Fall In Love With You Is Inevitable

Velove Vladimir has been standing near the edge of the cliff while gazing into the beautiful sunset at the horizon for half an hour. There was a deathly still vast of Atlantic ocean in front of her, but the waves that hits the shore and rocks under the cliff was deafeningly dangerous. She was thinking if she jumped into it, could she survive?

She looks at the rock under the cliff, and wondering how could they still standing there unmoving and proud while facing the massive ocean in front of it? How could it stay so strong while keep being hit by the oncoming waves every second? She felt her heart tighten, and let out a wry smile while thinking- she must be getting old to get jealous by a mere rocks.

She was so immersed in her own world when her butler voice brought her out.

"Young miss, the general Shen called just now and asking Miss to call him back" Butler Ye posture slightly bend and his gentle voice was very respectful. Towards this young mistress he has always been respectful. Ever since he was a mere child, his future was set in stone to protect and serve the bloodline of Vladimir family. Although he has no say in his future, he feels very fortunate to be given the opportunity to serve the only young miss of Vladimir.

"...I see, anything else?" her gentle and cold voice was so melodious it could charms everyone who could hear it, but the young butler already get used to it. Afterall, he was one of the few person in this world who had the privilege to hear her voice everyday.

"Not for now young miss"

"I understand, you are excuse butler Ye" after dismissing her butler, Velove drown in her own thoughts again.

Butler Ye looked at his mistress back that despite its brilliant straight and gentle posture, it looks so lonely. He shakes his head and walked back into the solitary huge mansion.

Listening to the faded steps of her butler, Velove decided to stay a bit longer to composed her complicated feelings before going back. She closed her eyes, meditated for a while and when she opens her eyes again, the lonely and pained looks in her eyes were replaced by a gentle and sharp ones.

She walked back with ease and stopped in front of a huge mansion. She looks at the grandiose architecture of the mansion that has been her home and refuge for almost all her life. After hearing from her butler that her maternal grandfather called, she felt very complicated. She knows what he would say to her, but she still hopes to live like she had always been for a little longer.

"..ss.. Young miss, are you okay?" Martha, one of the maid that take care of the mansion called her. Martha couldn't help but worried for her mistress seeing she was glued in front of the door without any intentions of coming in.

"Ah yes. I'm fine Martha, no need to worried." Velove smiled gently at the old maid who has been taking a great care of her since she was a child.

"...alright young miss. The dinner was almost ready, do you want to take dinner in your room or-" Martha was cut off before she could finished.

"Take it to my study, I need to finished some works tonight" Velove smile apologetically at the old maid before opening the castle style double door and walked towards her study room.

"Yes young miss" Martha bowed respectfully towards her young miss faded figure. Almost all the servants in the mansion knows by now that their mistress has been behaving strangely these past few days. Although Velove was trying hard not to look so out-of-sorts, but as the servants that has been serving her since she was a child, they can't help but took a notice. But they are just servants afterall, they could only helps in taking care of her and not to add to her burden.

Velove sit on her italian leather chair and decided to call her grandfather after she hesitated for a few minutes. She doesn't want to give the old man the opportunity to nag at her again. It's not that she hates the old man nagging, in fact she loves him enough to be patient to be nagged by him because she could feel his love and care but her mood is not the best lately and she doesn't want to snap at the old man.

"You brat! you must not love me anymore! Now that I'm this old you were planning on abandoning this old man right?! Why are you so silent? Are trying to play mysterious on me now?! hmph." Just after the second ring the phone was connected to her grandfather, but before she could say anything her grandfather already bombarded her with complaints. Velove kept silent and pay attention to his nagging obediently, her gaze soften and there was a gentle smile in her eyes.
