Raizel was walking through the forest as he wanted to avoid roads because of the Civil War right now, only the Royal Army, Nobles, and Merchants use the main roads as for Rebels they mainly sneak around mostly through forests.

As he was walking his <Kenbonshoku no Haki> picked something but the problem this something is coming from all directions, it seems he was surrounded even if they didn't know that they unintentionally surrounded someone while they cross the forest, the question here are they from Rebels or the Royal Army. Raizel what could be done he stopped and let them get near him to see from which side they are, if it was Royal Army then he will try to lure one and kill him take his uniform and finally join the other soldiers while trying to invade their bases and weaken them for the Rebels, but if they are just Rebels he could knock them out with the famous karate chops behind the neck.

The first person to come to Raizel view is a someone wearing a white long coat with boots and gloves and wearing some sort of mask with a rifle in his hand, looking at him he saw an insignia on his c.h.e.s.t and figured that he was a soldier from Royal Army, the guy start to walk normally it seems they just passed through the forest but the question is why would they travel through the forest and not the road, Raizel came from behind the soldier and observed him.

He can hear the guy complaining about his mission like an idiot in the outside while walking and saying that after this mission he would need to heads for a brothel and vent out.

Coming behind the guy then Raizel skilfully snapped his neck before he carries the corpse behind a tree and took off his uniform and wear it after he adjusted his body to fit in with <Seimei Kikan> after that he took his rifle and start to head into the direction the soldier was heading toward hopefully he got to sneak into a camp or a base so he can pull some traps that would weaken them and leave the rest for Rebels.

After he took his leave into the direction he needed to for a half an hour he finally meets some other soldiers, since he used his <Seimei Kikan> that was at level 38 now to change his voice to be more like the man, he starts to chat with the other soldiers and even suggests they head for a brothel after their work is done, that serve to eliminate all suspicions around him.

Raizel and the group of scouts came to a base that has a camp outside after they got into their dorms he headed out with the lie of being in the watchtower duty with his <Liar Tongue> Level those soldiers would consider all of his words as the truth itself as one needed at least intelligence of 100 points to doubt him, when he left he started to sneak around to memorize every corner of the base and the camp and decided to return back to the dorms, the soldiers that share the same dorms with him asked him why did he return and his answer that he changed shifts with another guard for tomorrow before Dinner time.

His plan was to put every corner of the base and camp on fire when there are small numbers of guards during Dinner time, he brought a lot of gasoline and a lighter to set everything on fire since he has observed everyone and all of them were corrupted and they gave up to their greed. most of the soldiers if not all here have r.a.p.ed a lot of women from the Rebels Villages or Towns that they invaded and so they are sc.u.ms in his list.

~ ~ ~ ~ Night Time Next Day ~ ~ ~ ~

Sneaking around and pour the gasoline everywhere in the base and camp with his top speed using <Speedster I> and <Shinsoku/GodSpeed> to give +310% boost in speed, meaning his AGI total points with this would be more than 400 points, a few minutes later he finished setting up everything in a way the fire will spread at the same time everywhere.

"Now then a lot of fried sc.u.ms coming in a few minutes, let this be a light of hope for the Rebels to push back ." Raizel has a light smile on his face while holding the lighter on his hand before he drops it.

Fire starts to cover everything up and screams of agony everywhere, some idiotic soldiers tried to escape through the fire, but too bad the fire caught on their clothes as they were wearing a coat with fur on it that easily got caught on fire.

Two of them got out safely with light fire on them but I could never let them go, so Raizel kindly poured more gasoline on them making the fire even bigger. in the end, it took about 3 hours for the Camp to Brun dow to ash while the base took 7 hours, Raizel made sure to lock his notifications as he was sure he will get tons of them so he decided on locking them until he ends the mission.

Raizel was sure as hell he will get tons of notifications and the Exp from all of this is unimaginable, this Base along with the Camp would have at least more than 1.500 Soldiers add the leader and high ranked Officers too.

" My work here is done, I think the Rebels has scouted this so let's leave them some marks to guide them after me so they can advance, my only problem here is the General I think I would have some problems facing her but that be solved. " saying this to himself Raizel headed for his next target that would be a base away from where the Prime Minister is.
