Fairy Tail: The Demon King

Ren stared at the extremely familiar face in front of him as he tried to get his grips on reality.

Suddenly, his face twisted into an extremely enraged expression as he reared back his fist, filling it to the brim with his Earth Demon magic.

"HOW DARE YOU ENTESSIS!!!, HOW DARE YOU TRY TO TAKE OVER ME WITH HER ILLUSION!!!" he shouted as he threw his fist at Erza who was too stunned to do anything, thankfully, before the fist powered with tremendous power that could have given her a serious injury could touch her, it was deflected by Makarov whose hands started to shake from exhaustion.

Ren had mistakes Erza for another attempt by the water demoness Entessis whose lingering will had caused him to hallucinate a lot of times in the past, some times, it would cause him to see a grown-up version of Simon and Kagura tortured by the Zeref Cultists, sometimes it would cause him to see a world where he never existed, where Erza, Simon, and Kagura grew up to be strong people and lived happily, sometimes, the demon would even give him nightmares, so much so that he has to take magic suppression pills before he went to sleep lest he ends up having nightmares because of the demoness.

But before he could continue his attacks, he smelled a particular stench of magic that was quite familiar to him.

"Tsk, I don't have time to play games with you, demoness!!" he mumbled fiercely before he vanished in a flash of purple lightning, leaving behind a stunned and heartbroken Titania and a Guild master who was finally able to relax after the demon left.

(Sometime later)

On a secluded island located far away from the mainland, the entire land had transformed into a hellscape as flames danced on the trees, the earth upturned, the wind destroying anything that was still standing, and the thunder crackling in the sky,

Ren had come to this secluded island which he uses as his training grounds and proceeded to completely destroy everything in his surroundings in his rage, even though he had started to get used to the illusions of Entessis, this time, the demoness had crossed a line that threw him into a fit of rage. But the poor man has yet to realize that it was not an illusion that he had seen.

It was only after a few hours of venting that he calmed down enough to get his head straight, he then proceeded to take out an old map that was on the brink of tearing apart because of how old it was.

This was the Map of the Demon Lacrimas hidden by the five cults so that no one would find out the location of the demon lacrima, unfortunately for them, Hades had found this map in one of his trips and was promptly stolen from him by Ren when he had left Grimoire Heart.

He then looked at the map to find the location of the next Demon Lacrima and found out that it was located in the city of Nirvit. the ancient people who were responsible for the creation of the terrible weapon known as Nirvana, in fact, Nirvana itself housed not one, but two Demon Lacrimas inside it and used them as the source of its magic, the ability to switch light and dark came from the twin demon lacrimas of Life and Death.

"But before I head to the device, I need to find out about the cult from Jose, even if I have to use the demoness's ability of illusions and force him to tell me!!" he mumbled as he flew away from the island, headed towards the prison where rogue mages are restrained by the council, determined to have his revenge.

Hey guys, I am finally back from the hospital and am now completely recovered from my injuries, if you guys don't know, I was in an accident and had been in the hospital for recovery, then the virus struck and I was stranded in the hospital for a long time, finally, I was cleared to return home and am now in full swing again.
