A brave man from neighboring Zerbis comes to attend Rubias's party - it was about half a month ago that he was asked that. Zerbis, where no brave man existed until recently, but you thought you couldn't even ignore him in this day and age on the boulder, like you elected one brave man. And it seems that one woman was chosen. Elves are a long-lived species, so I don't think the outward looking age is much different from mine or Karin's. But in fact, you must be a hundred years old or you must be definitely over there.

Excellent spiritual magic user with bow fame. A military man with thoughtful and extensive combat experience. It's what they were asking me for that information, so I expected it to be pretty solid, but when I actually met him, it was like different.

"This isn't torture! It's not training or anything!

In the intermediate course of the bow, Dieria screams as she makes her run with the other participants. With other students running flirtatious without the strength to talk, all that evil can only be chosen by the boulder brave. Not a complimented attitude, though.

"You weren't supposed to come! That's why I said no!

How she was chosen as a brave man is heard in detail by herself on the day she visits the house. That's because Dieria's going to be partying with us, so she decided to live with me in my house, with the meaning of deepening the rapport from day to day.

Sometimes when a difficult person enters the party, it just makes the party feel giddy, and sometimes it sucks to dissolve, so we had our hearts down that she came with a bright personality. But honestly, she's a few steps inferior to the Karins. As per his declaration, he's not lying that luck alone has won him up. And that good luck wasn't a lie either.

Because I tried her strength in a simple game to try. You think you're gonna shake a dice and put your eyes out, or you're gonna hit the back with a coin toss? I tried several times but they all had different median rates. It would be if she hadn't done the art of putting her eyes on her, like me, that she would just get out with her motion vision.

Sometimes an arrow in an orbit that would otherwise fall off could draw an unlikely curve and hit it with a good luck. Looks like the three Karins were pretty excited about it. Because if she trains under me to gain the strength to fight with luck, she'll be joined by a dependable guard.

Without my presence, Rubias' party is too biased against the attack. A warrior is alone with two wizards, with no healing or assistance. Ciel's magic is powerful, but it's not as effortless as a bow. Because strong magic risks involving allies as well. What happens to a party like that if you add a bow user anyway for recovery? The two warriors can expect fine backup from behind, and the wizard Ciel can get some time to chant and concentrate. It's a good thing.

That's why they didn't object to Dieria joining them. There's same-sex, because we can expect it as a force of war. But the truth is...

"Dealia, your legs are stopping."

"Don't be impotent! Because it's the limit now! I can't feel my legs anymore!

"If that's all you have the energy to talk about, you can still afford it. See, one more thing."

When I snap her ass, she complains and runs out again. That's crazy. I was motivated at first, but less than an hour after the training started, this is it. If you think you are someone with no strength at all just luck, you should have enough qualities because you are actually able to move more than other students. So maybe she simply doesn't like hard or painful things. Well, no one's going to like him, but it's rare to hate him so badly that he's so far gone. Because all the participants here are here of their own free will.

"That said, I can't even afford to be working out very relaxed. Do we have to force him to do it even if he doesn't like it?"

I was whining about that, watching how she was.

"My whole body hurts... my body doesn't move"

Less than a week after we started living together, it seems that Dieria has abandoned her looks and shame as a maiden. I don't mind Karin and the others being in front of me, burying my face on the couch while I'm asleep and not trying to move. Karin and the others are sympathetic to her like that. I am very kind to juniors who are still developing, either because I am the path I have taken in the past.

"I was until a while ago."

"Lapis' apprentice is a path for everyone."

"I'm just finally getting less spicy lately, too. Come on, Dieria. If you get over it, you can go up one step or two."

The three say with a bitter smile as they enjoy the tea they put in the cup. Dieria didn't have the strength to answer that, only her face resented me. She stared at me with her eyes.

"Because Lapis is impotent...... I've come to this country confused by a lot of common sense, but I'm most surprised there aren't any dead people in that training."

"The dying guy's out there like every day, but you're magically making him recover. Don't worry, Dieria. Give us all you can."

…………

That's crazy. I encouraged you. Why can I turn a cold eye? I'm not convinced.

"More than that, Lapis, you're serious about the plan to go into demonic territory next time?

There was a lot of tension running on the topic Karin put up in her mouth to change the air. Demonic realm - the realm of the demonic tribe without mention. An unknown realm where vicious demons roam innumerably and ecosystems are maintained that are completely different from the human side. The average person, of course, is a dangerous area for a concurrent adventurer to feed on demons without a single day. We're about to set foot in a place like that. If you're going to crusade the Demon King, then any of this is where you have to go in, and with the meaning you get used to it, I was about to train you in the shallow parts of the near field first.

"I mean it. It's time for the nearby demons to stop being Kalins' enemies. I think we should try to get into the demonic realm once and for all."

"Has Lapis ever fought demons of the demonic realm?

"I do. It's heavily influenced by demon kings over there. I guess we need to be careful because the landscape or even the demons we usually see seem to be enhanced. So even one of the goblins shouldn't be alarmed. If we don't deal with it as a completely different demon, we may not be able to regret it with our painful eyes."

…………

Gokuri and throat-beating Karins. Did I threaten you a little too much? But I didn't lie. Demons of the demonic realm are powerful, and the demons who can unite them are stronger. Rubias, a brave man, won't hesitate to hear that, but do we need candy for the Kalins, whose adventurers are in the main business and working together as they become?

"However, the fruit is good for that matter. Materials from demons lurking in demons are traded at high prices. You can earn many times as much as you normally do."

"That might be a little tasty."

"Right. I knew adventurers had to make money selling materials."

Regardless of Rubias, who volunteered himself, or Dieria, who was disliked, Karin and Ciel seemed motivated.

The three kingdoms of Bordeaux, the Leble Empire, and the Strom kingdom to the south face demonic boundaries. Naturally, there are strong walls at the border in preparation for a flood of demons from time to time, and there are several fortifications nearby for times of need. It's a difficult situation to get in and out of here and beyond.

The five of us who added Dieria, a new companion, had arrived at the West Wall, commonly known as the "Demon Lament", which protects the Kingdom of Bordeaux. It's something I didn't have in my day, so I asked the know-it-all Ciel where the name came from, and he gave it that name because no matter how many times the demon of the demonic realm pushed him over, he had to scream and go home.

I thought it was an exaggerated name until it actually came. But I'm convinced when I see it with my own eyes. That's more like a line of fortresses than a fence, and I think it's an easy build to chase back even if a little or softly demon raids. If you can imagine a wall that is more than double in height and nearly triple in thickness, you'll see what it looks like. Above the walls are machines for shooting out stone throwers and large arrows, as well as numerous barrels, iron pots, throwing spears and bows filled with oil to attack demons beneath them, and the inflexible soldiers to handle them stare across the border. A barrier to the Kingdom of Bordeaux that no other country had - it seemed like a symbol of the Kingdom of Bordeaux showing its national power.

"Is this going on all the way north and south? That's amazing..."

"It's true. I've never seen it before, but I didn't think it was that good."

"I don't care how much the demons push."

"Because it is our country's proud defensive position. Naturally."

"Don't you think I don't have to struggle to be brave?

There is no gate to the demonic side in the demonic mourning. Since not even one of the doors had been built from the beginning, people's entry and exit had only a primitive way of communicating the walls and descending. Of course, there's magic, so I can get off without any problems, but they usually use rope from the top of the castle wall to get it down.

"Take care. It would be helpful if you stopped by once when you returned."

That's what the defensive captain who sent us out said as he saluted. He's going to be a mess at his job if he hasn't followed the procedure once, albeit formally. For example, if the person you sent out died or went missing, is it because you need to contact the family you left behind?

That said, in other countries anyway, it was the first time the Rubias Brave Party had crossed the border in the Kingdom of Bordeaux. It's a historic event, but no one's happy about it. Because in front of me, a deep forest awaited that emitted a creepy atmosphere.

"The map says that the forest has been around for a long time."

"Lapis, do you know about this forest?

When Ciel says so while looking at the old map that Rubias brought out of the castle, he looks back at me as Karin confirms.

"I know. I've been here before. Doesn't seem like much of a change of vibe."

I don't really want to remember the past 300 years ago. Stepping into the magical realm of numerous fierce fights, I don't like it but I remember. If that feeling was on the table, Karin and the others looked worried, so let me wave that it was nothing.

"Fine. Shall we just go? The purpose of this one is to fight until you are somewhat accustomed to the demon opponents here. I also have to get used to a long fight, so I'll have some camping done for a few days. Like I said, it's all powerful demons, so don't be alarmed at all."

Everyone snorted deeply at my advice.
