Harry Potter And The Darkness

Stefan opened his eyes as the night has passed and a new day was going to start, he stood up and snapped his fingers.

A body mirror appeared in front of him, and he saw himself in it, he couldn't heal for complete, as the night passed he decided he needed his eyes at least for Hogwarts and his skull to don't be visible, but all of his face was still burnt and so was his entire body.

And he couldn't restore his left arm, as the regeneration was too slow.

"F.u.c.k.i.n.g Death Soul Essence and those shitty ants... " muttered Stefan as he punched at the mirror breaking it for complete with anger in his eyes.

Stefan snapped his fingers and he looked as he had taken a shower, all of his injuries were bandaged and he was with the school robe on him but it was a size bigger so it could cover his missing arm, and with a hood so no one could see his bald and burnt head, a silver mask appeared on his right hand that now had a black glove on it, he looked at the mask for a moment and then proceeded to put it on, he walked out of his dormitory, and then he walked to the common, where Mary was waiting for him with a worried face, she looked as she didn't sleep all night, she had black circles around her eyes.

Mary walked to him, and looked at his silver mask and his missing left arm, and bit her lips as she figured out that if he couldn't heal quickly then it should be more serious than he pretended to be.

"How are you, Young Master" said Mary with a soft voice as she was still checking him.

"I'm fine, how are you doing, did you assimilate well your powers?, how was your increase in powers?" said Stefan as he looked at her with interest in his silver eyes, that was the only thing that could be seen because of the silver mask.

"I'm about 3 times more powerful than before or so I think so, after having your help Emma and me, we could assimilate well the boost... " said Mary with no interest in talking about that topic as she kept looking at Stefan with a worried face.

"Nice..." said Stefan but he got interrupted by a voice that came from the stairs that lead to the girls dormitories "Stefan, Mary where did you go yesterday?"

Daphne and Tracey walked downstairs quickly and get close to them, and looked at Stefan for a second as he was using a silver mask for they recognize him as his silver eyes could be seen through the silver mask.

"What's up with that mask Stefan?" said Daphne trying to touch the mask, but as she extended her hand to touch the mask, Mary hit her hand with the palm of her hand and said "Stefan had an accident, don't do that"

Daphne got surprised as it was the first time she saw Mary having a serious face she nodded and said "I'm sorry, I was curious"

Mary nodded at her, and said "Let's go to have breakfa..." but she realized that Stefan couldn't it with that mask on his face and as she was about to suggest something else, Stefan interject "Let's go to the Great Hall, they have to eat their breakfast, and you too, later you can cook me something..."

Stefan turned around and started walking, Mary and the girls followed him behind.

"We were worried about you Mary, yesterday every student fainted in the library, do you remember?, we were talking and then I woke up Tracey was there but you were not, after that we looked for you but we couldn't find you, and we thought something happened to you" said Daphne with a curious face as she remembered the incident of yesterday.

"I remember the same thing but I woke up before you waked up, I have to leave because Stefan sent me a message that he needed me, so I checked you were ok, and then left to where Stefan was" Mary with a calm face.

"Huh, she can lie very well, or did she think about an excuse before?" thought Stefan as he heard the story Mary told.

"Oh, that's why..., lucky you, I suppose that you didn't talk with McGonagall or Snape?" said Daphne with an inquisitive face.

"Yeah, I didn't run into them, why?" said Mary with a curious face.

"After we woke up, McGonagall and Snape appeared in the library and asked some questions to each of us, they were pretty rare questions, like if we saw something out of the ordinary, or if we saw a student we haven't seen before" said Daphne remembering the event.

"They surely practiced Legilimens on them... Or not?... Let's see what happens" thought Stefan with a calm face.

"And what was the reason of the fainting students then?" said Stefan wanting to know what did Snape or McGonagall said.

"They said, a student dropped several potions as a prank and that's why the students inside of the library fainted, I heard that Madame Prince the librarian, is very angry and that she promised to find the culprit of profaning her sanctuary" said Daphne while giggling with Tracey.

"Oh yeah, and McGonagall was looking for you yesterday, for the issue about your wands" said Tracey with a soft voice.

"Ok, thanks" said Stefan as he finally saw the Great Hall.

As Stefan entered the Great Hall every student looked at Stefan with weird gazes as they started to point at him, while McGonagall lifted her eyebrows as she saw him entering like that, and Snape had an ugly face as he looked at him, they walked to the Slytherin Table were another wave of pointing with their fingers at Stefan assaulted him, he ignored them, but Mary was starting to get angry. "Don't" said Stefan as he took the small hand of Mary who was about to explode as she heard someone saying Stefan was a weirdo, Mary took a deep breath and nodded at him. They sat down, and started to have breakfast or at least the girls, as Stefan didn't eat and waited for the wave of owls to come flying, Lilith finally entered the Great Hall where she started to look for Stefan and flew in his direction as he finally saw him.

Everyone inside the Great Hall was finally used to see the beautiful golden-red Phoenix fly and landing on the shoulder of Stefan, but this time as they saw it landing on the shoulder of Stefan everyone saw as the Phoenix started chirp with a sad tone, and tears started to drop from its eyes that were landing on Stefan robe.

As Snape saw that, his mouth turned into an ugly one as he thought "Collect the tears, you idiot, what a waste"

"Shhhh, I'm ok, I will heal in a few days" said Stefan to Lilith as he started petting her, so she stopped crying as everyone was seeing him like he was bullying her.

"Stefan why is Lilith crying, and why do you have that silver mask..." said Hermione who had just arrived at the Slytherin table.

As Lilith heard that she started to cry more and more tears were pouring from her eyes.

"Sigh...." Stefan kept petting her while Mary answered for him "Stefan had a problem with a spell yesterday..."

"Are you ok Stefan?" said Hermione with a worried face as she tried to look beneath of the mask, but she couldn't see anything at all, as the mask adapts perfectly to his face, and the only thing Hermione could see was his silver eyes.

"I will be fine, in a few days I should be hea" said Stefan as he was about to say something else a package dropped in front of him Stefan caught it with his right arm as it was about to hit the plates and cups, and a chirping sound sounded above him, he saw an old owl with an aggravated look in its eyes looking at him.

Mary put her hand in her pocket and took food for owls from it, giving it to the tired owl, who ate it with a grateful look in its eyes and left shortly after.

"I forgot, this should be the broom we ordered yesterday" said Stefan as he gave the package to Mary.

Mary took the package but as she was not in the mood for opening it, she just put it on the floor and said "I'll open it later"

"Please I want to see how it looks a Nimbus 2000" said Daphne while pleading to Mary. Who was shooking her head in a negative way.

Lilith started to chirp with an aggravated tone as she saw how everyone forget about her, and rubbed her head on Stefan and left.

"What happened to you Stefan?, you should go to Madame Pomfrey, I'm sure she can heal you in a matter of seconds or in one night...." said Hermione while looking at his black glove and then at his silver mask.

"Mr. Morningstar, Mrs. Morningstar, I will need you to come with me after the breakfast" everyone turned their head to loom at the owner of the voice and saw that it was Snape.

"Yes, Prof. Snape" said both of them as they nodded to him.

Snape left after looking at them for a moment.

"What does he wants?" said Hermione while looking at Mary as she knew Stefan was not going to answer.

"Keep it a secret, but I'm going to be the seeker from Slytherin, that must be why he wants us to go with him, or because of our wands" said Mary with a pondering face.

"Wow, Congratulations Mary, I'm sure you will do great" said Hermione with a genuine smile on her face.

"Thanks" said Mary with a forced smile on her face as she was still not in the mood.

As they started to talk, there was a shout from the Gryffindor table, "Nimbus 2000"

Stefan and the girls saw that Ron was shouting and promoting the broom that Potter had received as it was his.

Daphne had an ugly face as she saw that and turned her head to look at Mary with pleading eyes and said "Please Mary, let's just announce that you will be our seeker and that you have a Nimbus 2000 too, I want to see the face of Weasley as we announce that... "

Mary shook her head and said "I'm not in the mood, sorry"

Daphne sighed and nodded as they started to talk about other things to try to cheer up Mary.

Hermione remembered something and said "Harry and Ron told me yesterday, that they found a gigantic three-headed dog in the forbidden floor, why do you think there is such a thing there?"

"Huh, they found Fluffy even though I changed some things about the plot..." thought Stefan with a curious face as to how did they found him.

"Hermione, I think you're sometimes too naive, they must have lie to you" said Daphne as matter of fact.

"You think?" said Hermione with a pondering expression.

"Did they ask you, for your Homework after talking about of the topic of the so call 'gigantic three-headed dog'?" said Daphne while lifting her eyebrows.

"Yes... Yes they did after sometime later they told me to pass them the Potions Homework...." said Hermione while turning angry.

"See, I told you, you should find better friends in Gryffindor, just don't be too bossy and that will do." said Daphne with a smile on her face, while everybody looked at her with strange looks.

"What?, I realized she will be coming to us because of Stefan and Mary, it's better to act like civilized people" said Daphne while smiling to Hermione, who smiled back to her and said "Thank You, yes I will consider that option"

As Mary finished eating her breakfast, Stefan said "Mary and I have to go to the office of Snape, Daphne take the broom of Mary with you to the dormitories please, we will see you later"

Mary and Stefan stood up from the table, and walked out of the Great Hall while students kept pointing at Stefan and talked about his robe and silver mask.

"Oh yeah, Snape will try to use Legilimens on you, allow him, and show him this memory" said Stefan as he breath out a bit of black onyx smoke that entered into the head of Mary who watched the memory and nodded "Ok, Young Master"

Stefan and Mary had to walk all over to the Dungeons where the office of Snape was located, they knock the door three times and shortly after they heard the cold voice of Snape saying "Come in"

Stefan and Mary walked into the office of Snape that was more like a laboratory than an office as there were a lot of animals inside of jars, and shelves with potions on it, all the walls were covered with shelves or books about potions.

They walked till they were in front of Snape who was sat down on his chair and was looking at them.

"Mr. Morningstar is rude to not show your real face to your Professor, take that stupid mask from your face"

Stefan remove the mask slowly and showed his burnt face to Snape who lifted an eyebrow as he saw him like that and said "What exactly did happen to you? and why haven't you go to the nursery" said Snape while looking at the ugly burnt face of Stefan.

Stefan felt as Snape started to use Legilimens on him and he allowed him to, as he showed him the fake memory he had previously created as he started talking about he was using a wand that was not his but got a rebound from it as he tried to use it to practice a spell, the "bombarda" spell, losing an arm and burning himself from complete, and then spending the rest of the day in his dormitory trying to heal himself with no success at all.

Snape nodded at him as he saw everything happened in the fake memory but just to be sure, he looked at Mary and use Legilimens on her, Snape saw as Mary woke up from the library where she fainted and looking at a message in her so-called "Tablet" where she had a message of Stefan, where she was notified by him that he needed her help, Snape saw as Mary checked the fainted Daphne and Tracey and then running out of the library in direction of the dormitory of Stefan, and then spending the entire day and night with him, taking care of him.

"Mary is going to play as the seeker for Slytherin, that's why I called you, and to give you your wands" said Snape as he took two wands from his robe and gave them to Stefan and Mary.

"Mr. Morningstar, I suggest you go to the nursery, and if a Professor asks about your mask and the hood, show them this note" said Snape as he wrote a note and gave it to Stefan.

"Thanks, Prof. Snape" said Stefan as he nodded his head to him.

Snape waved his hand to both of them to signaled them to leave.

Stefan and Mary walked out of the office, and as they were walking Stefan started coughing black blood.

"F.u.c.k" said Stefan with anger in his eyes, he got distracted as Mary proceeded to take off his mask and cleaned the blood that he had on his lips with a handkerchief, and hear Mary said with a determined voice "I'm going to stay with you all the night, I can see you're not ok, and If I'm going to be punished so be it"

Stefan looked at her for a moment and said "Ok" as he put his mask, and started walking away, Mary finally smiled brightly and quickly followed after him.
