Chapter 17. Map Of the Boundless Zone.

After safely keeping all the Fruits inside his Heir's ring he was feeling quite jovial, the only thing left was to somehow give these fruits to his parents without causing any trouble.

He already has many ideas to do this simple job, one idea was to simply give them the fruits and tell them the truth as to where he got them and the second idea was to make up some lies and do the same job.

At first, he really wanted to take the first option and tell them about his past life and what happened, but after thinking for some time he decided to not to take this step now. His family and parents already have a new life and new way, the past life enemies were already gone and became the past itself.

The cycle of time had already moved forward sweeping everything like dust to await a new future, all that was remained was memories and its only holder which was him. Even the world itself had changed and what awaits him and his family is new challenges and possibilities so sticking to the past and involving his family into it too, is not the right choice he would consider.

The two things he had learned from his past is that the strength and the knowledge is the only thing that matters in both worlds, and keeping secrets that can harm others to yourself is the second thing he had learned.

Only a person who was betrayed by many at every point of his life can tell what steps to take to remain safe and protect your loved ones.

In this world where even Gods exist, peeping inside someone's mind is also possible and maybe it would be a very small matter for someone powerful. He himself knows many types of techniques to search minds. So, it will not be a dishonest thing to keep a secret to himself.

Telling everything to his family might give him more freedom to do things in future without hiding anything from them, but for some reason, he was not so sure about it right now, so he can only leave it to the future and see if his family still possess their Ancient Bloodline, if they do. Only then will he tell them everything.

So now there is only the second choice left.

He came out of the Immortal Realm and only close to 20 minutes have passed outside, his clothes were still little wet and same goes for his hair which was bundled into a small bun. The funniest thing was that all his clothes were still inside his mother's room so to change he has to go there.

He sneaked out from his room and moved towards the garden, after crossing the flower garden and the small pond filled with a variety of fishes he came near a half-open window, which was his mother's room.

He waited there for some time to see if there was anyone inside, when he found no one, he secretly sneaked inside the room and moved towards the cupboard where generally all his and his mother's clothes were stored.

The room was bright due to the sunlight coming inside from the window and it was also very big in size as there was a big wooden Queen size bed which silently lay in the centre, a big bookcase filled with different kinds of books about martial arts and philosophies to a side and a large cupboard around 2 meter in height and 5 meter in length to the other side.

The room was also filled with the faint fragrance of flowers which were carried here by the wind from the flower garden.

He can hear the faint voices of his mother and grandmother who were talking outside, so he moved as silently as he could towards the cupboard and gently opened it.

There were five separate sections inside the cupboard with five different opening doors, three sections from left to the centre was filled with his mother's clothes and rest two at the right side were his own.

After opening the two cupboards doors he saw neatly stacked children's clothes which were giving off a shiny glow due to it being made from the threads collected by an early Martial commander rank silky spider, which were specially reared and farmed by the Mu clan.

To the other side, there were also some clothes that were for little girls, seeing this he had his back full of cold sweat as he remembered some torture that he has to go through every day. Without wasting any time he stored all of his clothes inside the storage ring including the girly clothes, leaving nothing, not even a speck of dust.

After gently closing the cupboard door he again moved towards the windows and was ready to jump out, when he remembered something and stopped and moved towards the Bookcase. On the most lower section of the case, there was an ancient (Old) looking book sitting silently.

The cover of this book was made from some kind of dark green leather acquired from a high ranking beast, as the pages of this book had almost turned brown due to being of old age. This was the book he had found from a cave inside one of the mountains near the village during his exploration, the book was filled with the ink sketches which looked like maps of the different region as there were hundreds of them.

There were also marks that show caves and herbal fields, Monster dens, some even show the places of different temples with their own circular marks of unique designs. He did not know what these places are and what they represent, but he knows that this book is a real treasure if all the information written inside are correct.

Now that he has some of his powers back, he could finally appraise it to see what this book truly is.

He gently took the book out from the case and used the appraisal technique.

"Should I upgrade it here?" He contemplated for some second and finally the urge to upgrade took over.

In a couple of seconds, he upgraded the Old book only to see the book slowly shining brightly for some time as it turned into a light and entered inside his body and disappeared.

"WAH" a small panicked shrike escaped from his mouth.

The talking voice of his mother and grandmother stopped which made him panic more, without caring about anything he ran towards the window and jumped out.

He does not have the time to observe what happened with the map and ran out of the clan.

His new destination was his eternal rivals home, Snot Chu.

Black Turtle City, City Lord Mansion.

The city lord manor was filled with many festivities as numerous carriages pulled by unique creatures and design can be seen neatly parked in front of the Mansion.

This Mansion was Built in the most central part of the city, it was also considered to be one of the most luxurious buildings inside the city, which clearly shows that the city lord has invested quite a large sum of money, collected from high tax and doing some corrupt works.

Currently, there are hundreds of influential people from Nine wave sword sect and from inside the city who have gathered inside the city lords mansion, they were patiently waiting for someone, the whole scene felt little weird because nobody was talking with each other as if afraid to disturb something or someone.

Inside one of the most luxurious rooms of the mansion a Middle-aged man in his forties was sitting in a weird meditative posture, wearing a Red robe carved with Burning Sword embroidery which was made by Golden threads, this man excludes a unique aura of authority from his body but currently there was a deep frown that has appeared on his face.

"Did my divination technique failed? why did that ancient aura suddenly disappeared?" He muttered under his breath as he slowly opened his eyes which was now filled with a little panic, worry and anger.

'I can't let this go like that, I have chased this aura for years and finally when I was so close to finding it, it..it disappeared just like that.' He thought as he again closed his eyes and continued his weird meditation forcefully.

"Bleh.." after some time he opened his eyes which had turned red as he vomited a mouthful of blood, but this time he was excited as if this internal injury didn't bother him at all.

"HaHa...It's really a treasure. A Book, a Book." He laughed out loud like a weird madman, considering his mouth and cloth were currently covered in his own blood.

This madman is called Mad Devil Diviner, he is the Outer sect Elder of Burning sword region, he got his psychotic name because of his tendency to search for treasures from all around and he would even loot and kill for the treasures he had taken an interest into.

No one would dare to offend him because of the burning sword region as his backing especially inside one of the lower rank cities, as long as he does not kill a large number of people and commit to much crime, Burning Sword Region would not even bother to stop him.

He uses his divination art to do this Evil job, that was why he was called Devil Diviner. This time too, he came inside the Black Turtle city while following a very faint fluctuating ancient aura, that appeared occasionally from somewhere untraceable.

Being an experienced treasure hunter he can determine the power and value of the treasure from the aura alone, so he followed this mysterious aura all the way from the Burning Sword Region, in hope of finding something and increase his power to become an Inner Elder and gain some authority inside the region.

Just now when the aura of the treasure disappeared he panicked and forcefully activated his divination technique to find some clue, in the result he injured himself as his technique back-lashed but he still got the glimpse of the treasure he was following, which was a book.

If Mu Shen can see the book he would be shocked to know that he barely avoided a big calamity by just upgrading the Old Book, how can he tell that this Old book which was inside his mother's bookcase had invited such a big demon?

Outside the room there were currently Five people standing respectfully in front of the door, they were City Lord, Nine Wave Sword Sect patriarch, Li Clan patriarch and two officials from city lords mansion.

"What do you people think, Why is that demon laughing madly inside." City Lord asked in hushed voice towards others.

"Hush, City Lord are you an idiot." Nine Wave Sword Sect Patriarch, Ji Luo said in hushed angry voice making city lord frown.

"You know I am the city lord here right?" City Lord asked while frowning towards Ji Luo.

"So, What." Ji Luo said in a disrespectful tone.
