It was good to hear from you and I apologize for the late reply. However I found myself preoccupied recently looking over the death of an old friend. After looking over my late wife's research you should be experiencing slight personality changes but nothing to the extant of the magical beast themselves.

The magical attributes you've gained will slowly grow overtime. But with training you can bring them both under control, in theory of course.

The regeneration can be sped up and slown down to not raise to much attention. The Veela abilities are quite difficult though. Untill you reach maturity at the age of 15 for the rare male Veela, your pheromones will be outside of your control.

However you should really keep your distance from other female veela. They are known to marry wizard males however a male Veela is hard to resist because of the need for pure blood Veela genetically ingrained in them

And avoid male Veela at all cost unless you want a death battle. Because the male Veela rarity . One male usually sires a generation. And is a great pride not easily given away. causing Male Veela to proof their might on sight without words but pure combat. Unlike female Veela they possess their own magic with out the need to be from wizard lineage.

Lastly, and most importantly I advice you read 'Magical Beast and Their Magical Physiques By : Newt Scamander' It was excerpt from his notes while researching his first edition of "fantastic beast and where to find them' and I suggest you also read that as well. Putting down the letter Lucien just scratched his head. there were no Veela in Hogwarts and they were very rare in Britain so he wasn't really concerned about that, but the Pheromones would be a hassle. He would most like have Nokby come up with a solution. However Phoenix flames was a ticking time bomb

Lucien was let a deep sigh. this world was becoming bigger and more dangerous and now he felt he shouldn't be as nonchalant with the little abilities he has as much as he has been.

Lucien wrote a simply thank you letter to Ollivander and wish him good luck on is endeavors , promising to stop by as soon as he could. And a post script to be kept up to date on the acquisition of that woman's wand

As Lucien sealed the envelope, Tondy returned.

"What the f.u.c.k took you so long, Tondy?" Asked Lucien

"Well sir, I had to wait for Mr.Lovegood to return, and when he did he kind of lost it as the dotting father thought I was man from the ministry trying to question his daughter. After everything calmed down. He accepted your letter and agreed to meet but not attend the party master wishes to through in honor of his wife"

'Intersting, if Ollivander is on the same case involving my target I may need to move differently' Lucien thought

"Go again, this time wait until he's with his daughter and then present the invitation. as per the rumors, mamma's little girl was there during her death. Lets see how the dotting father refuses his loving daughter. Ill check with Nokby about the Black market dealings" Said Lucien

"as you wish master" Tondy then vanished from the study and Lucien fall back into his chair releasing another sigh.

Lucien had remembered that he needed to send more invitations to cover up the fact the party was facade to handle his black market Business and Lure out the Lovegoods to see just how he should go about finding the emerald tablet as brute force isn't always the answer, especially if the little girl watched her mother blow herself up.

Lucien pulled out 10 pins and placed a charm on them so that they could write letters on their own. Calling in some house elves and Yumboes, Lucien ordered them to to place the letters in an envelope and personally take them to the addresses list on a piece of parchment given to them by Lucien. and to have it finished by night fall.

Lucien spent the rest of the day talking to Nokby and Nina about about the house elves and yumboes they sent around the world to gather information and what to do with the rest. Lucien then gave Nina control over intelligence because one would think she was an assassin if her name didn't specifically say Nina, the necromancer.

Europe was completely on lock down, as many outside black market organizations tried to move in on what looked like an open market. they were quickly dealt with and was sent to a middle man to discuss business in Europe , where they would not be allowed to sell in Europe but sell to house Dubois and that's as much European action as the were going to get. the two biggest problems the Lucien had to deal with, was Veela trade in France, The overbearing ways the Chinese crime families tried to push their way back in. And what made him nervous was, the lack of contact that the united states of america was giving this lock down.

"Okay, Im starting school in a couple of months so lets handle this shit. easiest to hardest. Send some elves to america. deep cover and as long as america doesn't react to our movements they are to remain in deep cover and gather intell. the only report I want, is if there is a threat to the House or they have a full work up of the american infrastructure both MACUSA and the black market." Lucien then continued

"The Chinese crime families. if they step foot in Europe to do any business without our knowledge. Kill their families and if they retaliate, kill them. I told them to stay out of my house and i'll stay out of theirs. but if they insist, kick down their f.u.c.k.i.n.g doors. Last but not least, the Veela trade in France isn't ours, so who ever we can get from the french ministry of magic, get them and find out which official is running that operation. because, we're the only ones making moves now"
