For You

What a great coincidence!

For some reason, even though he could, Draven didn't want to back out of his role.

"Fuck it," he said silently.

Then he turned back around with a smile on his face.

Sam stood there, panicking inside, with no emotions on his face.

George interrupted the greeting session by clapping his hands. "Alright! Gte into costumes and then head to set 3! Let's go film this thing!"

"Yeah!"

Hours later, Sam was dressed in a chinese general's armor and was wearing a long wig that was put into a bun (ji). Not only was the armor was heavy and cumbersome, but it also took a long time to put on. Then, he had to do make up. Since he was a model who took care of his looks, there wasn't much to do except a bit of concealer.

When he was finally ready to go, he rushed to the set, worried that he might have taken too long. However, to his surprise, not many people were waiting since they were getting their makeup done. Draven was there too. Sam decided to sit far away from him. George went over to Sam and started a conversation.

"Do you like your costume?"

"Yeah, but it's a bit uncomfortable."

"Any parts poking you or squeezing?"

"No. I just feel like I need an undershirt. The metal bits are freezing."

George laughed. "Too late to put one on now, isn't it?"

Sam sighed. "Yeah. Anyways, what were you thinking when you created this show?"

"I wanted to do something different. If we can do shows on Vikings or castle affairs in France, why can't we do China? Lots of people are interested in C-dramas too, so this would pique interest."

"Aren't I supposed to have facial hair?"

"Dramas don't need to be historically accurate, and that wouldn't appeal to many. Uncut wispy beards? Not many into that."

"Was it hard filling the roles?"

"Although we can't use as many well known people, since everyone has to look Chinese, there are a couple of people who finally get their time to shine in this industry. There aren't many asian actors for sure."

Sam smirked. "Aren't you lucky to have met me?"

George laughed. "Yeah. I really scored with both you and Draven."

"You know that he is powerful right?"

"Yup, but I don't need to be scared. I haven't done anything wrong and don't have ulterior motives. He's actually a pretty nice guy."

Sam shot a glance at the handsome man who was reading through the script. "I can't help but be nervous around him."

"What! No, no, no."

George looked at Sam, the air was tense. Then he broke into laughter. "Why are you so nervous?"

"This just happens with new people and places. Comes with the person." Sam shrugged.

George looked around before sighing. "It was nice talking to you, but everyone is here. We've got to start filming. Ready?"

"Yeah."

George turned towards the rest of the actors. "Okay! Off of those booties, get ready to film. Let's get this show on the road!"

George turned out to be very harsh when in director mode. Very harsh on mistakes, but praising with good acting.

"Are you sad or in pain? Give me emotions, not just faces!"

"Retake!"

"Scott! Be childish and fun! Not annoying!"

"Retake!"

"Leah, are you a reincarnator or a mental asylum escapee!"

"Retake!"

"Draven, that was so good! The aura of a prince! The viewers will swoon!"

"YES JUPITER! My little loyal general!"
