Under the burning sun rays of the mid day, a group of shirtless men drove into El Barendo town by two pickups with cheap smiles on their faces. It is Peter’s seven men squad. They are very happy now. It is not because they didn’t meet anyone searching them on the road. Although they arrived here smoothly, it couldn’t make them so happy like that. The thing was they suddenly found out on the way that the sun rays were nourishing them unlike before. That nourishing feeling is so special, strange and indescribable. In short, it feels really addicting. They can feel that staying directly under the sun with exposed skins for one hour is almost equal to drinking expensive 50 gold coins basic nourishing vitality potion.

“Praise the Eternal Sun God.”, said the guys excitedly and got out of the pickups as they parked them at the parking in front of a restaurant.

“Hey, doesn’t it look familiar?”, Ronald patted Allen and asked while pointing at a cute blue Volkswagen beetle. There are two domineering off-road vehicles parked at each sides of the blue beetle. Allen looked at the blue beetle carefully and said, “It does really look familiar.”

Peter looked at and said, “It’s the car of that girl Emma. I remember it.”

“Really?”, asked Ronald and Allen at the same time. Peter curled up his lips and winked at Allen meaningfully. Peter said, “I bet ten bucks. We might be able to see Emma soon.”

The guys laughed and cheerfully entered the restaurant just like that. It is a cafeteria restaurant. Due to the location, time and delicious foods, its business is blooming at the present. However, there are still several vacant tables, especially at a corner where a group of gangsters looking men are dining.

When Peter and his squad walked in, many people looked at them. Most of them were women who were attracted by bulging muscles of these tall shirtless men. Under the wolf like thirsty eyes of some women, the guys didn’t flinch and Ronald even whistled while making a pose to show off his muscles. Peter checked around and pointed at a corner.

He laughed, “There she is. I won.”

Coincidentally, Emma is also dining in this restaurant too. She is sitting and eating alone at a table while ten big men who dress up like old school bikers are sitting around her. Some people who arrived later may think that big men are trying to cheat a little girl. But the diners who were already at there ten or twenty minutes ago knew that the real situation. They witnessed that the girl was escorted by the bikers into the restaurant while having a nice conversation like a family. That is also why nobody is coming to chat or tease a young beautiful girl like Emma. Even some men who are drunk from tequila would not come to bother Emma. Although the alcohol boosts their spirits, they still understand who can be provoked and who can’t be.

At the same time, Emma also noticed them. She excitedly waved her hands at them. Peter patted the shoulder of Allen and said, “Go ahead. Your little girlfriend must be really excited to see you.”

Under the chuckles of Ronald, Allen nodded at them and walked towards Emma. Emma moved to the side on the wooden bench and made a space for Allen. After Allen sat down, she pursed her lips and asked, “Why are you shirtless?”

She glanced at a woman who was still looking at her boyfriend and touched the firm biceps of Allen with a smile. Allen of course noticed the small movements of his fiancee. He only smiled lightly and said, “It’s good for our training. Just like superman. So, we are trying to get more sunshine on us.”

Emma pouted and muttered, “But you’re under the shade now.”

She turned her head to the table beside and said, “Uncle Roger, can you go and get a shirt for my boyfriend?”

Looking at the burly man standing up, Allen hurriedly stopped, “It’s fine. It’s fine. You can continue having your meal.”

“I will go and get some foods for me. Don’t be troublesome. We are going when we finished eating anyways. This is going to take only several minutes.”, said Allen to Emma and he walked quickly to the counter to get some foods. At there, his buddies are picking the foods they want with a tray. When Allen arrived, Ronald gave him a tray filled with several pieces of fried chicken and smiled meaningfully. Mark is waiting in front of a boy making tequila patiently while eating french fries on his tray. Ben is chatting with Glenn and Dale while picking the foods they like. As for Peter, he is standing and nibbling a chicken thigh with one hand while holding the tray with the other hand.

After a while, Peter and his squad walked towards the vacant tables near tables which Emma and her gangsters bodyguards were sitting around. They nodded at the familiar ten men and sat on the benches. Then, they started concentrating on the foods in front of them. As for Allen, he went to sit together with Emma. But he was also concentrating on the foods while occasionally giving vague responses to Emma with foods in mouth.

Before they left the restaurant, some bold women even came to give their phone numbers to Peter and his men at a table. As for Allen, no one went to bother him. Despite of some of these bold women being beautiful and sexy, they left the notes on the table when they left. Even lively Ronald was no exception. Because he understood that one night stand should not be his target. In fact, the guy was hit hard by Peter’s luck before and then Allen’s luck hit him again. Now, he simply just wants to find a beauty who would love to start a family with him.

At the parking, Peter asked Emma, “Did Allen tell you about damaged highway road?”

Emma shook her head blankly. She was clueless. Peter stared at Allen and said, “Give you three minutes to explain them. And let them follow us.”

And he walked back to their pickup trucks and familiarly jumped onto the truck bed. Glenn and Dale would be drivers today. Now, everyone couldn’t wait to stay under the sun so they could become stronger quickly.

“We are supermen!”, yelled Peter excitedly. And Ronald followed, “The darlings of the sun, superman!”

Ben patted at the pickup body and shouted, “Let’s go, Glenn. Time waits for no one. I don’t wanna sleep in the wilderness. I bet you wouldn’t like to sleep in the wild too.”

Glenn silently started the pickup and drove out of the parking. Dale at the another pickup also hurriedly followed Glenn. Allen who just finished explaining to Emma and her gangster bodyguards speechlessly looked at it. Then, he glanced at the cute blue beetle and silently rubbed his hairs.

“Let’s go. We have to follow them tightly.”, said Allen as he tried to open the car’s door. However, he failed. He realized that the car was not unlocked yet. Emma laughed and unlocked the car.

“As you heard uncles, we have to follow the team.”, said Emma to the men still standing in place. And she got into the car quickly. No way, the sun here is too poisonous and hot. She doesn’t wanna get tanned skin. As for going together with her boyfriend’s team, she doesn’t have any opinion on it. After all, where she is going is also the base camp of these men. She doesn’t think that they would hurt them for no reason. Moreover, she still has trust on her father’s vision and her vision on viewing people.

Peter’s team didn’t really leave by themselves. They were waiting for them to catch up at a corner ahead. Only when they saw the blue beetle came out of the parking, they continued driving forward again.

Soon, a team of two pickups, one cute beetle, four off-road, left the small town on the dirt road beside the badly damaged segmented paved road leading to the main highway road number 83. After driving for a while, they reached to the highway road in the same condition like the previous small road. Although Emma felt that she was not lied, she still felt really shocking when she was able to see the scene personally. She had never thought before that the highway road which federation government put a lot of efforts would be badly damaged to that point. When she thought of super earthquake which occurred recently, she felt that it was the culprit.

Emma is not the only one who thinks so when they come to witness the various damaged artificial architectures at the outside of the cities and towns. Moreover, most of cities inhabitants haven’t even noticed it yet since there is nothing wrong in the cities.
