Chapter 27 - Leaving the Netherfrost Lake

"This is a technique only I have, if I forcefully mark someone, the mark will be black and will alert me when they are in danger, the pink mark is for one who agreed as has slight mutual feelings or l.u.s.t, and a white mark is for one who has a true love for me, which will connect their life source to me and they will have access to my personal realm".

Whilst both Yun Bing and Mu Xuanyin were surprised at such a technique, it wasn't something that they truly understood so they didn't have much reaction.

"Meaning from now on I can teleport to you at will, also when your mark turns white, I will be able to restore your strength, since your life force is connected to mine".

The Ice Phoenix actually opened her lips slightly, Yun Long who saw this sight was crying inside, if only he was older, he would've eaten her on the spot, so alluring…

He couldn't help himself as he walked over to Yun Bing, and brushed her hair behind her ear, whilst he placed it on her ice cold cheek "As your life force is connected to mine you will not have to rely on this cold vein to maintain your existence, and the energy I use is something that is that even Creation Gods pale in comparison to, so don't worry my little Bing'er, I know you hate how you've had to exist these last million years, but you only need to wait two decades more before I let you fly out to this world once more".

However, Yun Bing wasn't happy, she simply replied "This world no longer needs Gods"

To which Yun Long slightly smiled at "Hmm Bing'er, even if I'm a child, if you're not obedient then I'll have to punish you, you know" however all he got was an emotionless stare.

"And even if you don't want them to come, there are many beings that remain from the age of gods, heck, even the Moon Devil Sovereign is sealed within my planet, in a few years he'll recover his power, pfft… I still remember that dotard thinking he would end me and get his powers only to be destroyed by me, hahahaha" Yun Long wanted to use the story of the original timeline to change the perspective of Yun Bing.

Indeed, it led him to be successful, as Yun Bing had a contemplative look on her face, after a while she just looked towards Yun Long and nodded her head, understanding her intention, he simply turned towards Mu Xuanyin.

However, Mu Xuanyin was stunned, to think that such things were still around from a million years ago and he was just laughing it off, however now that she learnt of this information, she could make the necessary adjustments to make her realm ready for the future.

However her hope was shot instantly when she heard the voice of Yun Long "Yin'er, I need to seal your memories, whilst I trust you with my information, however it can subconsciously change the decisions you make within the sect within then next 20 years which could have a negative impact…" he paused, waiting for her full attention.

"For example you could make a decision different, because you know your younger sister Bingyun will eventually be saved by me, but this change will alter the course of events in the Snow Song Realm to the point where it will be different to the one I encountered during the original timeline, thus I want to be seal your memories, however if you want, you can keep them, and just consider them my unnecessary worries, what do you choose, Xuanyin?".

Mu Xuanyin who was actually quite restless, wanted to find a point where she could refute him, however he hadn't said anything that was out of spite, or wanting to scheme against her, and subconsciously she knew that no matter what, he would never make a decision that would wrong her.

"Make me trust you, prove to me that you are worthy for this King to put her faith in you".

All Yun Long did was wave his hand towards himself, saying that he wanted her to come closer to his height, as she bent slightly forward, and that deadly valley appeared in front of his face, furiously blushing, he poked her forehead with two fingers, but what Mu Xuanyin didn't see were the 20 drops of blood that appeared out of his finger that flickered in a blue light and entered her body, what Mu Xuanyin saw was the movie that was Yun Long's life.

Mu Xuanyin who was watching the memories appear in her head with the thoughts of Yun Long alongside them, so she knew exactly the entire story, even his most hidden thoughts.

However, Yun Long made sure to remove any potential information about the timeline, such as thoughts about the original MC or the fact that the universe they live in is just a fictional work in a mortal world.

What caught Mu Xuanyin's attention was the situation regarding Xiao Ying and his assassination, the birth of Xia Qingyue, the birth of Xiao Lingxi and Li Qin, even with this fascinating treasure the Gate of Babylon, and information about the future, he still had to struggle under the hands of fate, only able to change outcomes and not the events themselves…

Now she was enlightened as to why he was so agitated when he was mentioning about how if he didn't seal her memories, the subconscious changes could be fatal for the timeline he originated from.

She was amused from how he felt being manhandled by the young women that flocked around him, but what caught her attention was his thoughts regarding Dongxue, although she didn't understand what he meant about Yue Wugou, however this name was similar to the one of the soon to be wife of the Moon God before she fell to plotting.

At this time Yun Long, who had been assisting her real body in refining the 20 drops of Ice Phoenix blood, voice rang out "It is exactly as you guessed, within the next year and a half my Mother-in-Law will return to being Yue Wugou, truly a women that caused me a lot of problems in my other life, if not for her selfishness, Qingyue would've actually had a life, the burdens she so carelessly placed on her ruined both her childhood, her marriage, and any hope of happiness she could find".

She then heard a barely audible sigh "Because of the Moon God Emperor, I had to escape with Qingyue from the wedding they set, and at that time the Brahma Goddess attacked me with only your secret appearance and two other Realm Gods appearing that we had managed to escape to the Dragon God Realm… Haiii"

"Yet this was just one of the many events in which I court death in… all throughout that time I would act strong headed, not concerned about death, whilst you watched over me secretly, hating over the fact of how reckless I was, and yet you could never bring yourself to stop me and keep me away from such incidents" as he spoke to his favourite character from the original timeline he looked her straight into her eyes with deep affection and pity.

She then returned to reality, "Yin'er, out of all my women, you are the only one would could keep the alternate me in any kind of hold, and out of all my women, you were the one I truly feared, respected the most, I don't need to make you trust me, because even if I did, you would still not trust me, listen to your heart and make your decision".

Looking into those heart-warming eyes of this child, she simply replied with her eyes closed "Seal my memories".

Yun Long sealed her memories using mental out before heading to Yun Bing "I will be returning the original seal of ice on you, and I will find you once more to learn the Ice Phoenix God Investiture Canon before I free you from here… Goodbye my Bing'er"

He then placed his hand on the cold vein as he duplicated it within his replenishable treasures, whilst also collecting an unknown amount of Heavenly Netherfrost Lake water and Ice Spirits into his Gate of Babylon so that they could enter the Infinite Origin Void Realm.

Yun Long then went up to Yun Bing and went up to her for a hug, which she silently agreed to, before he broke out of the hug and kissed her pristine forehead before he sealed her once more, as he then headed out of the lake with Mu Xuanyin in tow.
