I saw the man how's leg I cured this mornings walk in to the store.

"So walking again I see."

"Yes, first of all thank you very much. You said that you wanted the house door as payment right?"

He truly seemed thankful that I helped him even if I did it for selfish reasons.

"That's the deal. I cure your leg you give me that building."

He took out a key and put it on the table.

"This is the key to the front door,. Do you perhaps have any more of those scrolls you used on me?"

I pointed to one of the shelf's.

"Those are lists of all the scrolls I sell, the one I used one you was tier 6 I only sell those up to tier 4 here."

I took a book out of my inventory and put it on the table.

"This book has about a 100 different formations in it tiers 5 to 7 you can buy any one you want. Tier 5 cost 500.000 pounds, tier 6 1 to 5 million and tier 7 cost 10 to 25 million. Chose wisely the last guy didn't buy any and is probably gone regret it for the rest of his life."

I looked at the clock and noticed that it was already 13:30, I may not need to eat but Rose, the water magic girl I only know her name because of the appraisal magic, surely dose.

I stud up and walked to the door. I suddenly remembered that the guy with the now fixed leg was still there. Turning around I said.

"You can stay here if you want, don't try to steal anything there are formations set up every were in this shop."

He probably already know that, I'm selling formations against stealing to after all obviously I set some up in the shop.
