at the base just chilling with a beer and a few snacks when Fiore entered. She looked over at me and smiled before walking over. I offered her a beer which she readily accepted and took a long sip before talking.

" What is wrong? You feel worried." She asked leaning closer.

" Nothing much. I will be undergoing a procedure which will last for about a week or so." I said and pulled her closer.

"A procedure? Why do you need such a thing?" She asked and snuggled closer.

"For more power." I said causing her to look at me with wide eyes.

"Is this about that war you keep hinting at? Because if it is then I would like to under go the same thing." She said with a frown.

"It will not work for you at least in its current form. It was designed for me specifically and it will kill anything else." I said and kissed her gently.

"How dangerous is it?" She asked immediately breaking the kiss.

"Nothing too drastic, maybe bedridden for a few months but that's it" I said with a shrug but i immediately felt her tense up.

Maybe be being too nonchalant gave me away. Either way, I saw her eyes glowing with power before she pressed me down.

"Don't lie to me." She said glaring at me.

"It will either work or i will die." I said as i held her face.

She stared at me as the glow in her eyes softened and tears formed in her eyes. She got off me and walked to her room without looking back. I felt rage then sadness radiating from our connection. I sighed and walked to her room after a while. The room was unlocked and her was on her bed. I got on the bed and held her close.

"when?" She asked me.

"tomorrow." I answered.

She got up and began to take her clothes off. I was shocked silent as i looked at her in wonder. She had a blush on her face and ears as she looked at me with a smirk.

"are you sure about this?" I asked and she jumped on me.

The next morning i woke up beside a very n.a.k.e.d Fiore. I had realised many things last night and on of them was that the Asgardian women were fierce and the godly stamina translated very well on the bed. I got dressed and bought some into the room for her and gently woke her up. She sat up and did a little stretch which only accomplished in making me super horny. A few hours later, we were sat in the cafeteria silently eating food.

"See you in 10 days." I said and opened a portal near the lab.

"Hurry back." She said and we shared along kiss before I stepped through the portal.

I arrived in the lab and saw ancient One sitting on a chair nearby. She glanced at me and scanned me for a while before sighing.

"Master Maxwell, there are quite a lot of other ways to garner strength but i feel as though this is a bit extreme." She said as she stood up.

"Are you going to stop me?" I asked and she shook her head.

"No, but I came to ask you if you needed something done should you not survive?" She asked.

"keep my parents safe and keep an eye on Fiore. She is connected to life force and she might try to bring me back." I said and she nodded before disappearing.

I took out Amatsu and Frost from the tattoos and told them to stay in specially designed chambers with enough food to last a month. I got nude and climbed into the chamber after which the machine sealed me in tightly. I sighed and pressed a few buttons on the side to start the process. The needles penetrated everywhere and even into my bones before beginning to inject the serums into my body. Once the serum was thoroughly dispersed into my body, I flooded myself with energy form the dimension. At first it felt like a tickle but soon it turned in a burning sensation like no other. It was like placing your hand in hot oil but everywhere. Soon, it even began to affect my soul which would have been fascinating but considering the pain i was going through, it felt like entering into a new dimension of pain.

At some point during the process, I tried to access the dimension to escape the pain but was denied entry due to the shocking amount of energy being drawn into my body. At first it was just the Electricity being drawn but soon, Muon particles were drawn out and followed by the Grey Energy. It was actually the grey energy that was causing the pain to my soul. The piece of celestial armor the was absorbed into my finger began to grow and cover my entire body effectively changing me from a human to entirely something else. A pseudo celestial of sorts. The moment the metal began to react to the procedure, i instinctively knew that the procedure would no longer effect me after the metal covered my body. However, the process was slow and due to the constant pain, it felt even slower.

After what felt like an eternity, the celestial metal had covered my entire body and had effective replaced carbon as my base element. The energy flow stopped and the moment the pain stopped, i closed my eyes and fell unconscious. After sometime, I woke and looked at mu hands with glowed in blue light. the metal had cased me in an armor like layer which made me look like a robot instead of human. However, all the sense of touch was maintained and even enhanced to the point that i could feel the air by moving as slow as a snail. I concentrated a bit and felt that my original body was still there and with a thought the armor retracted inside myself. I sighed in relief and stood upright and entered the code to exit.

The first thing i did was to check on my beasts, and thank the whatever that they are fine. The food storage was nearly depleted and only about a few days worth was left over in Amatsu's situation while Frost had gorged himself into a round ball shape and was into hibernation when i had found him. I sighed and finally turned my attention to the deep analysis of my body. The results were interesting to say the least. My digestive tract ended at my stomach and the intestines were more or less completely replaced by many different organs of unknown processes. There was one particular spherical shaped organ which was gathering energy, which resembled electromagnetic waves but were clearly different. Other few organs were also gathering a few more types of energies and were storing then into another organ that looked like a bladder. Either way, the energies were far too minute in scale to be used in an experiment and judging by the rate of acc.u.mulation, they would take a few year before being able to be tested. I sighed at the development and stood in front of a mirror and willed the armor to surface.

It was amazingly good looking. The helmet was jet black in color with electric blue highlights running the length of the jaws which started from around the year. Almost all the large muscle groups were outlined by thing sort of smooth highlights while the deep black metal maintained a metallic sheen with a reflective surface. Things like n.i.p.p.l.es, eyes or the groin bulge were not high lighted which provided a sort of alien feel to the look. I grinned underneath the armor and retracted it into myself. I put on a bunch of civilian clothes and portalled to the Queens base. I took a bottle of vodka from the self and downed it completely without even the slightest buzz. With a disappointed sigh, i walked towards the main HQ. I stood outside the building and felt the Fiore was inside the conference room along with other electrified presence, most likely Thor. I summoned my phone and browsed through the bunch of the stuff i had missed.

The biggest alert was diverted towards the Atlantic Ocean about a Thousand kilometres off the coast of Puerto Rico. Based off the sightings of underwater lights and blast tremors picked on the sonars detected, the theory was either an ongoing underwater alien war or a new type of underwater super volcanic eruption. Either way, Shield was completely hands on and were trying to establish eyes in the area but the drones kept getting shot down or never reached the area at all. A nuclear submarine sent for recon was never recovered after a freak communication blackout. The word on the rumor was Atlantis.

Minor Shield operation had detected a resurgence of a few dead Agent with their full memory intact. Everything was there biologically. There was one memory gap, from their death to the their arrival in front of Shield. Many suspected Skrulls or clones but those theories were debunked almost immediately by either DNA test or a memory inspection of the agents in question. I suspected Necromancy and Soul Arts involved but those theories i could not upload onto the shield without backlash from both Magical Communities and even the Shield itself. I shook my head and moved onto other stuff.

The final issues was really mind blowing and the one i was trying to prevent. The remaining section of Hydra had finally began to resurface and their first move was to experiment on Magneto's daughter with the Spectre. This had sent Magneto in a rage and he destroyed the facility despite his daughter's objections. They had moved onto a different facility in Sokovia the one which had been wreaked by the Avengers and swept clean by Shield. The Scepter was acquired and was then handed to Tony to run a few basic tests alongside Dr. Banner. Tony created Ultron AI which and promptly turned evil and killed JARVIS. JARVIS had luckily scrambled the Nuclear code and those were then handed to TACT who safe guarded them and retreated into the orbital satellite. Reed then digitally nuked Ultron which caused him to retreat and lay low to hide from him.

I chuckled at the sightly different re enactment of the film and finally entered the HQ with confidence. The shield badge hung on my waist and the first Agent to recognise it retreated in respect and awe. While, i no longer had the baby face as before, I was still no where near a rugged as the average agent. I walked slowly till i reached the conference room but just as i entered Fiore hugged me and kissed me deeply. We separated after a long kiss.

"I told you not to worry." I said as i held her closely.

"Of course i would be worried." She said initiating another kiss.

"Kiddies, except for Spidey here. No one is enjoying your PDA." Tony said.

That brought us back to reality and we both looked embarrassed. Thor on the other hand looked livid. The entirety of the New York was covered with storm clouds and the sky light up with thousands of lightning bolts.

"Brother, if you dare move. I will wreak you garden in Asgard." Fiore threatened.

"Like i care about that." He said and leapt at me.

I dodged a few punches at first but caught one surprising all of us in the room.

"Thor, i have nothing but love and respect for Fiore. All i don't need your permission for anything." I yelled and let his fist go.

"I know." He said standing straight but he caught my hand and threw me into the floor.

The actual event did not hurt me but it was surprising to see the new resilience of my body. Even after crashing through three floor inside a shield building, I didn't break anything nor was I majorly bruised. At most , i felt like a hard friendly slap on my back. I stood up and jumped back into the room where Fiore and Peter had encased Thor in Vines and Webs while Tony had Thrown an energy field locking down Thor and preventing him from moving.

"Guys, relax." I said drawing attention to me.

"How are you still standing?" Peter asked in shock.

"New mutation. I am now very resilient." I said and dusted myself off.

"Fine." Tony said grabbing his gadget while Fiore retracted her vines.

Thor had to burn off the webs and was just as surprised at me. Fury glared everyone into another room and the discussion started again. While, Bruce was more leaning towards Ultron heading towards palladium storage and Tony complained that it would be useless as he could get that from local missile silos. Thor kept to himself while glaring at me once in a while. An Fiore was with Thor but she only flirtatiously glanced at me. Peter was running a whole bunch of algorithms trying to ping Ultron's location on the net. Fury was glaring at Tony who had caused the situation.

"Tony, give me one damn reason why you thought that this was a great idea." Fury yelled slamming his hand on the table.

"Because if i had succeeded then the shit storm that was New York invasion would have never happened." He yelled back. "We are only a group of people and we sure as hell could not have taken them all. Hell, it was sheer luck that the aliens had died due to their ship blowing up. Else, there would have been another few million deaths."

"Then why does that thing want to end humanity?" Natasha asked.

"That would be because, it was programmed to stop extinction level threats and humanity is the greatest extinction level threat against us." Peter said without looking up from the screen.

"Isn't there a law of robotics to stop this." Clint said looking at Peter.

"There is but due to the corruption from the Sceptre it was over written or ignored." Peter explained.

"This is Loki's fault again?" Clint said as he looked at Thor.

"No, my brother doesn't have nearly enough powers to do such schemes. It must be the one who gave Loki the Sceptre." Thor said solemnly.

"So, another dude after earth. Why do they go after us?" Clint complained.

"Do you know this person?" Fury asked and Thor shook his head.

"We have speculations but nothing of surety." Thor said.

"Aren't you guys gods? Omniscient and all that." Tony scoffed.

"We are not gods. We are Asgardians, a race which is intimately connected to the universe and able to ascend to godhood but we aren't born as such. Maybe All Father knows but if hasn't said anything then we aren't supposed to know." Thor said.

"Does that mean that mutants like him and others are gods as well." Peter asked.

"I don't know about other Mutants but Electro here has taken his steps towards it or maybe even reached it. Just like my sister here." Thor looked with pride at Fiore.

"What? I didn't have the awakening like yours. The ceremony was never done for me." Fiore said in bewilderment.

"Sister, if there was a ceremony that granted godhood than there would have me thousands more like me. We achieve Godhood and then the ceremony is done in our honor." Thor said patting her shoulder.

"What are the condition of achieving this state." Peter asked.

"What ever your boundary, you must be powered by it and not the other way around." He said.

"The hell does that mean. The bow and arrow should power me?" Clint asked.

"Yes, if that is your boundary. I must say that there is no teaching to be done for this. You get there on your own or you don't." Thor said. "Grandfather Bor reached this the moment he was born. Father said that he is not even half as strong as him." Thor said looking at Fiore.

"Wow, he said that." Fiore asked and he nodded.

"Yes, when Loki and I were kids, during one of our lessons. I thought he exaggerated but apparently he destroyed hundreds of enemy realms in his conquest." Thor said before frowning. "We will talk about this later." Thor said closing himself to questions.

"The f.u.c.k. You cant stop now. How do I become a god? Answer me." Clint yelled.
