Getting A Harem? Hell No! I Just Want To Have A Peaceful Life.

Azgard Academy Arena 5:48 PM...

Sparing is something that I generally enjoyed. It has they joys of battling without any of the consequences like death and such.

My current sparring partner is Gray Fullbuster, he's a mid tier ice mage. A pretty good one at that. But lets just say thet I'm lucky that he still doesn't have his 'Devil Slayer' magic. That would have been pretty troublesome if he had that. But I digress.

"How do we go about this?" The ice mage asked me. "No lethal attacks and a 10 minute time limit?"

"Sounds good to me." I say, while doing some stretches. "You hear that Touma? Start the clock."

Touma nodded then started the timer.

"Ice Make: Cannon!" Gray Fullbuster instantly summoned a cannon made out of pure ice. It was the size of a large bus. "Eat this!"

"Overture!" I was able to dodged the giant cannon ball made out of ice thanks to my time spell. "Almost got me there Gray!"

"Not bad Reiji! But, Ice Make: Gugnir!" Gray exclaimed. Initially, I was confused of what he did. But mere seconds later I felt it. The spell he used came right up from under me. The Reiji of the past would have been hit by a surprise attack like this. But as I am now.

"Da Capo!" I invoked my magic. It was as if the spell that Gray used never activated. My 'Da Capo' spell rewound the time of his magic spell.

"Why didn't it work?!" The ice mage asked in confusion. It for him to feel that was cause this was the first time I used this spell against him.

"'Da Capo', its a spell that can rewind time." I explained to the ice mage. Gray eyes widened when he heard my explanation. "It's one of my new spells including this one."

"'Zero Infinity'."

Grey felt the area that we were sparring on change.

The distance between the two of us became zero. And in that instant I delivered a full power punch straight into his liver.

BAM!

"Gahk!" Gray winced as he collapsed to the ground due the pain that he was feeling. A liver blow can do that to a person. And I was about to deliver another attack.

"Alright Reiji that's enough. You've won." Touma stated. I almost forgot that he was even in here. Damn... I was really getting into it to fight as well.

"Well you heard him..." I told the downed ice mage. I extended my hands towards Gray. "Here let's get you up."

Gray accepted my helping hand. But as he was getting up he was wincing in pain.

"When did you learn those fancy new spells? F.u.c.k the punch hurt..." The ice mage added. He's still recovering from the liver blow that I hit him with.

"This week actually." I stated. Gray turned to Touma to see if I was telling the truth. Touma nodded removing the ice mages doubts.

"In just a week? Damn..." Gray said in amazement. "It shows that I'm lagging behind, I need to train some more."

"Are you guys done? This poor soul is tired of waiting." Touma explained. Me and Gray both nodded. "Good, now lets go. I'm starving right now."

But before we could leave.

"Gray-sama are you okay!" Juvia Lockser — Gray's stalker — suddenly appeared from out of nowhere and glomped the ice mage.

GLOMP!

"Gah! Let go of me Juvia!" I couldn't help but smile at the scene. Gray was struggling and Juvia was trying to give him a kiss. "Hey Reiji, Touma, help me here!"

"If you get in the way of my love, I'll castrate you both Inugami, Kamijou." When Juvia said that, I suddenly felt a chill run down my spine. I could tell that this crazy woman was actually serious about that statement. And after contemplating for a minute, I've reached a decision.

"See you Gray! Touma let's bounce!" I stated. Me and Touma wanted to keep our balls intact so we retreated. We didn't run away... It was a tactical retreat.

Gray was surprised by our sudden betrayal, but he was quickly able to convert that emotion of said surprised into rage. "You bastards are just going to leave me like this?!

"Gray-sama~" Juvia mused whilst hugging the raging ice mage.

I'm sorry Gray. But my balls are more important than your general wellbeing.

As me and Touma finally reached the gates of the school both finally slowed down. I don't want experience that ever again. That Juvia chick can be one scary mother f.u.c.ker.

"Haa... Haa... Ha... We've made it." Says the holder of 'Imagine Breaker' whilst panting heavily. It seems that his adrenaline was wearing off.

"Haa... Yeah, but let's give a salute to our fallen comrade — Gray." I say breathing heavily.

Me and Touma both looked at the direction of the arena while doing an army salute.

"You will be missed Gray." The holder of 'Imagine Breaker' stated.

"God the delta force are doing weird stuff again... Gross." A blonde female blonde woth twin-tails murmured whilst Touma and I were doing a salute.

"Don't make eye contact with them Eriri-san, you might catch on of their many diseases." A stunning female student with long black hair stated.

"..."

"..."

"Let's leave and get some ramen." I told my best friend.

"Such misfortune..." Touma muttered. I decided to take his response as a yes.

Me and the holder of the 'Imagine Breaker' decided to go for some ramen.

Ichiraku Ramen...

"Over ten thousand people in Nagoya died due to the 'space quake' cause by a 'Spirit'. But luckily for us those numbers were reduced to a mere hundred thanks to the efforts of our local spirit mages using their resurrection spells." The newscaster stated whilst me and Touma were eating some ramen. "Ratatoskr also able to capture the 'Spirit' responsible for the said casualties. The 'Spirit' in custody is named Kurumi Tokisaki."

"These 'space quakes' have been happening frequently these days." Touma stated. "I feel sorry for those who died."

"Eh.. What can we do. Let's just be happy that the 'Spirit' was captured." Especiallyally if that 'Spirit' is Kurumi. I remembered her wrongdoings in the anime. Nasty stuff.

The existence of a 'Spirit' first came into being when a mage named 'Isaac Ray Pelham Westcott' and a couple of colleagues of his used their to gather half of the world's mana in a single location. The result not only brought about the 'Great Spacequake' that destroyed a significant part of China but also lead to the birth of the First Spirit, Mio Takimiya.

This incident caused a lot of chaos in the world. The general populous wanted Westcott dead. So in response to the publics plight, the UN hired the 2nd strongest esper of the time — The Unlimited — Hyoubu Kyousuke to kill Westcott.

Hyoubu succeeded, but the lingering effects of the can still be seen today. Case and point the 'space quake' that was shown in the news just a few moments ago.

"In other news, our prime minister Donald Zuramp is making preparations for the upcoming visit of the President Roberto Katze of the United States." The newscaster added.

"So Reiji, why isn't Louise with you?" Touma asked.

"Louise? She was invited by a couple of the girls in our class to hang out with them." I stated while finishing up my bowl of ramen.

"Hang out where?" Touma asked.

"Who knows." I shrugged nonchalantly at his question. "She can do whatever she wants, and besides I already gave her a tour

of the city. She can find her way home."

"Carefree as always Reiji." Touma stated whilst finishing up his ramen.

I wanted change the topic of our discussion so I decided to asked him a question that doesn't involve my fiancee. "Are you ready for tomorrow?"

"Not really, my powers are pretty much useless against those aliens." Touma stated. "I doubt that I can win a fight tomorrow."

"Have you thought about using those 'Dragons'?" I asked. Touma's face contorted into a frown when he heard my question.

"Are you asking me to cut my own arm off!?" The holder of the 'Imagine Breaker' exclaimed. Jeez, he over reacts over the simplest of jokes.

"No need to shout, I'm just messing with you." I told Touma. "And besides the school doesn't allow that type of shit.

"Sorry, sorry, its just. Othinus sempai has been teasing me relentlessly these past couple of days." Touma muttered. "I wonder why."

I might have been the cause of that. But I didn't want Touma to find out so I decided to changed the topic of our discussion, again.

"But seriously man, why did we get matched up against class 1 -H this early." I complained. "I really wish that we were matched up against class 1 - F instead, their class is mostly composed of Magic user."

"Grays class? Yeah, no arguing with that." Touma muttered. "Maybe there my power might have been useful."

After finishing our respective ramens, me and Touma decided discuss our plans for our upcoming fights tomorrow. We didn't get anything done during those discussions.

Inugami Residence...

As I entered my room, I saw Louise standing in her nightgown with an angry expression on her face.

"You're late." Louise stated. Was I really that late? I opened my phone to look up and see what what time it is.

"11:21 PM." I muttered. How long was I at the ramen shop? Well that doesn't matter right now. "My bad, did I make you worry?"

"Of course, a master must always take care of her pets after all!" Louise exclaimed. A very Louise-like response was what I got.

"A pet? I didn't know you were into that kind of play Louise." I teased the pink haired mage. Those words caused her face to become red.

"W-What a-are you-." Louise struggled to form a coherent sentence due to the embarrassment she was feeling.

"Hahaha...!" I laughed at the pink haired mages plight. "Your too easy to tease!"

"Y-you! Fine, I don't care anymore! I'm going to sleep!" Louise having enough of my teasing decided to go to bed. A perfect tsundere response.

"Haha... Goodnight Louise." I stated. I went into my bed afterwards and let Hypnos the greek god of sleep to take me.

The next day...

"Alright, Reiji will go first, then Tsuchimikado, and lastly Touma. Is that alright with you guys." Shino sensei explained to me and the rest of the delta force members.

"Fine by me sensei." I stated doing some stretches. "What about you guys?"

"Its fine by me, but Kami-yan seems to hate the idea." Tsuchimikado says, while pointing at the panicking Touma.

"Why I am last! That's like the spot they reserve for the main character!" Touma exclaimed. "I'm just a side character! I shouldn't be put in this type of situation!"

"You are the main character." I stated. Heck he was the protagonist of his light novel series after all. "And besides, if me and Tsuchimikado defeat our opponents, you wouldn't have to fight yours."

"That's right! Reiji and Tsuchimikado please beat them both!" Touma begged. Man he's totally different when there isn't person that's in need of saving.

"If you boys are done, let's make our way towards the arena." Shino sensei stated whilst moving towards the arena.

"You heard him guys, let's move out." I motioned the other members of the delta force to follow me and they did.

As me and my friend entered the arena. We were suddenly covered by the sea of sound. Lots of different students from different years and classes have gathered in the arena.

"Damn, this place is stacked today." I stated. "Who are they here for?"

"There mostly fans of the 'Deviluke' princesses." Tsuchimikado stated whilst adjusting his sunglasses.

"Momo! Momo! Momo!"

"Nana! Nana! Nana!

"It's seems like the whole school is against us." Tsuchimikado mused. "Exciting in a sense."

"Talk about pressure, such misfortune." Touma muttered while looking around the arena.

As I look up the screen I saw who our respective opponents are. It seems that my opponent is one of the Deviluke twins. Momo Deviluke to be exact. Touma is going up against Golden Darkness AKA Yami. While Tsuchimikado is going to fight the other twin Nana. Tsuchimikado got the easiest one.

"Such Misfortune..." I heard Touma murmured. "Why is the alien superweapon my opponent? This is so unfair."

It seems like his 'Imagine Breaker' blocked the blessings of god again. I'm truly lucky for not having that thing in my right arm.

"Inugami Reiji and Momo Deviluke, please make your way to the center of the arena!" Tatsumaki sensei stated. The strongest esper going to be the referee for this bout it seems. That's good we need someone with power to monitor this 'class tourney'.

"Good luck Inu-yan." Tsuchimikado told me.

"Heh, I need luck." I told my friends. Tsuchimikado gave me a smirk while Touma gave a thumbs up.

With that said, me and the alien princess went into the center of arena. Being the sportsman that I am I said...

"Good luck." I stated. She ignored me, instead she waved to the crowd specifically her Rito sempai.

"Hey I said good luck." I reiterated what I said, but this time in a much more angry tone.

For a swift second she gave me a sly smirk.

"I'm sorry Inugami-san. I didn't hear you the first time." She stated whilst smiling. I knew that she was lying. "Good luck to you as well."

"Whatever, I don't care anymore." I stated while shrugging.

"Alright, the fight will begin when my count reaches three!" Tatsumaki sensei stated. She raised up one of her left hand.

"1..."

"2..."

"3 Begin!" She brought her hand down.

"Displacement!" As sensei finished her counting I immediately teleported a couple of feet away from the alien princess. I decided to go for a OHKO move against her.

"Haaaaa!" I began gathering comic energy into my fist.

"Take this!" The Devilukean princess fired off a beam of lighting from her tail.

It raced towards me in the light speed. But...

"Zero Infinity!" It never reached me. My distance from the princess is now Infinity. And as far as I know, she doesn't have an ability that can erase that distance.

"...!" It seems she was surprised of what happened.

"The distance between is infinite, your attack will never reach me!" I exclaimed. And because of the infinite distance, she can't interrupt me from charging my attack.

The alien princesses eyes widened when she heard my explanation. But she was able to quickly regain her composure.

"I can't lose in front of Rito-san!" She used her D-Dial ( or sometimes called The Dial is  llike a standard phone and can be used it to call other people. But unlike a standard phone, it uses dimension technology that can teleport almost anything.) to summons a giant wall made out of plants to guard herself from my oncoming attack.

I dispelled my 'Zero Infinity' spell and now the distance between us is now back to normal. Then I delivered a punch..

"Overload: Asterism!" I bellowed. My attack made out of cosmic energy raced towards the princess.

BOOM!

The attack destroyed the plant wall guarding her and scored a direct hit at the Devilukean princess. That spell had the power to destroy a small town but...

"F.u.c.k.i.n.g monster." I muttered. As soon as the dust settled, it revealed that the princess was still standing, albiet a bit damaged.

"You'll pay for that." She says, while releasing her bloodl.u.s.t. And before I could blink she rushed towards me.

"Take this!" She exclaimed while trying to deliver a punch. I'm going to make it hard for her.

"Displacement!" I teleported her into the air above me. She lost her composure when that happened.

"Wha!?" She exclaimed. I didn't give her time to recover and delivered a roundhouse kick into her liver.

BAM!

"Ahhh!" The princess was blown back again and this time she hits the wall if the arena.

"Kuh!" The princess grimaced in pain. But again she was able to recover quickly thanks to her Deviilukean physiology.

"Stop using those spells asshole! It's unfair to Momo-chan!" I heard one of Momo's fanboys scream.

"Yeah! You'll pay for this Inugami!" Wait isn't he from my class.

"You can do it Momo-chan! Destroy this prick!" A fat guy wearing some glasses stated.

That's it I've had it with these motherf.u.c.kers. I turned my back from Momo and turned my attention towards the crowd.

"F.u.c.k you all!" I exclaimed whilst giving them the double fingers. "You assholes don't have the balls to come down here and fight!"

Taking advantage of my momentary lost of concentration. The alien princess tried to deliver a sneak attack.

"Haa!" Momo exclaimed whilst firing another lightning beam from her tail. Sorry but that type of attack is not going to work on me.

"Da Capo!" I shouted. My spell rewound time and the beam she fired off disappeared from existence. The Devilukean's eye widened when that happened.

"How!?" Momo exclaimed in frustration. "How can you be this strong?!"

"Zero Infinity." I ignored her question and change our distance into infinity again. Time to end this.

If my 'Overload: Asterism' wasn't enough, I'll try something different, something more powerful. Time to improvise again. I began to gather cosmic energy again. But this time in much larger quantities. My arm began to hurt when I did this.

"Kch!" I winced in pain.

Due to the large quantities of cosmic energy gathering in my hand, it caused the skin on my hand to peel off. And because off that, my normally blue magic energy was slowly turned into the color red due to my blood mixing with it.

"I cant lose! My friends are counting on me." The princess muttered. Momo can do nothing but guard. So used her D-Dial again to summoned another wall made out of plants. But...

"HAAAAAAAAAA!!!" I released a battle cry whilst changing the infinite distance back to normal.

"OVERLIMIT: ASTERISM!" An attack that has the power to annihilate a mountain was unleashed. Momo tried desperately to create more plant walls to protect herself.

But before it could reach the panicking alien princess.

"Alright that's enough. Anymore and we would've an intergalactic problem at our hands. Next time Inugami, don't try and kill the daughter of the king of Deviluke." Tatsumaki sensei stated as she effortlessly compressed my magical energy and destroyed it. "Inugami Reiji is the winner!"

Loud boos rang throughout the arena.

"Da Capo." I used my time rewind spell to restore the skin on my damaged hand. Then I raised up said hand in victory whilst the sound of the crowd's boos rained down upon me. I wanted to remember the faces booing me so I decided to see who they were.

As looked through the crowd I saw Yuuki Rito and his angry harem glaring at me. But being the huge jerk that I was responded by giving them the finger.

"I don't give a damn about you or your harem. If you want you want do something about it come down here!" I exclaimed whilst antagonizing at the To Love Ru cast.

At the same time.

"Wow..." Louise said in amazement. This was her first time seeing Reiji in a fight. She didn't know that her fiancee was this strong. But... "He really likes playing the villain, doesn't he."

Louise wondered why her fiancee was antagonizing the majority of the crowd. What's the point in doing that. But her thoughts were suddenly interrupted by...

"Nice one Inugami!" A female classmate of hers stated.

"That bitch Momo deserves that for stealing my boyfriend!" Another one stated. It seems that Momo is hated by most of the female students.

"Yeah! That's what you get for trying to steal Issei sempai!" Ravel Phenex exclaimed. Even the devils..

The pink haired mage sweat dropped at her female classmates reactions. Was she the only sane person here, Louise wondered.

"Man those pricks think their the center of the world." I muttered.

As I made my way back, I saw Tsuchimikado leaning by a wall.

"Man Inu-yan, a majority of the male students are going to hate you now." Tsuchimikado stated with a smirk.

"They're going to hate you too." I told the magi/esper hybrid. He is going to fight another princess just like me.

"Heh, don't worry about me I'm used to being hated." Tsuchimikado nonchalantly shrugged.

"Hey Tsuchimikado, don't do anything rash. You 'Auto-Rebirth' ability can only go so far." I told the hybrid. He formed a smirk h heard me say that.

"Don't worry Inu-yan. I brought some special equipment with me." He says to me whilst showing me a floating knife? "Be sure to enjoy the match Inu-yan."

Nana Asta Deviluke really hates Inugami Reiji. Its because for what he did to her sister and for him taunting her friends. She wanted to make him pay for what he did. But sadly that's not the case for. She needed to concentrate against her opponent.

"Alright! Nana Deviluke and Tsuchimikado Motoharu please make your way towards the center of the arena." Tatsumaki the strongest esper stated.

She has very little information on her opponent. But from what little information that she does know, Tsuchimikado Motoharu in an anomaly in a sense. An magi/esper hybrid.

Her classmates told her that if an esper uses magic, it will destroy their body. So this upcoming fight should be walk in park for her.

"Alright, you know the drill. On the count of three, we'll start the match." The strongest esper told the two combatants.

"3..."

"2..."

"1... Begin!"

Nana hated the fact that her opponent was so laidback. The hybrid had his hands on his pockets, non even bothering to put his guard up. She was going to admonish the man but.

"Unlike my friend, Inu-yan. I don't really like fighting women. So I'm sorry about this princess." The hybrid told the Nana Deviluke.

"Streamfield!"

Tsuchimikado's body began to glow in the blue as 666 floating knives suddenly appeared from out of nowhere.

"What?!" The princess says in shock. "Is this magic!? If so how are you able use it without taking any damage!?"

"Oh? So you know about my weakness? Good for you for doing some research on me. But this baby here is called 'Streamfield', its just a Sacred Gear that I've been keeping to myself." The hybrid explained. "It still hurts using it though, if your wondering. But uses very little mana, hence the very little pain."

Sacred Gear also known as Gods Artifacts, are items with powerful abilities bestowed upon humans by the original God from the Bible.

"...!" The Devilukean princess tried to use her D-Dial to summon an animal to aid her but...

"I won't do that if I were you." The hybrid states whilst pointing at the princesses neck.

"What are you-!" Nana stopped mid-sentence due to seeing multiple floating knives suddenly pointing around her neck. "When did this?!

"Give up princess, those things can cut through solid steel." The hybrid ordered the princess to give up. Nana didn't want to surrender but the strongest esper says otherwise.

"I've seen enough, Tsuchimikado Motoharu wins! Class 1 - J is the winner of this 'class tourney'!" Tatsumaki stated. Boos rained down upon Tsuchimikado as he nonchalantly left the battle area.

I was surprised on how Tsuchimikado's match turned out. While I expected him to win his match, I didn't expect his completely dominate the Devilukean princess.

"Where did he get that Sacred Gear?" I muttered to myself. I wondered how got that. I was also a bit jealous.

"Heck yeah! I'm not going to fight!" Touma shouted in joy. "I'm not going to fight that alien super weapon! Go is finally taking pity on me!"

"Don't get to excited Touma." I told the holder of the 'Imagine Breaker'. Ironically, I decided to destroy his illusion. "You'll still have fights in the coming future."

"Inugami-kun is right Kamijou-kun." Shino sensei added. "We still have a couple of matches coming before the end of the year."

Once Touma heard that his once happy face was replaced with a face full of despair. "Such Misfortune."

"What's with the negativity here Kami-yan? We've just won after all." Tsuchimikado suddenly appeared without warning.

"You did good there Tsuchimikado-kun." Shino sensei told the hybrid. "I'd expect for you to do the same in the next bout."

"You can count on me again sensei." Tsuchimikado answered.

"Yo congrats man." I told esper/magi hybrid. "But seriously a Sacred Gear, why keep it a secret?" And why didn't you use it during the first 'class tourney' earlier this year?"

"To answer both your questions, It seemed irrelevant at the time because we had the fourth strongest esper on the planet — 'Dark Matter' — at our team." Tsuchimikado answered with a noncholant shrug.

"So you only decided to take things seriously because your back was up against the wall?" I asked the hybrid.

"You don't have to make it sound like that." Tsuchimikado complained. "But essentially, you are correct on your assumption."

"Well anyways, you boys up for some ramen, my treat." Shino sensei stated. I guess he must be happy for us winning. "I won my bet with Hiratsuka sensei, so I have some extra cash on my pocket."

"You decided to bet on your own students." Touma stated with a deadpan look.

"Who cares Kami-yan were getting free ramen." Tsuchimikado says while shrugging his shoulders. Touma turned his head towards me for my opinion.

"Why not?" I stated while also shrugging my shoulders like Tsuchimikado.

"Great, let's leave before it becomes nighttime." Shino sensei stated.
