Allan is currently on a room, he is pretty sure he didn't do anything wrong, but somehow pNew York ministry of magic deemed him as a criminal for doing something illegal.

Allan think back, his apperance now is not even his original apperance so how did they even deem him as a criminal.

This itself is a huge mystery, Allan is really confused, he only read books and go for a stroll after reading many book and somehow when he visit the library again he was apprehended by Aurors.

Even the usual calm him will go into a slight panic, it's one thing to commit a crime while knowing it and it's another thing to commit a crime without knowing it.

And he is the third one, he didn't even do something that can be called a crime, he understand what the rules of wizarding world are and he is sure that he didn't do anything that break any of the rule.

" come with me to the judgement hall " when Allan hear that, his mouth twitched, he feel that this course of event is really hard to cope with.

while he is seemed panicked his mind already made up scenario and how to solve them.

After all he just have to prove that he is innocence, and if the other party don't have any concrete evidence than he don't have to trouble himself with it.

Allan is escorted to a room filled with wizard, New York minister of Magic is sitting high on the judge seat.

Allan sigh with frustration, after all how could he know what is his crime of he didn't even do it but with that sentence that feel like it come out straight out from a film he realize something.

" I don't know, but of course I'm sure that minister has known what my crime is " he add additional sentence as he want to know what crime he has done in other party eyes though he already know it.

" of course I know, there are 2 crime you have done and each one is a important rule, you has used your magic before the presence of muggles, and then induce mass hypnotism, damaging their brain quite a bit, do you still don't know your crime ? " Allan nod, he thing about it a little than ask.

" when I did i do it, where did I do it, how much victim and witness is it ? " the New York minister seem to be a patient man, and it's right as the minister answered Allan question.. with another question.

" wait you really don't know ? " Allan shook his head, it's true as he he didn't know a thing about what crime he had done.

" but an Auror said yesterday you run off from the two wizard fight, you cast a hypnotism spell so you can leave without much trouble and after you gone all muggle on the vicinity seem to walk out from the park, then wake up from a stupor and they got little damage to their brain so we assume that was you " Allan shook his head, with helpless expression on his face.

" minister, I'm only 12 this year how could I have done the feat you say earlier " the minister seem surprised by Allan words but not to long as he was not a fool he can deducted that Allan is saying the truth as Allan tone has contain frustration within.

" and also, how could you know they have sustain brain damage, it's not like you do tests on them right ? " he speak elusively he manage to throw away this pointless judging with that sentence.

The minister also feel that the culprit is not Allan, he receive the information from his trusted friend so he didn't think it will be fake so he immediately order a arrest on Allan but it's seemed not to be the case, he thought that but in truth he already know the culprit.

" alright i was convinced with your words i declare you are innocence " with that Allan was escorted back to the library, fortunately none of his thing was taken from him at least they have basic respect for him as they still didn't deem him as a criminal.

' what a pointless thing, I guess they were bored so they use me as a entertainer ' of course that's not completly true or wrong as the other day there is someone that used a spell that make muggle leave the park because a fight between wizard will occur there, it count as forcefully make them leave the park so their little brain damage was due to that, of course the brain damage of that level can be counted as insignificant.

The ministry also feel that the damage was too insignificant and all problem was already solved yesterday by them as well.

They were really bored to make a scenario that pointless, regardless of his answer he can go back safely.

Allan go back to his trunk and spend that day dozing off in his bed.

He didn't feel the need to hate them, because for him it's really just that they were bored and regardless of his answer back then he will be released so it's not a big deal.

' it's just that, how bored they were to prepare something, but that pointless can't they think of the more interesting scenario ' he thought as he shook his head.
