With the familiar text appearing, Jay proceeded, throwing the Nightmare token into the black cat's mouth.

The whirlpool churned, throwing out an object to the middle of the cart, waves soon settling down.

It was a small figurine posing, modeling its posture on the cart. Cl.i.c.k.i.n.g the small doll, the text soon popped up.

[Congratulations! You learned professional acting!]

Acting? What was that ever going to do? Sighing, Jay guessed that this draw was a whiff.

He already learned acting in the school, there was really no more point in gaining more advanced experience or techniques...

It looked like that Mission tokens were truly better as it will give him more usable things. He also guessed that was how he gained extra days to live, or "feed" the ghoul on him. Right now the count was eighteen days till he dies... His time was gradually cutting short...

Kiiiin!-Konnnn!-

Th doorbell was rung.

Kiiiin!-Konnnn!-

Kiiiin!-Konnnn!-

Kiiiin!-Konnnn!-

Kiiiin!-Konnnn!-

Correction, it was spammed. Jay grabbing his stuff rushed to the door before that girl would decide to break herself in.

Opening the door, there ws no time to appreciate her beauty. That girl with the fiery aura beasted herself in. Snatching his hand, she pulled him out of the house.

"I can't believe I had to lose my vacation days yet again for you! You really make people worry to no end about you..."

'You don't say about yourself though...'

The drive to the closest phone shop was basically silent. He guessed that she decided to play the silent game as she did that to him when they were kids.

Arriving at a small phone shop, she dragged him out once more, making him fall out of the car before he even opened the door fully.

The worker seeing two good looking customers decided to give them the best service. Walking up to the door to meet them, the two charged through the door past him... Speechless, he just went back to the counter acting like he was busy.

Aiko grabbed the most expensive SIM card available, then ran towards the shopkeeper, leaving Jay alone in the back of the store.

"We will buy this, and please set it up too. JAY!"

Yelling his name for no reason in the small store, the worker got spooked, dropping the SIM card. Jay came while his mouth couldn't stop his twitch again. Helping the man to pick up the SIM card, he gave him his phone.

The worker grabbed the cold black phone. Turning it over in his hands for a couple of seconds, his face turned red while he asked Jay how to open and turn on his phone.

"What? You can't turn it on?"

He honestly forgot that he could not open his for earlier, but why can't he turn it on?

"Oh my god, I'm sorry, this caveman here told me his phone worked again, but I guess he lied in order for me to buy a phone... I'll be right back."

Shoving Jin, this time she dashed towards the phones, grabbing the most expensive phone on display. Yanking the phone off, the chords bursted off the display...

Seeing that the display broke, and the back of the phone ripped, she quickly went to grab the box underneath, rushing back towards the cashier.

"Ok we will take this! Quick make it short!"

Starting to wonder if the beautiful girl was alright in the head, the cashier hurried the process while trying his best to speak to her normally.

"Um... Did you break the display? I will need to charge that to your bill..."

"What are you talking about!?? Are you trying to scam me into paying more!! I warn you!! Law is on my side you... Black hearted sc.u.m!!"

Pounding the table at him, the worker choked on his own spit. Jay behind her just shook his head, and gave him a motion to just add it to the bill.

The worker eas a fast thinker, he decided to tell the girl that the model she took was a limited edition model, so it will cost extra.

Hearing him, the girl didn't care as she thought that the more money it is, the better quality it was.

Once the phone was set up and paid for, she kidnapped Jay once more, dragging hin towards the car.

While all this was happening, and the car began to drive again, his brain was storming with thoughts. He remembered that the reason he needed a SIM card was because he didn't have internet connection, but when he was using it today, he used it without noticing WiFi was there.

He should investigate his phone a bit more when he gets home...
