Yun Bing's voice didn't ring out so he continued "Bing'er do you want to come back with me or do you want to follow the original timeline and wait until I complete your wish?" asked Yun Long with a few expectations

"Haiii… just think it the wishful thinking of your husband… well this will be farewell till I return to the Snow Song Realm and I go through the little events with Yin'er… however Bing'er I will be taking you out of here after the start of the Profound God Convention… I have an odd feeling that is telling me to make sure that the Divine Beasts I plan to restore should be at a good enough strength before the return of the Heaven Smiting Devil Emperor… I hope you can understand my selfishness Bing'er" Yun Long sighed.

Yun Long was tired of his manipulation… even his own mind was affected from his manipulation to the point the original Against the Gods universe timeline where he altered the events of the original MC to make it seem like he lived an original life in this verse had become a reality to him… not that Yun Long seemed aware of it.

Yun Bing just replied "If that is the case then so be it… I have seen from your memories that you will eventually accomplish them eventually… I will leave the decision in your hands husband… after all I too am tired of living such a pitiful existence…"

Yun Long then sent his consciousness into hers as he sealed her memories of him once more… what he didn't notice was the mark on her back slowly shined before becoming a bright white…

Yun Long then went and summoned his Vimana: Ark before silently re-entering the Xiao Clan compound.

As Yun Long noticed it was the dead of night, he decided to hit the Hot Springs of Rebirth since even though he didn't get dirty he subconsciously felt dirty, as a mortal he bathed daily after all.

He removed his clothes and had a quick wash, before proceeding to dry himself and then wrapping a towel around his waist as he approached the spring before he lowered himself and entered the hot springs.

As he relaxed he thought in the back of his head 'Cultivation is super boring huh…'

If other cultivators in this world in the world heard what this ungrateful mofo was thinking they may have puked oceans of blood whilst trying to drown him with it… where could he even find the cheek to think such nonsense…

However unknown to Yun Long since he was completely relaxed in the pleasant sensation of the hot springs in a cold breezy night which prompted him into lowering his guard, a predator was currently eyeing his figure.

A certain Hua Mei was looking towards his figure in the Hot Springs with rage, worry and relief at first, yet once she saw his body, she just couldn't keep herself to rage and her gaze became feverish.

Ever since the time that she nearly lost her Long'er, her emotional state was extremely unstable, over-worrying, 'sheltering' Yun Long from the evil that is the outside world, the helpnesses watching his lifeless body for those two years left damage that not even Yun Long could solve so far.

Hua Mei then went and had a small wash a good distance away so that he wouldn't notice her before she sneakily approached him who at this point had sunk himself so far that he was blowing bubbles into the hot spring.

As she dipped in the water, he finally regained his senses as even something at this range wouldn't be able to get off his radar… only to see his worst nightmare… his adopted mother with no towel covering herself… what in the nine hells is going on.

If he could get a reaction a dragon would currently rise from the springs to announce to the heavens of it's arrival!

Hua Mei only had one thing on her mind, that was to keep Yun Long with her forever, she would never let him leave again to get harmed again.

Quickly turning around, he practically whisper-shouted "Mother!!! Put a towel on damnit!" he was so blindsided by this move of hers he accidentally cursed… not that she was in a mood to catch on.

Since he turned his back to her, Hua Mei decided to hug him from behind as her melons were pushing onto his back.

Yun Long who at this point just wanted to drown himself as he felt those two protrusions in his back and was really concerned… although he knew her feelings were borderline crazy, he didn't expect for her to ever go across that line… so he just regathered his thoughts.

'It could be just harmless skinship, I will give her the benefit of the doubt'.

"Ugh… mommy, I can handle being in the springs together but after all your son, I, am still a male! You must act with decency! Quickly go put a towel on otherwise I will get angry!" Yun Long attempted to set the borderlines.

Hua Mei who lost herself in her feelings of longing and extreme worry and the ever-increasing paranoia when he had disappeared these few weeks, regained her bearing… indeed her subconscious ignored the fact that the current Yun Long was her son… her current actions were indeed quite... immoral.

'No, even if Long'er isn't my blood, he will always be my son… it seems I needed to hear him say it for once to remind me… after all it has always been one of my deepest regrets that he isn't my blood son…'

She then looked at Yun Long who had taken off his towel and wrapped it around her who had a gentle smile on his face as he thought about the situation a little.

No, seems mother indeed had never consciously thought about her actions… after she pushed the line today, she drew back… I wonder if it is because of Big Brother Ying and Sister-in-Law's passing… although I feel Lingxi's birth somewhat 'reduced' the impact of their 'deaths''

'Seems like Long'er knew about my problems but didn't know how to solve them, so he just always accepted his fate, even when I did something he didn't like too much… Haiii Long'er is too obedient…'

"Fufufu… although mother doesn't mind taking a look, are you not being a bit over confident over here Long'er, to think you would dangle such a thing in front of your mothers face… it seems your guts have eclipsed the heavens themselves" said Hua Mei in an alluring yet ice-cold tone, after all didn't he just say to act with decency a second ago?

Yun Long who had been in his mind the whole time realised what he did and dove into the hot springs to avoid the shame and to maintain whatever dignity he still had, all to the amus.e.m.e.nt of one Hua Mei.

Although she was thankful, he quickly escaped otherwise she may have lost control and did something that they may have regretted… well not in her mind in any case…
