Three days later, somewhere on West Blue sea.

The Stormbreaker is brazenly anchored at some small town harbor. The Crews is still on the hype and high spirited by their group high bounties.

"Dedi..don't poop on the deck floors again..or i will using you as Sea Monster fishing bait's again !!" Sam angrily shouted toward one of the griffins.

"Chiirrpp !!" Dedi fearfully nodded.

"Shioyaki..you clean this mess !!" Sam said.

"Aye Boss Sam !!" Said salmon fishmen named Shioyaki.

"We are back !!" Said Vito and Gotti who just arrived to the ship.

"Oh..you guys got any valuable information?" Ask Sam.

"We are..where is Captain ?" Ask Gotti.

"He was playing pokers with others in the entertainment room " Sam said.

"Oh okay, let's go.." Vito said then the duo is immediately going to the entertainment room.

Vito and Gotti arrived at the entertainment room and immediately telling Ramus about the news that they got from the town.

"This news is reliable?" Ramus ask.

"It is...this guys is one of the most trusted information seller in West Blue" Vito said.

"Okay..now tell me about this secret gathering" Ramus said.

"This secret gathering was initiated by three different pirates captain, their name is Adul The Cat Lovers with 52.000.000 beli bounty, Ginjo The Silver Flash with 46.000.000 beli bounty , Patrick The Bloody Wh.i.p.s with 40.000.000 beli bounty" Vito said.

"Their bounty are pretty good for West Blue standar, i have heard this Adul name before from Daz, he supposedly the pirates with the highest bounty before we came right ?" Ramus said.

"He is...i heard this 3 pirates captain is merged into one group and they were recruiting other pirates and people across the West Blue to join their group and their fleets for entering Grand Lines together" Vito said.

"When they will started ?" Ask Ramus.

"Tonight..at uninhabited called Bakwan Island !!" Vito said.

"Oh..did you know where is this Bakwan island located ?" Ask Ramus.

"I know " Gotti said.

"Okay then, let's depart from here to the Bakwan Island" Ramus said.

Several hours later, on the sea near Bakwan Island.

"How is the current situation in the Bakwan Island ?" Ask Ramus to Take who just get back from the scouting.

"They're setting a large camp behind the Bakwan Island Beach..there were already many people and pirates gatherings on that camp..i have spotted more than twenty pirates sh.i.p.s and a lot of ordinary sh.i.p.s has parked on the island shorelines" said Take.

"How about their numbers ?" Ask Ramus.

"I don't know about their exact numbers..but from my observation there should be around two thousand people's at that camps!!" Take said.

"Nice..did you find the quite spots for our Ship ?" Ask Ramus.

"I did..there a safe beach 5 km away from the pirates gathering beach's" Said Take.

"Nice..Okay let's go !!" Ramus said.

Soon the Stormbreaker was stealthily and safely anchored at the unnamed beach. Ramus and every bountied crews were entering the island silently except Take and Dodo who staying on the ship with the rest of the crews.

"Captain, why we need to hide..why we not just to walking there and they will shaking in fear to see us, we are famous now shahaha" Arlong said.

"Captain have his reason.." Daz Bonez said.

"I am..i want to see what they're doing first..if we found nothing interesting, we will immediately robbing those poor guy" Ramus said.

"You want recruiting some crews from those guys Captain?" Ask Sam.

"Let's see about that..Sam can you make some mud barrier on that spot for our camouflage and scouting" Ramus said.

"Leave it to me" soon Sam quietly creating a big and wide hard mud with several natural holes on the spot Ramus have been chosen.

On middle of the camp.

"Welcome to our pirates gathering ladies and gentlemen...as you know i am Adul the captain of Pet Lovers Pirates, together with Ginjo the Captain of Hidden Blades Pirates and Patrick the Captain of Furious pirates is having a plan for merging our group into one single pirates group uwihihihihi !!" Said midget man with very sophisticated pirates outfit.

"As you know..our purpose for gathering you all here is to doing a recruitment for everybody who want to join us and become one of our fleets then we will going to the Grand Line together...." Said Adul.

"As you guys know..if we go to the Grand Lines alone, we will become easy target for marines and others pirates or even a bounty hunters...those guys are on the another level from pirates from four seas like us..!" Said Adul.

"But..if we united, we will have a very high chance to survive and thrives in Grand Lines..so what is your choices ?" Adul said.

Lot of the crowds were immediately feel so hyped and cheering loudly and few of them is whispering to each other's.

"So who will be the new captain of the new pirates group and the commander of this new fleets !" Said some guy from the crowds.

"Nice question...naturally i should be the captain uwihihihi...but for giving every people who present here a fair chance..we will determine the captain and commander by our own strength...by one vs one fighting.." Said Adul.

"Each pirates group can sent one person as their representatives, everybody also can recommended theirselves for the fight..the last man standing will become the Captain and Commander..how about that, did you all agree with the rules ?" Adul said and the crowds is nodded.

"Now let start the recruitment process first..everybody who want to join us can registering yourself to our friend Patrick the Blood Whip over there" Said Adul.

Soon all people from the crowds is started to make a long lines and registered themself. 1 hours later almost one thousand people is already registered.

"Hahahaha..seriously kid..this is not some kind of playground, you should go to somewhere else !!" Patrick is mocking a chubby teenager with very nerdy appearance.

The chubby teenager is having short dark brown hair and wearing some big rounded shape reading glasses, he also wearing very neat white shirt under his scientists like white jacket, uncovered knees short pants, simple black shoes with very high white socks and a large black backpack on his back.

Seeing the commotion Adul and others is coming to see what happen between Patrick and the chubby teenager.

"What happen Patrick?" Ask Adul.

"These kid want to join us.." Patrick said.

"Huh..." Adul looking at the Chubby teenager from the top of teenager head to his shoes.

"You want to join us kid ?" Ask Adul.

"Y..yess.."

"Uwihihihihihi..." Adul is laughing so loud and others people around him is started to laughing too and make the chubby teenager feel uncomfortable.

"What's your name kid ?" Ask Adul while trying to hold his laugh.

"My name is Pepe..." Said the chubby teenager.

Adul and others is started to laugh again and make Pepe is feel embarrass.

"So Pepe..what can you do...why you want to join us and become a pirates?" Ask Adul.

"I am an engineer and scientist, i just graduated a week ago...i want to become the World most famous scientist and show the world that science is power !!" Pepe said.

"Engineer ?"

"Scientist?"

Adul and others is laughing so hard that make their stomach is bit hurt. Pepe who see the scene before him was almost crying and he feel very embarrass, then he started to walkaway.

"Wait...kid..." Adul said and Pepe is stopped his step and looking back at Pepe.

"You can join us..but not as this so called engineer or scientist...i need somebody for cleanings my pets flith's, so how you join me as a poop cleaner...uwihihihihi ?" Ask Adul while laughing so hard.

"You..." Pepe feel so humiliated and he immediately running away from the scene while crying.

"He runaway uwihihihihi!!" Adul mocking Pepe.

All the people is keep mocking and laughing.

"Hey kid....you can join us !!" Suddenly a loud voices is pop up from the side of the pirates camp.

Pepe is stopped while looking toward the source of the voices direction. Adul and others is suddenly silent while looking toward the incoming group of tall mens from the distance.

"H..h..he is Ramus !!"

"The Terror Of The Sea.."

"That is Lance The Menace, he look very strong !!"

"It's Sam the butler.."

"It's Arlong the fishmen..he look very scary.."

"The Storm Riders were here !!"

"The man with 400.000.000 beli bounty.."

Ramus and his crews is walking leisurely toward Pepe while all the people from the crowd is started shaking in fear after they clearly see Ramus and his friends faces. Ramus and his friends is ignoring the crowd and keep walking toward Pepe until they were arrived in the front of him.

"What your name kid" Ask Ramus.

"My name is Pepe.." Pepe said nervously.

"Nice name..what can you do Pepe ?" Ask Ramus.

"I am a machines engineer and i am also weaponry technology scientist!!" Pepe said proudly.

"How old are you Pepe ?" Ask Ramus.

"16 years old.." Pepe said.

"That was awesome...you are amazing Pepe, you are still young yet you are already become engineer and scientist.." Ramus said.

"You want to join my pirates group Pepe ?" Ask Ramus.

"Really..can i really join your group ?" Pepe said.

"Of course..." Ramus said.

"Thank you..i really want to join your group !!" Pepe said nervously.

"Great...welcome to The Storm Riders Pepe !!" Ramus said.

"Did that nerd kid just joined the Storm Riders ?!!"

"BAM !!" Lance suddenly disappear then appearing in front of Patrick and he sent Patrick flying away with a single punch.

"BOOM" Patrick bodies crashed to the big boulder near the camp.

"...." The crowd is frozed.

"...." Patrick is not moving and breathing anymore he already dies.
