After they left I was surprised to see people sitting at the table in the middle of the shop busy reading all sorts of books.

I went to the counter.

I vent upstairs to my study then used teleportation magic to go to the underground world there I started clearing more space this time I put all there rock in a tier 10 storage ring so that I can compres it later.

I have to clear this area before tomorrow and setup a couple dozen formations.

The core formation told me that everyone left and the door is closed, the door has been reinforced with a barrier And like formation making it impossible too open whithout my promision.

The next day I stud up early to go inspect my new mountain quickly I used earth magic to create 3 meter tike and 10 meter high pilots leaving 100 meters in between everyone to mark my territory and then started remodeling the terrain making the top of the mountain higher using using the rock from the underground base then flattening the top this is were the sect leaders are gone live I decided to then defend the mountain just 200 meters before flattening that area making then making a wall 10 meters high around the edge 2.50 meters t.h.i.g.h using the stone I got from the underground base. then going down 500 more meters I did the same but made the wall 25 meters high and 5 meters t.h.i.g.h, I wanted to start making defensive formations but by this time it was 14:00 so I had to go meet Mr. Gibson.

Using teleportation magic I went to the show, they weren't there yet so I started working on the formations, I started with making the 160 defensive, detection formations for on the 1 stone pillars around the mountain whit these I can detect any creatures in a 10km radius around my territory around if needed I can activate it to make a semicircular barrier equivalent to around tier 10 spell.

In just 1 hour I made 50 of these.

I didn't even need to look outside to know Mr. Gibson and 2 others were walking towards my shop one big man build like a bear and a woman with blond hair and blue eyes.

the bear tried to open the door for mister Gibson but it wouldn't move un inch, Mr. Gibson walked to the front and tried to knock but before his hand even reached the door it opened.

"Come upstairs I'm in the living room."

I said using magic to make sure my voice reached down stairs.

Moments later I saw the door open and signaled for them to sit down.

"I assume they are gone be the vice sect leader."

"Yes."

"Good. I'm the shopkeeper were going to be working together from now on. Have you told them our plan?"

"No I thought it may be better to do that here."

He seems to be afraid of others finding out about our plan.

It's understandable.

Suddenly we were in a huge underground cave, this is were I plan to make my own personal space. Full of plants, animals running water everything.

I was presently surprised Mr. Gibson has B+ rank talent for both swords and cultivation.

Alex the bear man has A+ rank for fist fighting and B for ice magic.

it's hard to describe how happy I am with that result someone with B rank talent can become a master with S rank a grandmaster he may only have A+ talent but talent can also increase or decrease in the right situations and with the right guidance.

Andrei the blond girl as a B+ for alchemy but the rest is C+ at best.

"Ok. Let's get started Mr. Gibson You gone be learning how to be 'swordsman' and 'cultivation'." I passed him a 5 star sword cultivation technique. " It's simple you'll be fighting with swords and learn how to change the magic energy in your body to qi energy."

"Andrea your talent is in 'alchemy' but we don't have the material to learn that now. So study 'fire magic' as a form of self defense." 'Fire magic' is one of the things she has C+ talent for.
