Fly the Flag of Fire!

Episode 27: Come on, war begins.

Armor made to fit dimensions is hotter than heavy. Taste the feel of tight steel. Feeling like he was transforming into something brave, the boy looked heavenly. White clouds appear to be depicted with a thin, quick brush stroke in a high and clear blue. My chest gets hot.

"Young lady, you're waking up too much upper body. We're gonna fall."

His name, Lucas Ulyhalsilla, who hastily regained his grip on the reins. He is thirteen years old, the son of the Marquis of Uliharsilla, the apex of the kingdom nobility. In the helmet with the face cover raised, the face still young is upbeat.

"Well done, you advised me, Commander Knights. Soon after the first battle, there's no face to match your father."

"You feel that way. Finishing without injury is the key to the first line. Same as equestrianism. The first thing you need to do is get used to the sight of war."

"Okay. I knew it, but it seemed a little powerful."

Correcting his posture on the horse to Piscilli, Lucas looked around himself. Four sword-shaped stamped military flags abound in the autumn sky. The spear is forested and first brightens the sharpness of the blade, and the thickness of the armor armor and the hoof of the military horse echo the tone of the army. The matching armor coat represents the same unity with the vibrancy of colour and pattern.

(You know how my father feels about talking about battlefield courage, this is...!

Lucas was forced into his crotch without meaning, and was once again made captain of the knighthood for driving the horse's speed mad. This group of commanders is the Knights Commander and Lucas has promised to follow him.

It is the Knights of the Sword Horn under the umbrella of the Uliharsilla family. The number of knights is six hundred, all of whom look called heavy cavalry. Each is accompanied by one light cavalry as an obedient knight, and three infantrymen with shields, spears, and bows. Overall, it will be 600 heavy cavalry horsemen, 600 light cavalry horsemen and 1,800 foot soldiers, making a total of 3,000 combat groups.

To be precise, there are three thousand and two marching here now.

"I can't let it down as much as I want if I don't... Doctor, what should I do"

"You should think about what you want to eat this morning and what you want to eat at noon. The degree of your dreams diminishes."

It was Baron Daniel Hackinen who answered Salari. He is a counsellor of Lucas and a man who teaches nobility with a different lecture from the others. He is the son of the late Viscount Hackinen, whose name is known by the legend of the brave, and also his brother. And he is the head of the Hackinen convoy, who will give the Earl of Hellevy his valiant name.

"A meal... I see, it did settle down. Speaking of which, I still don't know what field food is."

"It would be interesting to go through quamp dishes and such. Nice tooth."

"Kwamp. It may also make sense to share ingredients with knightly horse lovers. I'd like to try it."

After all, the teacher is a lucas who roars in his heart that he is not like the others. It has been three years since he began to live in the mansion, but the knowledge he teaches is further, whichever he responds promptly makes Lucas feel. The incisions are different from those of other nobles and soldiers.

I'm not the one who talks a lot about myself. Even that is rare, Lucas, but analyzing his statements in various ways leads us to one conclusion. In other words, there is a steel core inside a man named Baron Daniel Hackinen. You can call it faith. Therefore, it can be independent without being influenced by the environment. As a result, the way things are viewed and spoken will become their own.

It is also preferable for Lucas not to follow his attitude or be funny. This can also be said to be a good thing in common with the samurai at the door. But while they embody it with loyalty as military men, what Daniel's is seemingly unidentified nobility. Lucas wonders if that's what he wants. Strength that doesn't require a norm that this should happen... it looks overlapping somewhere in my father Klaus's appearance.

I guess that's why, Lucas nodded in his helmet.

Lucas has five older sisters, but I'm pretty sure that she admires Daniel... at least that's how sure Lucas is. That was a pleasure for him. It is my mother's late home. In wishing her sister happiness, Lucas was proud to say that she was the best in the world, even outnumbering her father.

Amalia Uliharsilla, eighteen. She is supposed to be the eldest son who should have been the firstborn, but she is not to succeed the Uliharsilla family by the will of her father Klaus. Lucas has a lot to say about my father's decision. But I thought it was a move for Amalia's character that would not be a dispute between the governors of Kwon Mun.

It's sweet. It's calm. It's discreet. A lady is a word that is for her. There is something holy and glorious about the way of life where it is normal to laugh at the joy of others as your own and give priority to someone over yourself. Such a girlfriend should be the happiest in the world, and if such a girlfriend is in love, it is a love path to be blessed by 10,000 people... Lucas cautioned the Knights Commander by gripping the reins and slowing down the horses. Lucas reflected.

"I can't do this. Too much excitement. I'm never in a good mood."

"... why don't you put it in the words as you wish? If you hold it, it will strengthen you."

"I see, that's a word of truth. Doctor, I want your sister to be happy."

"Well...?

"I'm not kidding. I want my sister to always laugh at Nico."

"The safety of Lucas will be what Amalia wants most."

"Oh, that could be true, too. Yeah, yeah, it's important!

Lucas thought of my sister who came out to drop me off. Anxious, hung up, and then trying to laugh healthy to brave Lucas. Tears that were moisturizing in those eyes.

"It's a battlefield."

If you let your gaze go ahead of the brave Knights, there's a wilderness stretching out there as far as you can see. To the north of the right I look at the ridges of the heavenly realm mountains and to the south of the left I think far from the purple cloud sea. What did the tens of millions of generals think to fight here and what did they end up here with in their memory? Lucas took a big, deep breath. Boost your strength to the bottom of your belly.

(I'm here. Finally. To try something of my own......!

This is the plague.

It is this great wilderness that stretches between the Kingdom of Aslia and the Eberian Empire that is the battlefield on which both countries have fought for so long and so many times. Getting out of this land is an attack on the other country. We are not allowed to lose each other. The kingdom of Asuria was exposed to a peril because it once lost the Great Battle of the land.

Step on such a decade-old humiliation with military shoes and try to repaint it with a different color... proceed.

Now Lucas and three thousand and two others are marching west on the crash plain. I don't see any other troops around me, but I'm pretty sure they're marching the same way not so far away. The light cavalry of the scouts this one unleashes and the light cavalry of any of his friends return with an exchange of information, etc. This is a troop-by-unit sentry mission.

We will continue to work with other units in designated areas, and if we encounter enemies, we will discuss this whenever possible.

It's not an occasion to force it, but you don't have to miss it for no reason. Fight your enemies to the extent you can't force them, and measure them. Each unit is allowed freedom of engagement. It doesn't translate to the threats that were made earlier. The two countries are already crossing the line.

The truce has been broken. The two countries are in a state of war.

Lucas had heard, however, that the cut-off in the opening of the war was of no tightness whatsoever.

It is a single arrow. The squadrons stared at each other and said it was on the same scale, so it was a mean stretch because of which one would transfer first. That was a matter that had occurred everywhere in the plains of that period, and in that sense the war could be said to have just overflowed with full water from scratch, but it is also undeniable that the release of one arrow had decided to open the war.

That arrow unleashed by the Kingdom of Asuria soldiers for intimidation blurred the nose tip of the Eberian Imperial soldier's military horse, either well or poorly. The wound would have been to such an extent that the blood seeped slightly, but the horse stood still. It was in the direction of the kingdom soldiers that I shook off the soldiers I was riding and ran out. He said he kicked down one of the infantry soldiers and stepped on it and ran away to some place as it was.

The fallen Imperial soldier lost his life with a bad beating. The overthrown Kingdomsoldier was also badly trampled, and he could not help; one arrow took two lives. Who said "one arrow and two dead" with this fact. An unfortunate coincidence is a word that means it leads to an unexpected calamity. Lucas said. I feel careless about someone.

Regardless, I was not willing to do it as an unfortunate coincidence in both countries. The imperial side disputed the fact that the kingdom had unleashed an arrow, mourning the battle death of one cavalry and claiming that the truce agreement had been broken without notice. On the kingdom side, the Imperial Army ridiculed him for not knowing the ordination of military horses, such as standing with a single arrow that didn't even know if it had hit him, and claimed that the military horses had been rammed up and killed the kingdom soldiers because of it. He said it was on the side of the Imperial Army, albeit the horses, that broke the truce.

As an analogy to the subsequent movement, should we mention that the snowball rolls down the ramp? Or should I mention that the fire that started only slightly will burn? Lucas listened to the change of circumstances while remembering a little fear. On the front line, casualties from accidents that do not even seem to be accidental between small units overlapped… Eventually, the declarations of war between the two countries were to blast across. It is a war.

Lucas was sorry. Because I believed that the beginning of the war would be constituted by a more squared proclamation. The way this starts doesn't have that. I learned such pity as if I could not help but let go of the rambling dog's reins.

But still, Lucas believes that war is something to fight ambitiously.

Because I consider that to be my proud duty. Lucas thinks it is the duty and responsibility of the Lords to dwell and enrich many people in a wide territory as the Marquis family, nothing more. How can the Marquis be in that position and why do they have the right to face and to be heard by the King... isn't that why it is the struggle? Can we claim the legitimacy of a great right by fighting a battle that is more courageous than anyone else, more forcefully than anyone else? Isn't it the duty of the Uliharsilla family to remain so? Isn't it an honor?

Lucas skips. Armor around you, military horses moving under your buttocks, knights surrounding you. All of them are stronger than one human being. In contrast, I think of my thin, sweaty flesh and its inner heart. I can't rely on it. I just can't make up for it until I'm there. Lucas realizes that's who he is.

So let's fight ambitiously. Let us fulfill that duty with pride. Lucas adjusted his internal pressure by thriving his nose with Muhmuff. Yes, I can't just be corrected by the Knights Commander many times. You think the increase in pressure can be reduced, even in words? Lucas opens his mouth and executes it.

"Hey, Doctor. Do you like war?

"I don't even think I like it..."

"Yeah, me too. I don't think I should wake you up like that. But there is exhilaration."

"There must be some blame for this."

Daniel pointed to the breast of the armor that surrounded him. I can check the baron's crest at the stop. Lucas thinks he looks like a beautiful knight, although the line is slightly thin. And even though it would be for something at Daniel's core.

"Relationships between people and costumes seem to have a reversal of obedience. Change your mood to suit your costume… If you're wearing battle gear, you'll still be interested in it."

"That's what it is... yeah, that's what it is. I don't want to slash people with a sword, but the armor is slightly different. I'm curious about that. I was probably curious about that."

Lucas laughed. If I was immaturely armed, and I had the same feeling that the three thousand around me would float, it seemed very pleasant.

"Will you meet the enemy ahead?"

"Well...?

"The teacher doesn't really answer anything I don't know."

I tried to overlap the words further, but Lucas was to shut up. The Knights Commander stopped me. Light cavalry returning from the north side is speaking sharply this way. They found footprints of enemy forces moving, including cavalry. Moreover, because of its novelty, it seems that it still exists in a position not so far away.

Lucas was nervous, but still felt a little sorry for him. Instead of meeting our enemies ahead of us, they were mistaken without noticing each other. Apparently, an actual war is not going to be a dramatic development like the hero Tan.

"Young lady, I will change course and follow the enemy, will you?

"Of course. I want you to do what the Knights Leader thinks. I'll do everything I can to keep my legs together, too."

"Accepted. So..."

A gentle salute was given, and the decree of the Knights Commander was issued.

"All armies, change the needle north. If we make it to the enemy's footsteps, we'll head east and follow."

The Knights move. It moves more sharply like a single life form than ever before. The battle begins. Lucas shuddered with a burrito. Not out of fear. Because I had the illusion that I would ride a giant beast called the Knights to challenge my enemies. I remember the first time I rode a horse.

(I see, this or... this is where the real, sight of war comes from)

Run. Run. Seek the enemy.

The first formation of Lucas Ulyhalsilla was about to begin.
