Yasha relaxed for the next few days with the team of Captain America, as they were interrogating Arnim Zola. Though Yasha could have easily made him tell them everything, he decided to portray him as only a fighter and hide his other capabilities. He didn't know what would his presence here would have an effect on the future. He had to make sure his current identity and his future identity could be completely isolated.

Soon they managed to make him talk and he revealed that Johann Schmidt was trying to destroy America with a powerful bomber plane called Valkyrie. It was powered by a super energy source that was responsible for Hydra's latest weapons, called Tesseract.

Instantly, Yasha got a notification from Extaria, in a tone he had not heard before. He immediately pulled up the Grimoire in his mind.

'Man, this is the first quest I got after that Hidden One. And I somehow already completed Stage I of it? Time Core and Chronomancy? How the hell did I get the Time Core? I think I would have noticed if I encountered a Time Stone.'

[Sometimes things are not as they seem. They are disguised into different forms to hide their true nature. The time stone was with the lady in the monk dress you encountered in that underground crypt. Just before you lost control and unleashed your full form, the leakage of your Source Energy interacted with the Time Stone she was hiding in the form of an Artifact. That is how Host formed the Time Core.]

'So its possible other stones like Space Stone are also hidden in other forms. Space Stone is supposed to be on Earth too. Hmm, got to keep an eye out I guess. Any ideas Extaria?'

[All Infinity Stones contain a massive power in one form or another. The host can just send a weak wave of Source Energy towards any such artifact and if it is indeed an Infinity Stone it will immediately interact with the host and form the respective Core.]

'That sounds like a plan, then I will keep an eye out for unusual forms of artifacts and objects.' Yasha affirmed.

"So that is the plan you came up with? You being a decoy while we all sneak in?" Yasha looked at Rogers incredulously "You have read the reports I gave and know what kind of weapons they have right?" .

"Yes I know but I think you are also underestimating me and what I am capable of" Rogers argued back "My Super Soldier Serum enhanced physique might be able to handle it for a little while, and that is all I would need."

"You know, you are just so dependent and overconfident of your serum. I could put you on your back right here without breaking a sweat, and that is without even using any weapons. Keep that arrogant overconfidence of yours and you will end up regretting it, mark my words." Yasha said as he stormed off "I will do my part of the bargain and just hope that your overconfidence can let you pull through yours."

Yasha went to the military barracks and searched for a suitable one-man vehicle. He looked at a heavy-duty motorcycle parked in one corner but left it alone since he knew it belonged to Rogers. He soon found a broken off-road vehicle that looks speedy and decided to use that. he had no use for protection, all he needed was a fast vehicle that can match his required speed.

It took a few hours of high-speed work and customization, but soon he had readied a temporarily customized high powered over-charged off-road vehicle. It could go from 0-50 mph in 3 secs and had a high strength suspension rig that will help it maintain its speed in all-terrain. He completely based it on speed over comfort and even secretly enchanted it to reduce its overheating and any damage it might suffer from impacts or rough usage.

"Huh, didn't know you know automobile customization too" a sharp womanly voice sounded from his back. Yasha turned to see Peggy Carter looking at the vehicle with interest.

"I know enough to satisfy my requirements" Yasha replied back vaguely "What are you doing here?"

"I work at this facility and with the military?" Peggy questioned sarcastically.

"Very funny" Yasha retorted "I meant here as in before me. Given the apparent dislike you have shown me on numerous occasions, I didn't think you would want to waste your time around me."

"While that is true, I have decided to join you in your infiltration mission," Peggy said

"Huh, would you not be more comfortable around Rogers or his Howling Commandos team ?" Yasha inquired

"Howling Commandos are more of a frontal attack type team" Peggy replied "And I cant match Rogers in what he has decided to do. If you were not here as an additional option then I would surely have joined the Commandos, as there is no way in hell I would have stayed out in this mission. But since you are there, I have found a third option. And given what I have seen of your attack style, it suits me pretty fine."

"Alright then, but I will tell you beforehand, I am not one of your lackeys. Don't try to order me around under any circumstance. If you want me to do something then try requesting it."

Peggy nodded as Yasha turned to do some last-minute adjustments. For some reason, he had a feeling he would not be returning to these guys after this mission.

In the middle of a battlefield, a customized off-road vehicle was moving at a terrifying pace, occasionally crashing into soldiers and sending them flying. Moreover, a barrage of bullets emerged from the vehicle at regular intervals, reaping dozens of soldiers' lives each time. Only two figures could be seen in the vehicle, one bȧrėly hanging on while firing bullets, while the other was driving, firing, and even taking time to hit soldiers with the vehicle.

"You know I am kind of regretting following you" Peggy screamed as she head-shot a few more. The woman was incredible with firearms, despite not standing out most of the time.

"It's not as if I sent you a gold plated invite" Yasha retorted back as he accurately blasted two groups of soldiers with a few grenades, despite not even looking at them "So get off my fuċkɨnġ case and let me concentrate."

Soon they slaughtered their way to the Hydra Headquarters. Rogers was distracting another bulk of Hydra forces in another direction so that helped Yasha and Peggy to infiltrate the headquarters more easily. Peggy and Yasha started ambushing lone soldiers, slowly reducing the number of soldiers as much as possible to help Rogers' ȧssault later.

They didn't have to wait for long as Rogers soon arrived in a flashy manner, attacking from his motorcycle. Surprisingly, Hydra responded with troops they hadn't released yet. These troops had partially armored exoskeleton with advanced weaponry. After a brief clash Rogers was trapped in a formation made from flamethrowers while even more soldiers with the New Hydra weapons surrounded him with their weapons trained at him.

Peggy and Yasha stealthily followed them as they transported Rogers to their leader inside his quarters. Yasha peeked from a hidden area and found it to be Johann Schmidt, who was shoeing his monstrous form with a red skull in place of a face. As he eavesdropped he could hear all that Schmidt said. Schmidt noted that Rogers had been incredibly arrogant to attack their HYDRA Headquarters without any other backup, before questioning if Abraham Erskine had told him that there were no limits to their superhuman abilities.

Rogers noted how Erskine had told him that Schmidt was insane, to which Schmidt arrogantly claimed that Erskine had merely resented his genius before trying to deny what he believed was rightfully his with the Super Soldier Serum. When Schmidt noted Rogers had been handed all this power willingly, he asked him why Erskine chose him to undergo Project Rebirth, Rogers simply answered there was nothing special about him, and he was just a kid from Brooklyn.

This angered Schmidt and he punched Rogers and knocked him to the floor until he became calm again. Rogers told Schmidt that he would not give up, to which Schmidt then tried to shoot him in the head. However, before he could fire, Yasha leaped in from his hidden spot and kicked the Red Skull in the back of his head, sending him flying to a wall. Peggy also supported fro ma corner as she fired at Red Skull's vital points to keep him distracted.

Soon more HYDRA soldiers came into the room, with their energy pistols firing in wild abandon. Red Skull took this time to stealthily skulk away. Seeing him sneaking off Yasha started to reveal a bit of his original speed and strength, as he started to weave in between the energy bolts and killing them. He did this with only two roughly made sharp pieces of iron as if mocking them for being unable to defeat him with even advanced weaponry. Soon Rogers's team, Howling Commandos arrived too, giving Yasha, Rogers, and Peggy a chance to go after Red Skull.

They managed to spot Schmidt just as he was boarding his bomber-plane known as the Valkyrie, along with many soldiers and prepared to take off. While a large battle had just erupted between the HYDRA soldiers and their Strategic Scientific Reserve soldiers, They ran through the battle to get to the Valkyrie and stop Schmidt, Yasha, and Rogers leaping over the heads of the soldiers and avoiding the gunfire as they ran as fast as he possibly could to catch up to Schmidt's plane.

Yasha soon realized though that as long as he was only displaying Rogers level prowess, catching up to Schmidt would not be possible. He quickly looked around and found an alternative. Diverting away from Rogers, he started slaughtering HYDRA Soldiers as he moved in a specific direction. Peggy, who had been much slower than Rogers and him, caught up to him as he was doing this.

"What the hell are you doing here? Go stop Red Skull with Steve!" Peggy shouted at him.

"I had told you before to not order me around didn't I?" Yasha glared at her "Anyway, I do plan to that but Rogers won't be able to make it as he is now. We need that to make it possible before the Skull takes off."

As Peggy looked where he was pointing, she saw a beautiful piece of machinery, Schmidt's Coupe. Realizing what he meant, she started helping him thin out the crow as they made their way to the car. They soon started the car and drove towards Rogers, who was still futilely running and trying to catch the bomber plane which was on the runway already.

"I am going to maintain this at this speed Rogers" Yasha shouted over the noise of the plane "Get ready to board the plane, it's all on you now."

Rogers showed a nervous yet serious expression, but before he could jump, Peggy pulled him down and shared a hot deep kiss as if she felt he would not be coming back. Yasha felt annoyed that he had to tolerate this while also maintaining a reckless speed alongside a bomber plane full of devastating unstable bombs.

"Oi, you two can get a room later, heck I will personally book one for you. Just get on the plane for now you moron." Yasha shouted

Steve broke off the kiss at that nervously and wit ha nod to Peggy and Yasha jumped onto the wheel of the plane. As the plane took off, Rogers disappeared inside the plane and Yasha diverted the car towards a section of HYDRA soldiers. They were firing at a bunch of SSR troops who were trapped at all sides. He used a little of his Chronomancy to destabilize the fuel core that powered the car and jumped out with Peggy in a princess carry. The car crashed into the HYDRA troop and exploded into a big ball of blue fire.

"What the hell, how did that car explode?" Peggy screamed in surprise "Did we just survive by a hair's breadth? Did you know it was going to explode?"

"Dunno, Dunno and yes I noticed instability while driving towards that troop" Yasha replied, "Anyway, run along towards your team, I have other work to do."

While Peggy shouted in protest Yasha ran off like a bullet, as he wanted to explore all of the HYDRA bases before the SSR troops got their hands on them. He explored all the rooms and storage halls one by one until he found a place sealed with the strongest and thickest doors. He broke into it with some effort and was surprised by what he uncovered.

Unlike what he expected, this room didn't house the elusive energy source of the HYDRA troop. Rather there were four large glass containers of immense thickness, holding four differently colored monoliths made of unknown material. As he neared them, Extaria sent off a new notification.

As a stream of information was transmitted to his mind he instinctively knew what to do. He first sealed the room with spirit energy and even but a barrier that automatically made everyone divert their attention away from the place. He needed a few hours to achieve the quest goal, he doubted much would happen in that time. He floated onto the top of the glass containers and sat in the lotus position mid-air. As he regulated his breathing and circulated his energy in a certain pattern inside him, four streams of weak energies were attracted to him.

Minutes felt like seconds to him as he immersed himself in the technique. After an hour he gained basic comprehension of these new energies. As time passed, he gained comprehension into certain abilities that utilized these energies.

Finishing his mission, Yasha wondered whether he should remove these Monoliths to prevent any future problems. But he soon stopped, as technically what he does here could have major future consequences. Already he had used up a major part of the energy in these monoliths, he figured he should leave them alone to let the future events occur as they may. Also, he had gained access to certain coordinates that the Silver Monolith was linked to, he wanted to check that out to see what was present there.

Repairing and sealing the place as it was before he arrived, Yasha went to find Peggy and her group. When he found them he was surprised to see them both relieved and sad. While the regular soldiers were happy and celebrating, Peggy and Howling Commandos were sitting in a depressed state in a commanding station of HYDRA base.

"What happened ?" Yasha asked her.

"Steve was able to defeat the Red Skull. But Red Skull had set the course for New York City. As the Bomber plane held the new energy source of HYDRA along with their latest bombs, Steve had to crash the plane into the Arctic to save them all. He is believed to be MIA currently, along with a high chance for being KIA." Peggy recounted in a zombie-like countenance.

Sighing in pity for the missing Captain, Yasha decided to leave these people and try to search for him in his own way. Peggy and the others glanced at him leaving but no one had the mood to stop him. Yasha left the facility and rushed to a secluded spot before transforming to his winged form and taking off. He hid with spirit energy and followed energy trails of the Bomber Plane. His new technique had made him sėnsɨtɨvė to all unusual energies, and the HYDRA power source was definitely one of them.

He followed the trail to a spot in the middle of the Arctic Ocean. Sighing in annoyance he dove right into the ocean like a meteor. He reached a rocky shelf deep in the ocean which had a glowing blue cube lodged into it. The cube somehow sparked something inside him as he sent a surge or Source energy towards it. Immediately an immense amount of energy surged from it and seeped into him in a rush. He got yet another notification from Extaria at this.

'Oh Damn, this is an Infinity Stone. I better stay away from it unless I change the course of fate and invite trouble. Dammit, and I would have really liked this personal unlimited energy source. Oh well, better stay on course and find the Captain.' Yasha thought 'I have gained many new abilities in a short time, need to practice using them soon.'

Leaving the place, Yasha had a harder time searching for the captain as he was following the Cube's signal till now. However, after searching for three days straight he finally managed to find some remnants of the Bomber Plane. From there he slowly investigated and found the place where the plane went down.

He dove deep, breaking through layers of ice until he finally reached the submerged plane encased in ice. He used spirit energy to scan the plane wreck and he found that the Captain had been encased in thick ice. Initially, he thought he was dead, but a fluctuation of fate energy made him realize that the Captain was partially between life and death, in suspended animation. Deciding to help him at least survive for the future, he gave him the same gift of energy he had given Bucky.

'I have done all of what I am allowed to do Captain' Yasha said 'Rest is up to your fate now.. Hope to see you in the future Captain.'
