ENDLESS MYTH : Surpassing The Gods.

Chapter -1 - MORE ABOUT CONCEPTUAL WEAPONS (SLIGH SPOILER)

(AN: This a spoiler. You shouldn't read this before reading CH 8 Part 3 at least. )

So. Firstly I am sure that all the readers here know xianxia. So you guys should also know bonded weapons and those of this kind where people have to bind a weapon with their blood or something like that.

The conceptual weapons are something like that, only that what it used to do the biding isn't blood but a part of the soul.

Conceptual weapons are constituted of three parts.

A soul: this a part of the soul of the user. By doing this, only he can use it. Even a greater spirit cannot use the conceptual weapon of a trainee. Of course, there still exceptions, but if I wrote it there, that would destroy the suspense.

A catalyst: the catalyst can be anything. The poor or unlucky generally use simple weapons without any particular characteristics. Those with a great background, on the other hand, can have access to Fragments of mythical weapons (Do not confuse mythical weapons with the myth rank). By using the fragments the conceptual weapon will obtain some of the ability of the original or a weaker version of them.

A concept or many concepts: For C.W without fragments, the user will imbue his own concept on it. But for those with fragments, the user can either learn the concepts already present in it or he can add his own concepts.

----------

What are "fragments"?

Because of some reason(that will be told later in the story), most mythical weapons are broken. Of course, some escaped this destiny, but only a few weapons. The fragments were all around the world. But the different forces in the world slowly but surely began to gather them.

The width or its number doesn't matter. So even if someone were to collect all fragments of a mythical weapon, that wouldn't mean that he will get said weapon. Things once broken can never be the same.

-------

The difference between a conceptual weapon born from fragments and one born from a complete mythical weapon.

1)The level of the abilities.

2) The consumption of energy

3) the concept added

4)recognition

*1) C. W from fragments have weaker and fewer abilities than C. W from the original itself.

2) The energy needed to use a complete weapon is extremely large even for someone at the myth rank. But for one born from fragments, the energy consumption becomes bearable once the user reaches legend.

3)For C. W from fragments, it easy to add other concepts. The difficulty skyrocket for those from complete weapons. After all, they are already complete. That means that the user is forced to learn at least some concepts related to the weapon if he wants to use it properly.

4) as long as one obtains a fragment, he can change it in a conceptual weapon and use it without worry. But complete weapons choose their user. If you try to fuse your soul despite being rejected by it, you will only hurt yourself.

------

OK. This is mostly it. If I remember other differences, I will come to add them later.
