It was midnight and inside the private room of De Refter Bar, two good-looking women and three men were sitting and drinking.

The blond haired man in white shirt stood up and raised his glass to the folks, "Come on, Let's drink one round!" Gu Mohan shouted.

The green and shorthaired woman in blue cardigan raised her brows to glare at him, "Stop it! Don't get drunk, not before he comes." Yue Ling scolded.

The longhaired man with earrings sneered, "Are you sure he will come? Such a flower boy, maybe he was enjoying himself with some woman out there." Yang Xiu said.

Gu Mohan argued, "I doubt that, although he looks like a casanova with women in his right and left, it's rare for him being intimate with random women." He raised his glass and drank it.

"Wealth aside, just with his face alone, women would throw themselves in his embrace and climb his bed if he let them." Yue Ling added.

Yue Ling glanced at the woman who was smoking beside her, "And, a certain woman keeps whining to climb his bed only to gets rejected." She exclaimed sarcastically.

The beautiful shoulders-length brown hair woman in red sundress glare at her, "Mind your own business, will you." Xia Meilin hissed.

"He, I heard the business is not going well for Jiang Holdings?" Yang Xiu asked to the man across him.

The man with glasses in black sweater wore a frustration face, "Unfortunately yes, that's why I'm here, I'm going to ask for his help." Jiang He replied.

"Good luck then." Yang Xiu said as he raised his hand to lit the cigar in his mouth.

"Mei, I heard his fiancee is abroad, maybe this is your change to seduce him." Yue Ling continued teasing her.

"Shut up! It's none of your business." Xia Meilin got enough of her as she stretched her hand toward the wine glass.

Bam! The door of the private room opened, everyone looked over.

Yue Ling looked up and happened to see a man in black suit. He was tall and straight. His face was extremely handsome and manly. His black eyes was gentle and warmth. He was looking around with a fine smile plastered on face, his body full of approachable yet untouchable aura. The whole private room went into a short silence following his arrival.

"Oh Jin! Finally, you came!" Gu Mohan shouted

Yue Ling smiled and looking at the handsome man, "As expected from the prince charming, there are such commotion out there. Those women were screaming like crazy bitch." She joked.

The handsome flashed a dashing and dapper smile, he greeted Xia Meilin and Yue Ling warmly before he removed his black suit and sat between the two women.

"Come on, there's no one else here, and we're not buying that charming face of yours either." Yang Xiu sneered as he gave a side glance at the handsome man.

His eyes lost its brightness,

The warm aura around him turned cold,

His charming smile and tender face are nowhere to be seen as they morphed into cold and expressionless demeanor.

A cold, expressionless man that would makes anyone shivers in fear just by looking at his pair of dark eyes, as dark as the endless dark of moonless night.

He has a cold aura that was exuding right from his very bones and has the noble vibe that surrounds his entire being.

No woman would have thought that the man they have been admiring and dreaming for, who was famous for his warm and gentle smile, could display such a cold face.

He changed into a completely different person he used to. Though the other five people around him were not surprised in the slightest with the handsome man's extreme change, still they did wonder how can a person have two different side which was complete opposite of the other.

Anyone would be shocked and amazed if they come to see the six of them gathering together. Because they are the proud son and daughter of highest society. A heir and heiress of prominent families in Huaxia.

Their parents were the prominent figures and have a good relationship with each other so it was not surprising if their children grown up in the same environment and became close friend with each other.

The handsome man crossed his leg on the other and rested his hands on his t.h.i.g.h in relaxed manner. "Get to the point, speak." His icy voice was heard as his piercing eyes glanced at the man before him.

Jiang He was not at all offended by the handsome man's cold behavior, because they had already been familiar with each other since childhood.

"Business is not going well for Jiang Holdings, you know, the upcoming tender project. I really need your help." Jiang He replied in a pleading tone.

The handsome narrowed his eyes and tapped his fingers on his t.h.i.g.h, his calculating eyes locked at him coldly, "What benefits could you offer?" He asked.

"Please, this time I really need it, I can't promise a big profitable return. Consider this as I owe you a favor okay?" Jiang He begged.

"Business is business, nothing personal." His nonchalant tone was sounded, he replied in a matter-of-factly.

Jiang He just sighed, he was not surprised since he had already knew the answer but still he tried to ask his help with their friendship as the foundation, but it turned out as he had expected.

"However," continued the handsome man, "You can send your proposal to me, maybe I will change my mind after seeing it."

Hearing the words of the handsome man, Jiang He immediately excited and said, "Thank you Jin! I'll send it right away."

"You know, I hope your favor is worth my effort." The handsome man said expressionlessly, his cold words immediately destroyed Jiang He's excitement. He could only sigh with frustration, he knew how expensive the price would have to be paid in the future.

"Alright, He stop right there, we're here to have some fun not to listen to your pathetic story." Gu Mohan cheered as he poured the wine in the empty glasses.

"Let's toast!" Yue Ling stood up and raised her glass to the folks.

The glasses clinked. Everyone except the handsome man stood up and drank the wine.

"Jin, here." Xia Meilin offered a glass and smiled sweetly as she leaned closer to the handsome man.

The handsome man rolled his eyes coldly at the woman beside him, but still he parted his lips and sipped the glass she offered. Xia Meilin smiled at him.

"Jin be careful, who knows, maybe there's sleeping pills or aphrodisiac in the drink." Yue Ling warned as she showed a mocking smile to Xia Meilin.

"Don't accuse me with your nonsense! You bitch!" Xia Meilin gritted her teeth as she glared furiously at Yue Ling.

The handsome and cold man is none other than Long Jinnian, the same man that always displayed a fine and gentle smile that never fail to makes women intoxicated and mesmerized upon seeing his dapper and dashing smile.

But right now, that gentle and warm looking-man is nowhere to be found as he changed into a cold man with cold eyes as cold as the coldest night in the winter.

Long Tian and Long Jinnian were known as the perfect role model of gentleman, they both handsome to the point of perfection. Both of them were sweet, gentle, and friendly. The two of them were every women's dream.

When he was little, he had often seen his mother's tears, Long Cassandra had always cried every time she watched her baby son's sorry state under the Long family's harsh teachings.
