I pointed to the appraisal room. I picked up my book and stated reading again.

Old man's Gibson went in to the appraisal room first, coming out he looked disappointed.

Taking out his phone he send the people outside in the cars a massage.

Before I know it the entire shop was filled with people, but for some reason they were quite.

From young to old, man, women there was every variation.

"All of you will go in to that room one at a time those that have a result of C or higher come talk to me."

having given his orders he came back to the counter.

" Are there any books that I can buy here."

"Everything on the shelf's is for sail they cost between 1.000 to 20.000 pounds per person you want to learn the knowledge."

"No I mean the actual books, I want to buy the original."

I was kind of surprised that there was some body that wanted the actual book, sure they can pass it around as they like and don't have to come here every time but without the orbs It's gone take them months to memorize just a couple of books.

I pointed at one of the younger girls that this old man broth here.

She looked at me with the are you talking to me look in her eyes.

"Yes you, your now in charge of the store make sure every time some one enters that room they pay you 100 pounds. If they want to buy something else just make sure to put it on the list of sold goods and make sure they pay all prices are on the books."

She had brown blond hear, a pretty face and we'll developed body the perfect sales person.

"Make sure every one pays."

Seeing her hesitate old man Gibson interfered.

After hearing what the old man said she walked up to the counter.

"Yes sir, I'll make sure every one pays."

I noted at her and past her a ring, I pretended to take out of a drawer behind the counter.

Obviously I toke it out of my storage space but I don't want them to know that.

I put everything I sell in the store in that ring.

It's normal looking silver ring with with a small black stone and some ingrained on it.

It's a storage ring with more then 20 cubic meters incise of it on.

as she put on the ring she couldn't hide the shock in her eyes.

I didn't need to explain how to use it, it's such a simple tool a kid could use it.

"Let's talk upstairs."

I said walking towards the stairs.

He didn't hesitate for a second before following me up.

I toke him and his bodyguards to my living room. I sat down and pointed to the empty sofa opposite to me.

Once we were all seated I decided to start the conversation.

"Do you want something to drink?"

"No, we're good."

He liked very relaxed siting there like has doen it a thousand times before.

"Ok let's get right to business."

I don't like all that needles talking I want to hear a proposal and tell him whether I agree or not.

"First I would like to ask. Do you have any idea what those monsters are, we're they came from, will there be more. Just so that I can decide what to do next and what I need to by.

That's to be expected. Suddenly monsters appear all around the world then some mage obviously they are connected.

"To put it real simple, the world reached a state of maturity causing as now sort of energy to develop it self, magic this email cause monsters, pure messes of magic energy to manifest them self's answer already existing creatures to evolve adapt to these changes."

This is all I could figure it out so fare but there are still some questions unanswered, why monsters and not some sort of spirit, why did the endless dungeon appear and why was I the only one affected by its appearance?

Old Gibson had a look on his face like his world has just collapsed, it sort of did.

"So, how long will this go one?"

"Normal you 4 to 6 years. But don't weary I made sure we have at least 10. don't get your hopes up they will become a lot stronger, right now they are just level 3 to 8 but later they can become level 70, 80 may maybe more. "

"Shit."

That was the only reaction I'm got out of him.

I told him the true because I hope to work together with them for at least a will.

"Now that you know, what do you want to buy?"

"I don't know, this is just to much of of a chock to be honest ."

"Let me propose something to you then. Let's make a sect, like those sects in western novels. we take in talented youths and train them."

I originally trow this idea away because I can't do this alone, without money, connections, political power..

But now I got a man siting in front of of me with all of that and he has just realized what kind of situation he's realy in.

"How do you plan to do that."

"The sort of sect I want to create has a basic 9 tier social system outer disciples, inner disciples, core disciples, true disciples, elder, grand elders, vice sect leader, sect leader and the ancestor. I can give you ten appraisal formations to scout talented disciples anyone with a rank C talent is automatically accepted as outer disciples to see with B as inner disciples... Elders are like the teacher's, they guide the kids in there training, grand elders act like a ceo of sorts, they will all have there own departments like sword arts, bows, production classes... to take care of. vice sect leaders are like your right and left hand man and you'll be the sect leader."

"And you'll be the ancestor I assume."

"Obviously but I'll also be the one to set up all the formations that are gone keep our sect safe and all the techniques your gone be teaching those kids, I'm the one to power level the people you want to put in charge so they are strong enough to uphold the rules, It's me how has to keep every one safe so you can focus on training the youngsters that our future is gone depend on."

"But then why do you need me? you could just make the sect your self right."

" Do you have any idea how old I am, I'm retired, the only reason I am here is to make sure humanity doesn't go extinct. I don't want the extra work but you want to survive. So I made this sect plan. Take it or leave it."

I realy hope he takes it, it would spare me much work.

"Ok how do you want to start."

"Haha, good. I'm gone buy a mountain from the government, that's were we're gone build the sect. make sure to clear a budgets for the construction of a small city."

I toke a blueprint out of my storage space and rode it out on the table.

It was just and simple three wall 4 district d.e.s.i.r.e the outer wall is were the outer, inner and core disciples are gone live, train, study...

The second wall is were the true disciples and elders live, it will also have the main library, mission hall, scroll hall, potion hall...

The last wall is were the great elder, vice sect leader and sect leader live. It's also were the most important treasure and books are stored.

As I explained all these things and answered some questions like:

Q: you said that the sect is gone be build on a mountain in the blueprint it's a plain.

A: I will use magic to change the terrain, except the outer wall the rest will just be higher up the mountain like a wedding cake.

Q: what's the mission hall

A: it's were the disciples take mission like: kill this, get that...

After a hour of talking we went back down stairs.
