Endless Adventure

I looked at the place where our house had to be existing but there was nothing there except the scraps and waste. I looked around and found out that the surrounding houses also changed but their layout did not. I knocked on the most unfamiliar door.

The door was opened by an old lady. I looked at her and with a warm smile I asked, "I was here 7 years ago but I remember there was a house at that place. Do you know what happened to it?" I pointed at the place our house existed while asking her.

Old lady looked at that place and answered, "Yes I do! But why would I tell you?"

I warmly put my hand on my pocket and took out my wallet. From it I took my Hunter License and gave my wallet to her and saying, "You can have this as my appreciation for you."

She looked at my Hunter License and demanded, " That thing on your hands looks like a credit card. I want it too!"

I was nice to her because as a gentleman I have to respect women and elderly, but she totally angered me. What infuriated me is that every minute I spend with her I feel like wasting precious time which could be used to save my

family. With fast hand speed I snatched my wallet back and released part of my bloodl.u.s.t.

I looked at her angrily and yelled, "Answer me now you old hag or I'll show you what it means to experience hell!"

She was so scared that she almost feinted, but she still answered me, "I'm really sorry! Please don't kill me! I'll tell you everything! Five years ago I moved here. There was a house in a place you showed me. There lived the family of four. One young woman and her 3 adopted sons. They all lived happily. Her sons found a good job and were in good condition but a year ago a great fire occurred in this region of the City. House and the people inside were burned down. As this place was emptied out new waves of trash were thrown here. That why you can't see the traces of the fire."

I ignored her and knocked on other unfamiliar door this time I didn't act nice and quickly released my bloodl.u.s.t. From the owner of the house I got the same story of fire and their life.

I was quite confused as their story did not make sense. I grew up with Damon and I know that he was the closest friend to everyone. It did not make sense that he never visited my mother and brothers. I looked at that person and asked, "Do you remember the names of the brothers?"

He carefully looked at me and hiding nothing he answered, "Yes I do? Their names were Axel, Rhys and Damon. As they frequently helped me."

I was more confused by his words. After hearing three brothers lived here I assumed they were Axel, Rhys and Enzo. Damon works as an assassin that's why I never considered him to be living here peacefully with Beatrix, Axel and Rhys. What confused me more is where did Enzo go to.

After 2 years I left those people came here. I know almost everything for last five years but know nothing about what happed two years after my disappearance.

But I know one thing and that is Organization knows everything. I never used their ID given to me but it came in handy now as I was heading for the headquarters of the Organization.

When I arrived before the headquarters I could not believe my eyes as it changed too much. From being broke down twenty story building it became a towering sixty floor long tower.

I entered the building but my ID was rejected by the guard. Ignoring him I powered my punch with Ko and punched the door. It was too fragile as it broke down easily. I went inside right away.

What I saw when I entered the building was a big screen showing my brother, Damon's face.

When I saw it I was happy as it would mean Beatrix, Axel and Rhys are at least alive. I couldn't control my tears and started to cry. When I stopped and looked around I saw that I was surrounded by the guys pointing a machine guns at me. It was that time I remembered that before entering the building I broke the door using Ko. Now I was surrounded by the people from the Organization.

I looked at the guy that looked like leader as he had 4 stars and asked, "Hey you, Yes you! Come here and tell me where Damon is!"

He looked at me and answered, "What Damon? Who're you talking about?"

I pointed at that big screen and answered, "I'm talking about him."

That four star assassin looked over the big screen and answered, "He's not Damon but the greatest assassin of our organization. The Devil King, Enzo."
