Hearing that Xue'er was calling for him, Reo had a feeling of happiness swell inside him even though he didn't know who she was. But thinking about her he found out that the original Chen Reo had a crush on her was his childhood sweetheart.

Seeing that they were close enough and he used to have feelings for Xue'er he tidied up get thoughts and went to look for her.

Reo saw a cute little girl standing in front of his courtyard waving her hands welcoming him to see her. The face of the girl as beautiful as a fairy with cute dimples on her cheeks while she was smiling and she had fiery red eyes that seemed to glow brightly under the evening sky. Reo was stunned for a moment thinking how can a little girl be so beautiful enough to shock his soul. Xue'er came near reo and woke him from his stupor.

Reo then took her to the garden in his courtyard and began doing some small talk with her and finally asked why she had come looking for him

Xue'er was the Young Miss of the Divine Phoenix Family which was one of the medium-sized aristocrat families in Glory City. She told him that she was again bullied by the Young Master of the Sacred Family Shen Yue. Thinking about this he found out that Shen Yue always bullied her since her family lives off a connection in trade using the sacred family and no one ever bothered that she got bullied and even the original body was timid didn't have enough strength to take revenge for Xue'er.

Chen Reo found the quest amusing since he was going to do that anyway and thought that Shen Yue was an annoying brat who always seeks trouble for himself. He then consoled and played with Xue'er and walked her back to her home and finally departed seeing she was safe inside with her family.

Reo went back home through the market place and found many people selling items, herbs, equipment and other things he didn't even have a clue of. So reo knew that even though he knows about the whole plot and what happens in the storyline he was clueless with the details in this world and didn't have any knowledge about them. Reo decides that his first goal is to read lots of books and gather information for his database system.

Reo after a long walk finally reached home ate dinner in the dining hall and went back to his room to sleep. Thinking back about all these things that happened after his death seemed like a funny joke played on him in his dream he soon dozed off into sleep while he heard something pop up in his mind but not sure what it was and slept.

Early Morning the second day after his rebirth reo found himself wake up with some blurred lines something about 100 and ranks and a blessing or sort. He tried to remember what it was but to no avail he couldn't figure out what it was. So he left it out for later and finished his morning training and then took bath then ate his breakfast in his courtyard.

After he got ready, Now it was time to gain some knowledge about this world so he went to his family library.

As soon as he stepped into the library he heard a notification.

Reo was happy since he was a little nearer to his goal and he needs only 440 exp to reach level 1 of GCS. He then went around and took out books based on herbs flipping pages as he slowly read through them. Reo got a little annoyed that if this goes on it will take ages till he could finish all these books and wondered if the system can somehow help him finish all these books.

He asked the system why it didn't tell him that sooner and made him waste about an hour reading half of a single book.

Well, it did sound a little bit logical, so he forgot about that little incident and began scanning the various books in his family library. He didn't even go to have his lunch and was immersed in filling up the database with whatever he could get his hands on.

When he was about halfway done on the non-restricted books on herbs and pills in the library, he soon found out it was already night and he has spent the whole day reading books with only half of the low-level books done. He found Himself hungry as soon as he stopped scanning the books so he left the library to eat dinner and rest for the day.
