Elemental Dissonance.

With a big splash, Bilal's body dived into the water, without a moment's delay it started swimming in the water like a professional swimmer who has been practising for years. If Bilal wasn't unconscious now he would've never believed he was ever capable of swimming this great. 

"Do you think you can escape from this Ice Lord just by jumping into a river? Playtime's Over." 

A loud voice echoed on the cavern's empty walls and reached the depths of the river where Bilal's body was swimming. 

A massive whirlwind started brewing on top of the cliff's edge the temperature was lowering so much that the Ice began spreading down the cliff and started freezing the River's water, The Frozen waters then started forming multiple chains of Ice with the intention of chasing down and binding Bilal.

Suddenly Bilal's body accelerated in a never seen before burst of speed, along the River's high currents his body tried outrunning the Ice chains which was chasing him like crazy. Stroke upon stroke his body tried matching the current flow of the River while escaping from the chains, but it looked like the chains were dead set determined on binding him as they too accelerated to match his speed. 

The chase seemed like a never-ending one, bit by bit Bilal or rather his body started slowing down and this implied the end of both his stamina and life.

The Ice chains which was chasing Bilal for quite some time leapt out of the water and pounced at Bilal's back was openly exposed in the water with no chance of escape. Just as it was about to touch the body, a spectacular event occurred within that frame of moment, which surprised the mysterious talking Ice shard greatly. 

Bilal's body suddenly started becoming translucent the very moment it was about to be hit by the chains. They passed through Bilal's body as if he wasn't even here and it was only his projection that was remaining. Before the Tool can even react his translucent body started vanishing bit by bit. And with a 'flash' the body faded away like it was never there at all. 

"Wait, What? How can that be? Planar Submergence?!?!" the Ice shard exclaimed in a genuinely surprised voice. 

A massive amount of Blue particles suddenly bursted out of nowhere enveloping the Ice shard and just like before it started exhibiting amazing shaping capabilities, as it began forming a Humanoid shaped conglomerate in the air, within a span of a few seconds a massive 2 meters tall humanoid ice statue appeared out of the conglomerate with a Shining blue shard of ice embedded between it's eyebrows. 

The statue seemed like an embodiment of frost and cold, as a massive layer of snow particles started brewing and roaming around his figure like kids circling their parents. 

It seemed that the statue was in a hurry as it jumped off the cliff within an instant of its formation, it dived into the air while a magical scene unfolded as it started flying like a rocket launched in the air. It exhibited a great flying speed and arrived at the spot from where Bilal vanished within a few flashes of seconds. 

"Looks like playtime really had to be over now." the statue said unnaturally without moving either his lips or tongue. It raised its hands in the air while standing on a thin layer of Ice. 

As if the surrounding blue particles have got their permission by the Ice statue's action, they surrounded the water's surface and began forming a gigantic Ice cube in the place where Bilal was last present. 

"This millennium's Dissonance is very interesting, never knew there was a plane where humans with two spirits reside, I gotta talk to the Avatars." the statue murmured in a low voice and drifted away into the waters.

Al Nasir general hospital. 

Inside an overcrowded hospital room, a young man was lying down on a flushy white bed with his eyes closed. Just then, the young man suddenly opened his eyes and turned his head around probably looking for someone or something. 

"You're so stupid Bilal, of course, you would be on a Hospital bed after a Truck accident and not inside a cave, Haha" Bilal murmuring with a reassuring expression on his face. 

He then restarted looking around the area beside his beds, trying to look for the individual who must've brought him away from the incident place and Hospitalised him. He gotta property thank that person that saved him away from the claws of death. 

Before he can enjoy his moment of the piece, the monotonic familiar voice assaulted his hearing once again, as several lines of white text appeared into his eyesight.

[Current Date & Time: 13th September 2019, 11 AM.]

[Releasing motor and sensory controls.] 

Before he could comprehend what was going on and why is he still hearing the Tool's voice, he saw a tall, muscular man wearing an office suit coming towards his bed, the man arrived and stopped before Bilal while looking at him.

"Hey, so you're finally awake, huh?" the Tall man asked wi a somewhat glad expression on his face.
