Yun Long replied "I will snap all the meridians within your body, which would allow me to use the Buddha Heart Lotus of Nine Resurrections petal to repair your meridians, tempering them, and after 81 days of snapping and repairing your meridians you would then possess the Buddha Heart Divine Veins, making your veins like an impregnable fortress"

Hua Mei twitched at the way Yun Long mentioned something so brutal such as snapping all her meridians like it was an everyday procedure.

"Long'er, how could you make your mother go through something so cruel… *sniff* it seems my Long'er really does want to break his mother…"

The way she ended her nonsense really threw him off…

Yun Long paused "Mother, you needn't think you are taking advantage of me, I would rather you not go through such pain honestly I would…" but he was interrupted before she retorted.

"When you get your meridians tempered will you experience the pain?" to which Yun Long just nodded.

"Then how can you expect your mother not to go through it, I wish to know what my son goes through in his life you know" she added with a cheeky smile, but her eyes filled with gentleness and a faint worry

Yun Long knew he couldn't convince this tigress and hoped after the first time she would change her mind and listen to him.
