The next day.

They arived at about 10:00 we all gathered in my living room again.

I started by explaining the plans for the next week.

"6 days from now our sect will officially do it's first mass recruitment, but before that we need to prepear. All three of you will do a diferente task.

One of you will build the sect HQ, you'll do this by getting some sponsors, any one can sponser us by just giving us money, have there companies help build the sect, don't weary about transporting the heavy construction equipment up the mountain I'll give you a storage ring for that.

The sponsors will be allowed to enroll a number of disciples in to the sect, the number depends on there contribution.

Don't except anything from the government they'll try some funny shit again and I don't feel like dealing with them.

This person will also be in charge of marketing the recruitment, to make sure we get a lot of potential disciples.

Next the elders they're the once that help the disciples with there studies, the disciples them self's have to pay the elders but it's still important we have at least 200 elders of all diferente kindes.

He will also set up the teleportation formations, 3 in England and 17 in Europe all these formations will stay there and be used by the sect. They will all be located close to cotys with high monster activity.

One of you will be training them, but only 150 in magic and production classes the I'll give you all the materials needed later.

the last on of you will take the rest of the elders about 50 to africa and raid monster villages, camps even town and plunder all there stuff like armor, weapons, ore, herbs, books...

I'll also give that person a storage ring to put all the loot in.

and a tool to identify any useful items."

I was very pleased with the plan because I don't have to do anything of course I'm also going out to gather resources.

Although Africa has a lot of monsters there realy not that strong, average at best but because there isn't a united military power there but only smaller independent groups the monsters have a much easier time building there bases and gathering resources.

And thus they are the best target.

"Ok how wants to do what?"

"I'll go gather some sponsors, I'm the most well connected and have been in the dullness for so long there is no one in power I don't know."

Mr. Gibson spoke first he made the obvious choice.

"Good, here is the plan for the entire sect make sure the outer layer is done in 2 weeks. these are the locations were the portals are gone be laced and in this ring is everything you might need. "

I took out the sect blueprint and pointed at the areas a I wanted build first,then I handed him a storage ring.

"Sir I'll train the elders in magic and production, I'm already very femiliar with all basic magic and alchemy so I think I'm the best choice."

I handed her a ring full of all books about basic tier 1 to 4 magic and production.

"Here is a formation that slowed down time 5 so you have 25 days to train them in magic, I'll teleport your group to the underground base late. About the elders,7 I want you 3 to work together to select 200 trustworthy individuals and make sure you come back here in 3 hours."

Then I looked at Alex. And put another ring on the table.

"Guess you're going to Africa."

He didn't seem surprised. I wouldn't be either Mr. Gibson has to much to do here and Andrea can't realy fight she only knows magic for self defense.

They left as fast as they could already making calls before leaving the door.

Selecting and bringing 200 trustworthy people in only 3 hours is gone be difficult but doable.

I went in toy study to prepear a map for Alex with all the locations of big and mid sized monster villages on it.

Being level 40+ he could easily destroy and loot these places but that not the only thing he's gone have to do he's there to train the elders.

I also scouted some locations for my self.

3 hours later I was pleased to find a big crowed of people gather before my store.

By the way I told Rose the shop would be closed today.

Opening the door I said.

"Come in. At and in a line in front of me."

"Here is the deal. I'm sure most if not all of you have heard about what were gone do. You've all been selected to become elders of the sect we're building. I don't know why you've been shosen and neither do I care I'm just helping them. Now for the next 6 days all of you will be training to become strong enough to be wordy of being called a elder."

It seems that all of them already knew this, that makes my job easy.

"You'll all come here one by one to be appraised I will see what your talented, then I'll give you a card this ill be you ID from now one it will look something like this."

I used teir 9 appraisal magic on all of them, I had to take MP recovery potions more then once.

Casting 200 tier 9 spells realy rakes a lot out of any archmage let alone one that isn't even realy magic focused but has it a lots a side class.

Just as most people every one has at least on B rank talent, I was however surprised to find 29 people with A rank talent mostly in combat related stuff only 2 in production, one cook and one tailer, 4 mages one in fire, earth, healing and space the last 2 were the most unexpected space magic is rare in general and although healing magic is in no way special very few have real talent in it probably do to its abstract nature.

The rest of the A rank talents were mostly in bow, sword, spear...

I gave Alex the map and teleported them away then sent Andrea to them am underground and lastly told him some new ideas I came up with.

The next 5 days were pretty uneventful I did some hunting, checked on the magic group the were doing fine, then I went to the hunting group they had some difficulty but no one died and the one guy that lost his arm grow a new one after I used a tier 8 scroll on him.

We did how ever have some small problems with building the sect about 3 days in I went to check how it was going and discovered that the government was preventing people from going towards the mountain they probably weren't to happy with our last conversation.

Mr. Gibson said he talked to his son but the orders came from higher up.

But I have a plan you see 'my master' is the one in charge of this mountain he owns it so when people say he can't even go build his own house he gets very mad.

Now most people would try to talk it out first but 'master' is more of a I give you one warning shot if you don't listen the next goes thru your head. It's probably do to his many years of killing that he does that but at least he gives a warning first, most times.

I told Mr. Gibson to send a massage to the goverment.

[This is a warning the next time you cause me trouble I'll come deal with you my self.]

Then I casted one of my personal favorite spells lightening storm 4 times in a row on a abandoned area only 25 Km away from London, the storm completely destroyed everything in a 15 Km radius.

the moment they understud what was going one they called Mr . Gibson I obviously listened in to there conversation.

"If you pull a stunt like that again It'll be war."

I found it funny that the talked about starting a war will they can't even deal with de problems coming there way right now.

I took the phone out of Mr. Gibson's hand and in the most manly and deepest voice said.

"last warning. tell your man to f*ck of. or I'll make sure you never bought me again."

I hung up the phone right after.

It didn't take long before all there man left and the people that are gone build the sect the came up the mountain.

I decided to send some of the elders that use magic here to make up for lost time. a they can easely use magic to build the infrastructure that would otherwise take days to build, in just one day.
