Half Blood Prince

Maria felt that aling Juanita is hiding something from her.

"What's with the wind?" Maria asked herself

Aling Juanita immediately talked to Aling Pacita, Maria's grandmother.

"I think they saw Maria" scared Aling Juanita say

"Why did you go there, Why did you bring Maria in the forest," asked Aling PAcita.

"Have you forgotten what happened two years ago?" Aling PAcita, she is quite afraid for her granddaughter.

"You should go back to the city" says aling Pacita

"Is there something wrong mama?" Aling Janet asked her mom

"Strange things might happen, if you don't bring Maria home right away" scared aling Pacita

"I don't get it mama, we just arrived last week and now you are asking us to go back in the city, Maria will go to college soon, we won't be able to come home for few years" confused aling Janet asked.

"No more questions Janet, just take her home"  Aling Pacita, she was scared that her granddaughter, Maria may suffer if she stays longer in their town.

Aling Pacita and Aling Janet run out of the house when they heard the sudden wind blows. Both of them smelled the wind like the flowers just in bloom.

Both of them felt the uneasiness of the night, it scared them both.

The next day

Aling Janet called her husband to fetch them from the province. But Maria's father is on his way to Japan to attend to a company's seminar for two weeks. Aling Janet cannot do anything, their province is very far from town and Maria has two smaller siblings. All they can do is wait for his father to come back.

Maria was not allowed to go out on her own, she can't go anywhere. She got bored within a week.

Maria decided to go for a walk with her cousins, just a few walks from the house of her grandparents. She decided to sit under a tree and played with the plants around it.

When suddenly the tree suddenly bloomed with white flowers and so as the plants around her.

She was amazed and felt really happy on what she is seeing

"Oh! Wow! H- How did it happen? "confused Maria asked herself

On the other side

Israfel saw Maria slowly sitting under a tree. Israfel has the sight of an eagle, he can see things clearly miles away from him.

His eyes turned to green, the wind blows and flowers bloomed around him. He closed his eyes and let the flowers bloom around the girl sitting under the tree.

He got this power form his mother, who can speak to animals and plants and has the ability to bring back life.

He discovered this power when he accidentally killed a bird with his palm. He got confused when he was able to understand the bird was trying to say. Fire burst out from his palm, and burned the birds feathers. The bird died immediately, but when he cried and his tears starts to fall, the bird suddenly chirped and grew out its feathers. The bird become his friend and his companion wherever he goes.

The bird's name is Dara. Dara served as his conscience for it constantly remind him to do well. That is one of the reasons why he can go out from the underworld and mingle with people in the village.

Maria's POV

"H-how did it happened?" confused Maria is asking herself

"Did I have not noticed earlier?" Maria

"But they're so beautiful" Maria was amazed with what she saw.

Every day, Maria visits the place. Flowers keeps on blooming each day. She finds peace in this place. For a girl who grew up in the city this place is all she wanted.

Israfel's POV

"She's really pretty" Israfel, while looking at the girl far from him.

"I want to meet her" Says Israfel

"No, you can't" Surprised Dara says.

"B-but why can't I?" Israfel asks

"Her grandmother might caught you" Dara warned Israfel

"Her grandmother is a forest nymph and she can feel you" Dara explained

"B-but how can I meet her?" Israfel asking Dara

"You can, but not here. Not in this village. Her grandmother can smell you if you go near her granddaughter" Dara explained

"So, there is nothing I can do aside from watching her this far?" hopeless Israfel

"Why don't you accept your father's command? Your father wants you to go to college and learn" Dara

"Oh! He wants me to go out, to go to college to learn more on how to be evil, to teach these people to do bad so he can take more souls" Israfel explained

"That is the only opportunity for you to meet her, anyway, I don't think you'll be as bad as you think" Dara

"Not if you're around" Israfel smiled at Dara

"Of course not, you can always take me with you" Dara says

Israfel asks his father Hades, if he could go to college in the city. Which his father approved. Hades, was really happy that finally his son, the prince is following his commands.
