"You know... I'm still a little puzzled, however, one thing I've figured out for sure." Zayne said coldly, letting go of Selania's hand, "You have Fate's power, but you don't use it the way you need to... As Gael said, your actions are even worse than Chaos."

Whoooooooooooooosh.

Without a doubt, Zayne swung her sword, making Selania flinch and jump back. She was a little lost for the events that had occurred, but her considerable combat experience helped her come to her senses quickly.

[You turned down Selania's offer! You missed an opportunity to gain Heroic Rank Class!]

[Defeat Selania to restore justice and meet the expectations of the ???!]

'Hmm? Does it really say Gael...? Whatever, I'll do it anyway, but only because it's my wish.' Zayne said to himself, clutching his sword tightly.

Tap.

Gael, who was still standing behind Zayne like a ghost, clapped him on the shoulder and whispered, 'I'm leaving, I hope one day we meet, you definitely bring hope. The energy I left you has dried up, but I can still help you a little.'

Gael's silhouette transformed into blue energy, in several streams heading toward Zayne and entering his mind. Zayne's eyes flashed as several messages appeared before him.

[One of your skills has been transformed due to an unnatural influx of energy!]

[Moon Oblivion - has been changed!]

"Oh... That's good." Zayne nodded with a slight smile on his face, "Even though you're already gone, thanks anyway."

Crackle.

Selania swung her sword, leaving a deep cut on the ground, as a flash passed through her eyes, while stone debris flew aside.

"I didn't expect it to turn out this way, but it looks like I'll have to kill the hero who saved me today." Selania said confidently as she stepped forward, "You're a Traveler, but I assure you I have ways to ensure you don't have to live in this cruel world anymore."

Selania's sword glowed brightly in blue light as she lunged forward.

[You were affected by Selania, Light of Fate!]

[Your damage and defense have been reduced by 33%.]

[One of your Titles, makes this effect invalid!]

Crackle.

The next moment their swords collided with sparks flying off to the sides. The attack was powerful, Selania's sword was heavy, so Zayne's hands trembled slightly due to the momentum running through his body, but his gaze remained calm.

'I've seen her fight... It will be harder for me now even than in the battle with Enar, however, I am definitely not the same as before.' Zayne said inwardly as his sword was covered in dense, blue energy.

Whoooooooooooooosh.

Zayne swung his sword sharply, pointing the blade downward. Selania tried to hold it down, but she couldn't handle the pressure, and Zayne's sword went through her armor.

Dark droplets of blood swept near Zayne's face, as Selania's eyes went wide. She quickly recoiled to the side, looking at Zayne in shock.

"What the hell...? What's wrong with you? Why are you so strong?" Selania muttered in disbelief, "In those memories you were a real wimp, just a kid in combat! You looked a year or two younger then than you are now..."

"And...? Do you think I've had to stay weak forever?" Zayne's tone turned sharp, "You know, there's a lot more good to come from power."

"That's not what I'm talking about!" Selania shouted, "Even in five years of training, you can't get skills like that! Only those talented enough could do it, but your movements in memory were terrible..."

Zayne exhaled cold steam, "Well, I don't know if I'm a talented fighter or not, but I've been lucky enough to go through tough battles. Tell me who's stronger, you or Apostle?"

Selania blinked as she was puzzled, then her face turned slightly pale, "Are you really saying you beat Apostle?"

Zayne nodded silently. In any other situation, Selania would never have believed it, but Zayne's look dispelled her doubts.

"Hah, now I see why exactly you ended up here... Though you are still a young man, you are a born fighter, this world has actually become your salvation." Selania smirked, then she put her hand to her chest.

The mark of the sword on her armor glowed brightly as her gaze became calm and even slightly nonchalant, it seemed that from now on, the fight had become something insignificant to her.

"As a follower of the Fate, I am grateful to you for killing the Apostle, so, I will fight you in all seriousness. You are no longer a boy, you are a true warrior of this world." Selania muttered with a slight smile before stepping forward.

Crackle.

The ground beneath Selania fell as her blond hair rose up while her hand rested on the sword hilt. Like a flash, she lunged forward, in a heartbeat ending up right in front of Zayne.

It all happened faster than he could have imagined, Selania simply disappeared, and she was right before him.

"Azure Step, Part One." Selania muttered, swinging her sword and slicing through Zayne's chest.

"Argh!!!" Zayne cried out in pain as his blood gushed out in a powerful stream, staining Selania's face, which was cold as ancient ice.

The world stood still for a moment while the flames of agony spread throughout Zayne's body, the only thing he could see was the moon in the starry sky.

"Better go back to your world and take care of your sister. You have nothing to do here, in this world you will only get suffering and will slowly sink into the abyss. If you don't back off now, one day, you will be the worst person alive." Selania spoke in a chilling tone, preparing for her next attack.
