His Personal Bed Partner

"How is he?" Kaylee awkwardly looks at Liam as she said. "I-I don't know, he's just fine until he started sweating and shaking." Liam looks at Kaylee and then at Christopher. "Did he sleep last night?" Kaylee blinks and thinks for a moment."I am not really sure, he asks me to go to bed early." Liam nods, "Don't worry, he will be fine. He has this weird body. He got sick every time he does not sleep."

"Is this normal?" Liam looks at Kaylee and nods. "The doctor said he's fine. He goes to the hospital every time he got a fever like this and undergoes to whole-body checkup and ended up with the same result. There's nothing wrong with his body, his health is normal. It's just that every time he does not sleep, he's always got a high fever, and he will get better the next day." Kaylee let out a sigh of relief. "So where's the medicine?"

"He won't drink it." Seeing Kaylee's worried face, Liam sighed. "Don't worry, just let him rest." Kaylee looks at the man beside him and sigh. "Okay." Liam smiles, "I'll be outside." Kaylee didn't look at him and just nods. Her eyes were fixed on Christopher's sleeping face.

Christopher's hugs were tightened from time-to-time. Kaylee touches the man's face, her movements were limited, afraid that she may wake up Christopher. After another hour, Kaylee fell asleep with Christopher's arm.

It was already 6:50 pm when Christopher open his eyes. He saw Kaylee sleeping beside him. He carefully holds Kaylee's head as he lay down her head on the pillow. He frowns as he feels the pain in his head.

Christopher stood up and walk towards the door. Suddenly, the woman wearing a white dress with her coat on, opens the door. When she saw Christopher, she smiles and ready to walk toward him but stop when she saw Kaylee laying on his bed. She frowns as she looks at Christopher with a questioning look.

"Why is she here?" Christopher didn't answer and held her arm as he drags her out from his room."Ouch! It hurts!" Christopher looked at her without any expression. "She fell asleep while taking care of me." Sofia looks at him into his eyes sharply. "Why didn't you tell me? I can take care of you myself. Why let her touch you?" Liam, on the other hand, raises his eyebrow after hearing a ridiculous sentence coming from Sofia. "It's none of your business." Sofia's jaw dropped!

"For your information, I am your fiancee." Christopher massages his temple. "Are you dreaming or something?" Sofia clenches her fist while looking angrily at Christopher, while Liam is biting his lower lip to stop himself from laughing."Now leave! I don't have time to deal with your nonsense!" When Sofia didn't move and just stood up in front of the room's door. Christopher looks at Liam. "Can you escort Miss Ricafort out?" Liam slightly bowed his head and walks towards Sofia.

"Miss Sofia?" Sofia looks sharply at Liam as she walks toward the door and leaves the office. When Sofia left, Liam let out a laugh. Christopher once again massages his temple. "You really enjoy yourself, huh?" Liam a cough to stop himself from laughing. "I really enjoy seeing her defeated you. Dude! It's so refreshing. "Oh, by the way! I have to trouble you for something. Can you get us some foods and bring them here. Kaylee fell asleep, I guess, we're going to stay here for tonight. " Christopher suddenly stops and think for a moment."Did you already send the documents to my unit?" Liam shook his head. "Not yet, I was planning to send it later." Christopher nodes. "Good. You don't need to."

Christopher and Kaylee were lying on the bed. Christopher was now feeling well. He still feels the pain in his head from time to time. Kaylee was still asleep, Christopher smiles. 'You really sleep well, huh?'

After another more minute, Kaylee slowly opens her eyes. When she saw Christopher laying beside her with his head leaning on his arm while looking at her, she sat up and looks at Christopher and touches the man's forehead. Kaylee let out a sigh of relief. "Thank God."

Christopher smiles. "Let's eat."
