Flames Of Passion In Los Angeles

Chapter 6 - Six - Gate 05.

I enter the terminal and I instantly read the monitors ahead of me. Area 801 - Area 808 are the check-in counters that I can leave my luggage at and get my boarding passes.

Anyways, I look around me, the terminal is not too full, but it is also not too empty. I look at the ceiling, and I see there the direction of my counters, so I follow the directions and within a few minutes, I reach my counters.

I look at the counters and the line is already long. God, this will take a long long. Hey... wait... I have a business class, right?

I look at my tickets and there I find my answer, yes.

"Miss? Are you lost, do you need any help?" I hear a familiar voice behind me.

I turn around. My colleague and a very good friend, Victor, is standing there beside me, with a grin on his face.

"Victor!? What are you doing here?" I give him a big hug.

"I am going to be flying, heading back to Euromania, you?"

"Well, I'm going to Los Angeles... I know, I know...".

"Los Angeles!?... Damn! Lucky duck!".

I laugh.

"Any reason why you are going to Los Angeles, if I may ask?".

"It was my birthday gift from a very special person who bought the tickets for me," I reply as we both make our way towards the snake line where we will line up to get our check-in done.

"So, somebody is a lucky man, huh?" he asks me, chuckling.

"Pretty much?" I answer.

We both laugh before we go into two different lines.

"He even bought me, business class!" I tell him as he looks me, intrigued.

Anyways, within half an hour, I am done and now I am just waiting for Victor to finish so that we can, together, make our way towards the gate.

I wait for like a few minutes before I see Victor's figure approach me.

"Let's go..." I say as we both head towards our gate.

"So, you finally came to visit Serbia!".

"As I was telling you, I always had that urge to come here and visit this beautiful country!" He replies making my pride skyrocket.

"But enough about me, now you, how does this mister look like?" he asks me. Victor is a bis.e.x.u.a.l, which I find nothing wrong about, instead, it makes me love him even more because he is different than your typical, cringy f.u.c.k boy. He does look like a f.u.c.k boy tho, but he isn't.

"Okay, but make sure to keep the excitement down..." I tell him, as he nods in reply.

"Tell me," he insists.

"Okay... he is tall, he has dark brown hair, a perfect, pearl white smile, he is muscular, very s.e.xy. The best thing is that he is young, he is twenty-six.

"I thought that you were going to say something about his genitalia...". I see him roll his eyes.

"That is inappropriate to talk about, especially at an airport.".

"Literally, nobody will even hear us..." he replies.

"You sure?" I ask looking around us.

"Look at all the people around us rushing to their flights, they don't have the time to evesdrop on our conversation," he says as he diverts his eyes from me to the floor.

"No... it will be one of my guilty p.l.e.a.s.u.r.es that I will tell nobody..." I say, partially teasing him.

I can see him cross his eyebrows before giving up altogether.

We head up the escalator, that is when the memories come, flooding back. I shake my head to come back into reality.

I look at Victor, who is in front of me, looking around, observing.

"What are you looking at?" I ask him, walking one step beside him.

"For interesting, hot people...".

"So I am not interesting!?.... Offended," I play offended.

I see him turn to me.

"Maybe...".

I roll my eyes at him.

"But if you are really wondering what I am looking for, I am looking for a hunk, a hell of a guy...".

"You mean, one hell of a guy?..." I correct him.

But in retuen he rolls his eyes at me, "Same... poop...".

"Poop?".

"I am trying not to cuss, I hear it is not as attractive," he replies.

"I cuss and..."

"And?" he asks.

"... and I get the shit f.u.c.k.e.d out of me..." I laugh at his reaction.

"That is called having a guy whos s.e.x drive is over the roof.".

"Trust me, it is out of this world..." I say.

"I didnt have know that, Ana..." He replies as I break into fits of laughter.

"You kinda began this..." I start.

"No I didn't!... did I?".

"You talked about your hunky guys...".

"Right...".

"Well, anyways, that was the end of 'S.e.x Talks' with Ana Lazarevic!" I pretend like I have a TV Show, causing Victor to burst into laughter.

"Good, thank god it is the end, I dont know of I could have taken any more," He replies.

"What is that supposed to mean!?".

"Believe me, I dont know...".

I roll my eyes as we hewad towards the customs.

Once the police check our passports, we are ready to head towards our gate.

"Weird how there is no security check...".

"Oh, it is all at the gate..." I tell him as he returns a eye roll.

"I got excited for a second...".

I stop to get the tickets out of my bag, so that I can see what gate we are meant to go and wait.

"Our gate is Gate 05, which is..." I say while looking around for our gate. "Which is there..." I add, pointing to where it says 'Gate 05'.

"Not that far away..." he says behind me.

"But tell me, do you want to get a quick snack before we go and do the rest?" I ask him.

"I mean, sure, how can I possibly say no to food. Especially to Serbian food!".

"Exactly!" I agree with him.

Anyways, let's fast forward a bit. So we finish with out food, we go through the security control and we are now in the waiting area. Waiting for our plane to arrive.

"When is the boarding time?" Victor asks me, and by his voice I can tell that he is bored.

"Soon," I reassure him. "In about half an hour...".

"Is that our plane?" He asks me, pointing at the plane who is taxiing towards us, towards the terminal.

"Most likely," I reply.

It's an Embrear 195 in the colours of Euromania Airlines.

"Looks like we will be stuck here for longer than half an hour..." he says.

"Who knows...".

I stand up as I feel the attraction of the window.

I look at the plane as it's engines shut down, slowly slowing down. Hey, this reminds me of something...

I turn around towards Victor and I see him talking to someone, more specifically a guy... Correction, a very hot guy who took my seat.

The smile on my face faded away as fact as it appeared.

Just as I am about to go over to them, I get stopped.

A voice in my head tells me to stop, stop and to watch...

Their exchange... It reminds me... Reminds me of James and me at Euromania.
