Elemental Dissonance.

Chapter 7 - 7 - Madman and the Ravens(3).

After Clarec left, four fully armed guards covered in kevlar from head to toe arrived at the Interrogation room and transferred him to his designated 'special' cell by handcuffing him. On the way to his new 'home', he saw many of his prison mates, almost half of them were either insane or pretended to be insane, one of those madmen tried getting in the way of his convoy, but he was interrupted midway and was thrown into the sideways by one of that kevlar dr.a.p.ed guard with a stun gun.

The prisoner seemed wise as he tried pretending to be unconscious, but the guards of this facility were decisive and merciless, as the guard quickly dashed towards the sideways and gave the convict an electric shock on his neck, truly rendering him unconscious. Seeing the physical fitness and decisive manner of the guards made Joseph terrified, all the escape plans he had in his mind vanished with a poof of smoke.

'So it's a facility for madmen huh? It's good thing that I don't have to interact with these folks, hurray solitary confinement.' he thought, they entered the inner domain of the facility, where the prisoners were no longer free, all of them were locked into their cells, shortly, they arrived at his cell and one of the guards took out a bunch of keys from his pocket and opened up his cell while uncuffing him. They pushed him into the cell and locked it once again.

As he entered the cell, he truly got to know how important he was to somebody, his cell didn't seem like a prison cell to him, instead it seemed more like a 5-star hotel's suite it had all the facilities one would expect in a 5-star suite, it had a bathroom, bedroom, living room, and mini kitchen. It was fully air-conditioned and a 40 inch LED TV was installed for his entertainment. There were beautiful paintings on the walls and a one-way telephone installed just for someone to get into contact with him.

He really wondered whoever had done an awesome job, but didn't waste time over this issue any longer, because he believed whoever had done all this would contact him certainly within a short period of time from the telephone.

Till then, it would be a bliss life to him inside the prison except for the interrogation room.

He lied down on the bed with a remote control in his hand while his gaze fixated on the LED TV doing the same thing as he was doing in the interrogation room.

'Haha, it looks like I'm a good source of TRP for these bastards.' Joseph concluded that after browsing through all the news channels. Almost every channel and newspaper publication was covering his news and was earning millions easily just by headlining it.

Waiting for someone to contact him, he got bored and tired at the same time, yawning he tried taking a nap. Suddenly out of nowhere, an eerie crackling voice echoed into his head.

"I've been observing you for quite a while, you have immense potential and your spirit mind just needs a slight push to awaken. Do you want to be my disciple?"

Frightened by the sudden intrusion of the voice, he sprang out of bed like a startled bunny. And glared in every corner of the room, but couldn't find anything no matter how many times he looked. He then came to a conclusion 'I shouldn't have trusted these guys, it's not even day 1 and they've already started administering hallucinogens, maybe my days wouldn't sail as smooth as I'd expected.'

He then turned off the AC, because he thought it was being administered through that. But the voice didn't stop and echoed into his mind once more.

"I'm not a hallucination kid, you can hear my voice now because your spirit mind is on the verge of awakening."

'Not even my Xeon-90 series of drugs are this effective, I wonder how did they program the hallucination it sounds so real and convincing.'

"You're still not convinced that I'm real huh, why don't we have a good chat? "

"First of all I don't talk with hallucinations and secondly even if you are real can you even help me escape this facility? These guards are armed to the teeth like they're are not here to guard some prisoners but are here to fight against the Taliban." He spoke in his mind.

"If I can give you proof that I'm real and can help you escape from here, would you acknowledge me as your teacher?"

" Oh sure, prove it to me."

"As you wish" the voice replied and suddenly the metal door of his cell that was made up of an unknown alloy started creaking and trembling. Then with a 'bang' the metal door blasted away from the frame and got stuck into the front wall like an arrow.

'How…How can this be…' Joseph was gobsmacked of his senses when he saw this, he couldn't even utter a sentence witnessing this.

"Now you have two options, either believe in me and acknowledge me as your master or I'll just outright kill you.

So what do you choose?."

"Quite some options you got there." Joseph said with an awkward and unnatural smile on his face. He quickly made up his mind and said. "I acknowledge you as my master, please guide me."

"It seems you're sincere too huh, I accept you as my student too, let's go, the guards would be coming any second."

"Can't you just outright eliminate them, teacher?"

"I could've before bursting the door, I've consumed quite a lot of Spirit power and it would take a lot of time to regenerate it. Don't worry, your teacher would protect you from any lethal damage just follow my instructions."
