Hi I'm Married, But I'm Sleeping With My Boss

Chapter 50 - School love affair (2)

Liwei heard a young girl crying and he realized it would be Li hua. Chynnah had returned home an hour ahead of schedule and the twins were the only ones at school.

"Li hua" The man recognized her stowing away under the table. He considered what made her sad, the punishment they had to do was only to think about what they had done in a corner while classes proceeded. Older kids experience more however for a young girl her age she thought the discipline was grave.

"I'm sorry, I won't do it again. I want my mummy to come" All li hua wanted was to return home. She didn't like being in the school for a really long time.

"maybe mummy's occupied"

She shook her head "I need to go now"

"Would you be able to crawl out of the table, I need to talk to you better" She gestured and did as he said. The five year old slithered out and the man lifted her up "Come dear, there's no reason to cry" He cleaned her tears away then put her down.

He signaled for her sister to tail him and he led them out to the play area. "We should have fun a little" The young girls gazed at him, clearly not in a mood to play. He really had doubts that they would.

"How about we head back inside" Since they weren't interested that was what was left to do. The girls strolled beside him however they all halted abruptly when they saw a suited man "Gracious, I was frightened that something had happened" he sighed in alleviation then bowed his regards to Mr Liwei.

"I'm the driver employed by Miss Zhao to take the children home. There was an important gathering that she needed to attend."

"No problem then" he went to the children and saw the sad look all over their faces "Okay youngsters, I'll assist you both a little" He said with a grin as he helped them with their backpack and lunch box before waving.

Five years was spent, five years of diligent work however it caused a break between a single parent and her children. They understand that she needs to work hard for them but they need to see her around like they used to.

It was a miracle that she stopped by the school. Li hua thought she wouldn't on the grounds that she doesn't let anything interfere with her work routine, except if it's of relative significance. Her daughter getting in trouble must've been something that moved her.

The twins were a long way from being happy. They don't get the chance to see her in the morning, she gets down to business before they wake up. She doesn't make breakfast for them, she enlisted workers to do so in her stead. They don't have a clue what their mother's food tastes like but different children their age gloat about their own mom's marvelous cooking aptitudes.

They were both lonely, she was the only one they had but over the years she got way busy than they'd ever imagined. She had money but she wanted to make more for them and if possible more generations to come. That was her mission, to make sure her family would never end up on the streets. To her it was for a good cause but she neglected the bad side of it for way too long.

"Mummy isn't home right" Li na stated, her eyes fixed at the night light meilin installed for them to ward off all the unnerving monsters.

"No she isn't. Mr Fu said she returns around 1am and leaves 4, he promised she'd be here by the end of the week but I doubt that. imagine if she gets those business calls again? we'll only get to see her for a second" Li hua was at that point crying, she couldn't hold it in any longer.

"Li Hua, when's the man in the casing going to come?" She was talking about Guiren, the man she didn't grow up to meet. Meilin never uttered a word about him to the young girls apart from "He was a Goodman" they expected he was their dad and their mom was having a misconception with him.

"I don't have the slightest idea but daddy should come back to us" li Hua wailed in her pillow not ready to show her tears to her sister. She would not like to be the emotional one inside the pair. She wanted to be a strong lady like her mom. Only like her mom.

Meilin's heart ached, she actually closed from the office hours early. Mr Fu, the butler she hired to watch over them pat her back. The woman, now thirty, trudged to the living room, her head bowed as she plopped on the sofa.

"I'm doing everything to make them happy Mr Fu, I know it hurts, it hurts me too but I have to keep striving to make sure the company doesn't flunk like the Yang enterprise"

"The senior sat down too with his eyes fixed on the worn out lady. "You have aides, let them handle the organization for a month and utilize that opportunity to revamp your bond with the young ladies" Meilin had thought of doing so but she was frightened that they wouldn't run it how she would have preferred to.

"It's dangerous Mr Fu" She sighed completely confounded on the subsequent step she should take.

"You're both the dad and mother in this house miss. Or else you need to separate the parental work..."

"No, never."

"Before long they'll address who their dad truly is" Mr Fu got up then turned for the foyer leaving the lady to choose whatever she needs to.

The following morning, she woke up early in view of the period spasms. She needed to walk to the shop close by and purchase more pads and pain killers. She put on her track suit and left right away.

It looked like the store just opened and most shelves weren't restocked however she could still find what she was searching for with ease.

She bumped into a man and the things in her grasp fell. "WHY DIDN'T YOU WATCH..." she raised her voice however secured her mouth when he turned back "I'm so sorry Mr Liwei" Period episodes toyed with her reaction to their contact.

"I ought to be the one saying 'sorry' I didn't see you there" He bent to get the things on the floor but she quickly grabbed them before he could. She didn't want him to know what she needed to purchase. It was typical for a lady to be seen with it but she felt shy whenever a man sees such with her.

"Thanks for the assistance" She grinned clumsily and he ran his fingers through his hair "Sure."

The two of them went to the elderly person at the counter, paid then left. Liwei had an excellent lady strolling close to him, he had to bring up a type of discussion. A formal one for the mean time.

"You live around here Miss Zhao?" meilin gestured "yes, the following road precisely."

"Amazing, the top notch one" He knew she was a high class woman, so he wasn't really surprised.

He looked at his watch and it read 5:15am. He must be at the school before seven but he'd love to stay back and converse with her more. Maybe some other time he'll pick up from where he stopped.

"Would you d.e.s.i.r.e supper at my place Mr Liwei?" He gestured and mentally slapped himself for his uncool showcase of fervor. "It's fine" She grinned before turning for her home while he needed to continue strolling forward. She had a long schedule, one which included seeing Haru again in the wake of five difficult years.
