Skills and Abilities

Soul clone: Can divide himself but leaves him weaken. If the original is badly hurt the others fades away.

Timelord regeneration: In the event he 'dies' he will be revived slighty younger( like doctor who but no face change) Also he will heal acter battle is done but requires energy(not magic). 2/12 have been used

Resurrection: Can revive anyone even machines if he has a memory of them or item.
