Well before going to the new world I have to address two problems one of which is to reincarnate with my abilities or not. When I arrived at BHNA world all my Hatsu abilities turned into Quirks and if I now reincarnate into One Piece world would my quirks become Devil Fruit powers?

Devil Fruits are mystical and mysterious fruits found throughout the One piece world that, when consumed, provide the eater a special ability, depending on the type and variation of the fruit itself. With only one notable exception, an individual can only acquire the powers of a single Devil Fruit. This is not a problem for me as my body is strong enough to have many quirks and having many Devil fruits wouldn't kill me.

The problem is that devil fruit users are weak against water. Devil Fruit users are susceptible to all types of water. The only requirement for it being if it's moving or not. Moving water, like rain or waves, does not weaken Devil Fruit users, while standing water does. This weakness further is intensified when you know that One piece world is covered in water and there is no large chunks of lands like continents but some small islands.

How could I have weaknesses. Perfect creature isn't perfect if he has a weaknesses.

Other problem I had to consider is if my Quirk "ULTIMATE" would become a devil fruit or not. It may seem obvious to other people because if it's supernatural power then it has to become a devil fruit when I travel to One Piece world. But in One Piece world not every supernatural power came from devil fruits. Some of them came from different races. Mermaids for example could communicate with fishes and command them. There are variations of this power that appeared in One Piece world. Fish-man Jinbe could communicate with whales and one of the Ancient weapons Poseidon, mermaid princess of ancient times, could communicate with and control Sea Kings. Sea Kings are sea creatures which are generally much larger than the normal ones.

Without my Quirk "ULTIMATE" I can't evolve my race so I have to reincarnate with it. But if we look from the other angle this Quirk can be counted as a racial supernatural power.

After sorting out everything I decided to reincarnate with "ULTIMATE". If it becomes devil fruit I just have to make myself so strong that even if water weakens me I could still fight. If it becomes a racial supernatural power then I have nothing to worry about.

I used "Double" Quirk and made a doppelgänger. After that I used "Cocoon" and changed him. After obtaining millions of quirks I upgraded many of my quirks. This also includes "Cocoon". After I upgraded it new ability was available for me. That ability let me change the personality, memories and body of the person who was inside my cocoon. I made so that my doppelgänger wouldn't betray me and do whatever I program him to do. I programmed him to act as me when I'm not in this world and keep obtaining many quirks. After that using "ULTIMATE" I transferred all my quirks to him. "ULTIMATE" was combination of my "Kleptomaniac", "One for All", "All for One", "Overhaul" and "Biokinesis" Quirks. After I fused them, using "ULTIMATE" I could still use abilities for of the fused quirks.

After making a doppelgänger and programming him I asked my Royal Guards to come to my office. It took less than a minute for everyone to gather. I already obtained three one way tickets for my Royal Guards. When I looked at them something was odd. All of them were shaking it started happening few days ago when I evolved my human form into arc-human form. looked at Youpi and asked, "Did something happen to you? Why are you shaking like crazy?"

Youpi without a hesitation answered, "Your highness, for few days whenever I look at you I feel inferior. Before this I only felt inferior to your Chimera Ant form but now even in your human form I feel inferior!"

Maybe this is the bonus ability of my new form? I really don't care!

I looked at my Guards and started to kill them. After killing them I fed their bodies to my doppelgänger so that he can save their Quirks.

After sending them to the One Piece world I killed myself. My destination was One Piece world 913 years before the main storyline.

(A.N: First I wanted him to reincarnate 1000 years before but then I remembered that all the cool stuff happened in Void century which is 900-800 years before the main storyline. So I reincarnated him 13 years before the start of Void century.)

I opened my eyes and looked around the place I was in. Because I was already an arc-human I wasn't like other children. Even thought I was just born my brain was already developed and could hold my mind.

When I opened my eyes the first thing that came to my line of sight was a beautiful woman with golden hair. Next to her was a strong looking middle aged man wearing a crown. They both were dressed in extravagant clothing showing that I was born in a wealthy family. Not to mention the crown in middle aged mans head. Soon after looking at me the middle aged man left and went somewhere. The golden haired woman then game me to something. That thing had a really hard hand. I moved my body to see what it was. It was a...robot? Did I reincarnate in the right place?
