Half Blood Prince

A week month before graduation.

"The seniors are going to have a graduation ball tomorrow night" says Dara

"I don't think I can go" Maria

"Oh! Please Maria, I want to go, I want to see and try what a party is." Says Dara

"We don't have a date" Maria remind Dara

"Oh! You're wrong… we have a date" says Dara smiling

"huh?" Maria laughing

"You know Maria it's a good thing that I can see you smile again, your plants are dying. You should try to laugh again my friend" says Dara, looking at the plants behind Maria. They're starting to bloom again.

"I'm sorry if I put you into a deep sadness, I promise to find myself again" Maria promised.

"You have to, you will be twenty the day after tomorrow, you need to be happy, and your wings are waiting to unfold." Says Dara

"I almost forgot about my birthday, what happens then?" Maria asked her

"We'll you will officially accept the throne, receive gifts from the king and your godmothers" Dara explained

"What kind of gifts?" Maria asked her

"Those are powers, anything that they want to give you plus you will gain your grandma's power back then. Every power that was taken from her will be given to you as her replacement. You can be the most powerful nymph in the forest." Dara explained excitedly

"Oh! I didn't have any idea, that this is going to be big... it's a big responsibility Dara" Says Maria

"Don't worry, they will teach you. I will always be there for you" Dara promised.

"Thank you, I really don't know what to do if you're not around Dara" Says Maria as she hugged Dara.

"Anyway going back to the ball, we already have a date tomorrow night" Dara says smiling widely.

"And who are they?" Ask Maria

"You'll see" Says Dara smiling.

Maria and Dara decided to buy some clothes for tomorrow's ball. Though Dara can provide ball gowns for both of them, they chose to be human. They were very happy, and excited. They visit different stores, eat different foods. Tried different gowns bought some shoes.

They didn't noticed those two pair of eyes following them since morning.

I know, these two are not mortals, they are not human." Moira says

She's been following them since morning… she was amazed by their smell.

"I think I saw them already…" Moira still talking to her self

"I think I know what they are… father will be really happy" Moira says

Maria's scent is all over the place, creatures from everywhere are trying to follow her. She's turning twenty tomorrow. Her scent serves as a magnet to creatures like them.

In the underworld

Moira is talking to their father, Hades

"I saw a creature out there, she has a sweet scent, the scent of ripe fruits and flowers in bloom" Moira told her father

"She's a Nymph, a nymph turning into adult. The higher their place in the kingdom, the stronger their scent. "Hades

"Aren't you looking for a girl to conceive Israfels child?" Smiling Moira asked Hades

"She would be perfect to be his mate." Moira again

Hades stopped for a while…

"Agnos!" he called

He was calling one of his men.

"Who is that girl, and what kind of creature is she?" Hades asked his assistant.

Agnos, hades' assistant has the power to see the people they've encountered by just staring into people's eyes.

"It's a forest nymph, she's turning to an adult the day after tomorrow. According to the scent, I can smell the blood of Samon, their king" Agnos explained

"Ha! Ha! Ha!" Hades, laughed out loud.

"This is good, I am going to make a prince stronger than Israfel, even stronger than me" says Hades.

"But what if Israfel refused to touch the girl?" Moira

"I am going to hypnotize him, he'll follow my orders even if it's against his will. He can't resist that girls scent" says Hades.

He already has a plan on how to abduct the girl and Israfel. Tomorrow night.

"But My Lord, what about the prophecy?" Agnos asked Hades

"The prophecy says, a princess that will be born when the moon is in its biggest will end the life of the King of darkness" hades say

"I am going to make sure that it will be a prince, and no princess will be born alive when the moon comes out." Says Hades, smiling

"Ha! Ha! Ha!" Hades is very happy with his plan.

Graduation ball

Maria looks so beautiful in her white dress, stunning. Almost all of the gentlemen stares at her.

Her date is Gerard…

Gerard felt proud that her date is the most beautiful woman in the room.

Israfel keeps on staring at Maria. He can't explain his feelings towards her. His heart is beating fast every time he looks at her.

Maria was confused to why her heart is beating fast.

"What's wrong with you? " Dara asked Maria. Dara felt it, Maria is uncomfortable.

"I don't know, Israfel keeps on staring at me, it makes me uncomfortable, my heart is beating fast" Maria told Dara.

"Don't look at him, try to ignore him" Dara says

Israfel can't help it.

" there is something with that girl but I can't tell what it is" Israfel in his mind, then he saw

Gerard asking Maria for a dance. And Maria complied.

"I have to find out" says Israfel then turn to Andrea and ask her for a dance.

He wants to go near Maria, he wants to find out something. They were all dancing in the dance floor when the emcee ask the students to exchange partners with the one beside them. Maria look at the dancing couple beside them and she was surprised…

"May I have this dance?" Israfel asking Maria

Maria, glance at his hand, still confused whether to accept it or not.

The music switched from pop to love song, Israfel took Maria's hands and put it on his shoulder.

Maria's heart is losing its control…

She was trying to look for Dara but couldn't find her.

Chapter 12

Israfel's POV

"What is happening to me, I can't control my heart beats." Confused Israfel

Israfel pulled Maria closer to his chest...

"W-What is that smell?" Israfel

Israfel's eyes turns to red

He could feel his heat is burning his body. He was already staring at Maria.

Maria could feel the sudden change in Israfel's body, she looked at him. Confused to see that his eyes turns to red.

Dara suddenly appear, pulled Maria and run through the door.

Israfel tried to follow them that's when Agnos appear in front of him.

"What do you need my Lord?" Agnos asked Israfel

"I want her" Israfel commanded him

"Go to your father's castle and wait, I will bring the girl there" Agnos says

Meanwhile, Maria and Dara are trying their best to run as fast as they can.

"We need to hurry your highness, Israfel does not recognize you" Dara explained

"I'm confused, why did he suddenly wants to attack me?" Asked Maria

"Your scent your highness, it serves as a magnet to him. I almost forgot that Israfel is a half demon, please forgive me your highness…" Dara felt crying

When suddenly someone grab Maria's wrist…

"Let me go!" Maria cried

Agnos catch them, two of his men grab Dara.

"You can't go anywhere your highness" says creepy Agnos to Maria

Maria was so scared… she can't think well.

Agnos runs so fast carrying Maria. Until he reached Hades castle.

Carrying Maria who lost her consciousness on the way, Israfel took her from Agnos.

He can't bear it anymore…
