They all looked at her in disbelief. For anyone under 17, going to school is a privilege they can't even fathom to stop attending.

It may look easy to enter magical schools, but it actually isn't. Sure, all schools do like Hogwarts and send a letter to everyone of the magical kids in their region. But that's it.

For example, although every British kid with magic can get in Hogwarts, there is no way a student from another country, say Egypt or Canada, would be accepted in the school.

SO for the countries with the magical schools in them, they will be able to attend one. But all those countries without schools, like Italy, Spain, about every north African countries and most of Asia, they are doomed to only learn by themselves.

But this isn't the worst thing. When you are in school you are protected from the outside world. It means wizards would be untouchable until they become 17, so that leave enough time for them to become powerful enough to protect themselves.

But in case they can't go to a school, then they can only rely on themselves, or on their family if they are lucky. But it isn't enough some times.

Take Johnathan from the bounty hunters for example. He was 14, but because he was born in Canada he had to follow his father's tracks. This led him to being killed despite his father being at the level of an auror.

Had he been born in the US, he would have spent his time in Ilvermorny instead, and would still be alive.

Elena smiled and said "Don't compare yourself to him, you would die quickly were you to leave your schools. Now come with me, we must go to the port. The cowards can stay here."

Elena then got up and began walking toward the port. The others looked at each other, and although they hesitated, in the end they decided to follow her.

Not far from them, in the port, Arthur was on top of one of the boats. He was about 20 meters in the sky, and that gave him an outstanding view.

Actually, his final destination wasn't Norway, but Greenland. First he wanted the talents from all the schools to gather at one place and follow him, so he had to reveal his position.

But with that comes the bounty hunters or all others who want to chase after him. He might have set examples with the first team, but it wouldn't scare the others for long. Instead, it would only fuel their hatred toward him.

But he was fine with it. And they can't really be considered a danger to him. But they would still be annoying, so the little time bought by the ones he killed would be enough for him to move to Greenland. Then good luck for them to find him.

Speaking of his elements, Arthur now considered his elements to be the best.

They might be less useful in battle than others, but they upgraded his survival capabilities by a huge amount. After all, if he uses his illusions well then who could possibly chase him down?

He could even use them to sneak attack others. Of the bounty hunters, at least half of them would beat him in a fight, but because he sneak attacked them when they didn't expect it, they got subdued easily, and the result was obvious.

Of the twelve, only one is still alive, and he is currently at Arthur's feet, unconscious and trying to fight off the images entering his mind.

Thinking of his soon to be slave, Arthur reminded himself to make a trip to Canada after this. Currently he is implementing the belief that he is a god into Hugo's head, that he is above all and all powerful. So now Hugo would either become mad, or a loyal servant.

Arthur might have killed his son three times in front of him, he only has to create illusions of his son to make Hugo believe his son is still alive. It wouldn't work normally, but Arthur is currently messing with his head, so making him believe the illusions are real won't be hard. If he doesn't become insane.

But it isn't Hugo that worries him. Although the chances are so small that they can be considered negligible, why take a risk and let Hugo's family bear hatred toward him?

The only family Hugo has is his younger wife who is an excuse of a wizard, and a year old daughter. His wife isn't a threat, but what if his daughter becomes a genius and one day threatens him?

So now that he intends on traveling around the world, he might as well go there. As for morality? Sure, killing a widow and a baby is horrible, but personally Arthur knows it won't make him have nightmares, as he doesn't dream.

As for the judgment of others, well… They won't know about it. Arthur doesn't really want to become a Dark Lord, although he knows he already is one in the eyes of the rest of the world, he doesn't want to become someone hated by everyone.

But becoming a Light Lord is boring as hell, so he doesn't want to become one either. The thing is, he already knows he will have to kill a lot of people in his journey to power, so even claiming to be a Neutral Lord is going to be difficult.

That's why Arthur decided he would act as he fits, and not care about how people call him. He will help others when he wants to, he will torment others when he wants to, he will do nothing is he doesn't want to. He will be free.

Satisfied with the conclusion of his mental conversation, Arthur let out a small smile. Because he saw no one coming in his boat yet, Arthur looked down at the unconscious Hugo and decided to do the dirty work.

Arthur created the sound of an explosion inside his head and forcefully woke him up. Hugo, who was just freed of the demons in his head, looked around him confused. Arthur feared he had become insane at first, but when he saw the light in Hugo's eyes when the latter looked at him, Arthur understood he had successfully created his first servant.

Hugo kneeled in front of Arthur and said "Hugo is ready to serve the Lord."

Arthur read inside his head and after making sure Hugo wasn't faking it he said "Good. If you serve me well, I will bring back your son to you."

Hugo lowered his head even more and said with a grateful voice "Thank you my Lord for your mercy. This servant will do his best to obey your orders."

Arthur nodded his head and was about to give him a task when he suddenly thought of something. Why should he trouble himself with killing Hugo's family when he can do something much more simple that would resolve another problem of his.

Today, Arthur's biggest worry is Dumbledore. What if the old man decided to chase him down and throw him in jail after reading what he did to the bounty hunters?

After all, Dumbledore's biggest regret is not to have stopped Voldemort when he was in Hogwarts. Now Arthur could avoid that problem.

Arthur made Hugo rise and said "Have you ever been in Britain?"

Hugo nodded, and Arthur said "You will go to the Daily Prophet and tell them that I was framed. You will tell them that someone wanted to make me the culprit of murders but that I saved your life. Then you decided to repay the favor by telling what really happened."

Hugo bowed and apparated away.

Everyone would buy it as it was plausible. There would most certainly really be people ready to incriminate him so that Arthur would be chased by Aurors. Sure the effect of scaring his chasers away would be rendered null, but by the time the Daily Prophet spreads the 'truth' about today's events, he would already be on his way to Greenland.

Now no one would bear a grudge against him, he wouldn't have to kill Hugo's family, Dumbledore would pity him instead of chasing him down, and he wouldn't be seen as a Dark Lord anymore.

Even him killing someone in Oakshaw would be questioned, what if someone impersonated him?
