Katsumi Masaru was a trainee of a special force. He was well known to have weird fighting style where he claims to obtain from manga and anime.

One day, he was having a day off and he spent it on his home. Every morning, he would train his body like how he used to when working. After that, he lazed around by either reading manga or anime.

According to him, manga not only relieves himself from mind fatigue, but it also helps him obtain unique fighting methods and styles. The type of manga or anime that he prefers are Action, Thriller, Sci-fi and Fantasy.

One day, after finished reading Akame Ga Kill!, Katsumi received an anonymous letter which brought him to a website where he gets to decide his destination, timeline, and cheats. He's also given the right to alter his age and appearance.

What will Katsumi do after he's transferred?
