Hogwarts: I Am Such a Model Wizard

Chapter 345: Rescue and Tree Net

Chapter 345 Rescue and Tree Net

When it was later, Charlie came over. He looked more tired than the others, and his face looked as ugly as overcooked cabbage.

“I flew for more than thirty hours!”

While eating dinner, Charlie couldn't help but muttered: "And always pay attention to the position of the fire dragon, so as not to be bitten in half by them, or knocked out.

I think those on the Quidditch team should come here for special training. Riding a broom and shuttle among seven or eight fire dragons is much more useful than training on the field. "

"I just want to play Quidditch, but I don't want to risk my life..." Kyle said with a smile: "And the reserve probably won't agree."

"Yeah, you're right. It's a pity that they missed an excellent training opportunity."

Looking at Charlie's listless look, Kyle handed him a mint-flavored pop-filled candy.

“Would you like some? Although it’s not as good as the sobering potion, it should make you feel more energetic.”

“Thank you, I just needed it.” Charlie took the mint.

After a while, a muffled sound came from his mouth, and his whole face bulged, looking like a large toad.

Charlie shivered all over and quickly rubbed his face with his hands.

“It feels much more comfortable.” He took a few sharp breaths, “It’s amazing. What I didn’t like the most before was mints.”

“Tastes change all the time,” Kyle says.

Charlie raised his eyebrows and smiled: "So, you will also like licorice candies in the future?"

“Let’s forget about this!” Kyle said immediately.

“It’s a pity that you missed a delicious food.”

Several Weasley children are big fans of licorice candies, and so is Harry. One of the indispensable snacks for him and Ron on the train is the licorice wand.

So usually, Kyle would pick out the licorice candies he received and give them to them as additional gifts on different days...such as Christmas or birthdays.

 Oh, and now...

Because he still needed to patrol the reserve at night, Charlie left not long after dinner.

Kyle gave him a big bag of candy.

ˆAlthough there are wizard gathering places and shops near the Fire Dragon Sanctuary in Romania, there are more of all kinds of wine, ores, potions, and magic props there.

Candies that can be seen everywhere in schools have become a rare commodity here.

It’s not that there isn’t any, it’s just that it’s quite troublesome to buy it once. Not only does it require an owl to send it from a long distance, but the variety and taste are much worse than Bee Duke’s.

After Charlie left, Kyle also returned to the tent.

There are many people here, including Newt.

There was no trace of fatigue on their faces. They were sitting together chatting happily just like when they came a few days ago.

The topics are all related to magical animals, from the experience of treating fire dragons to the postpartum care of Tebbo warthogs.

Kyle stood next to Newt without saying a word, and learned a lot of useful trivia.

Professor Locknear even said that he accidentally discovered a new magical animal when he was in the Barisan Mountains. It was huge and had four arms.

Before coming to Romania, he was sorting out relevant information and pictures and will publish them soon.

Everyone showed great interest, and Newt was also a little moved. It was obvious that he really wanted to visit that place.

Of course, this will have to wait until Locknear publishes the relevant information.

This time the fire dragons took a slightly longer rest.

Everyone stayed at the venue for three full days before the surrounding area became lively again.

Kyle and Newt are back on the hill again.

The area they are responsible for was discussed before they came here, probably to take care of Newt's age. This place is a little further away from the highest cliff and much safer.

 It’s just a bit boring…

It was still a scuffle for several days.

But this time, there were obviously many more fire dragons that failed to exit the stage than before, and Kyle could hear that neighing sound almost every day.

 There are exceptions, though.

On the second day, a Romanian ceratopsian was exhausted and was slapped on the head by the Ukrainian iron belly with its tail. Then it rolled its eyes and fell straight from the air.

The location happens to be near the hill where Kyle and Newt are.

I don’t know if I didn’t hear the sound of admitting defeat or if I was hit on the head. After hovering in the air for a while, the Ukrainian iron belly also dived down.

Newt frowned and quickly apparated to the Romanian dragon. He put his wand against his throat and made short sounds at the same time, trying to convey to it the meaning of surrender.

But it was no use. The sound he made was very different from that of the fire dragon. In other words, his accent was very heavy.

Under normal circumstances, the Ukrainian Iron Belly might have understood what this meant, but now it was obviously a little over the top and could not hear the voices of Newt and Kyle at all.

“Now we’re in trouble!” Newt’s face became serious.

If it were allowed to rush down, the weight of nearly six tons alone would crush the unlucky Romanian Ceratops to death.

And he cannot use most of the spells that prevent this method.

Because that will cause damage to the Ukrainian Iron Belly and affect its subsequent battles.

As mentioned before, human wizards cannot participate in battles between fire dragons, no matter what the reason is.

 “It’s full of fog!”

With no choice, Newt could only create a thick fog around him, trying to block its sight. Then he flicked his wand and forcibly pushed the Romanian Ceratops on the ground forward a certain distance.

Kyle also cast a softening charm and a swamp charm on the ground beneath him, which should have a certain buffering effect.

 Almost at the same time.

The surrounding trees suddenly stretched out, as if they had turned into huge thick "ropes", stretching into the mist and intertwining into a huge network.

 “Creak…”

With a burst of firecracker-like, tooth-piercing sound, the "tree ropes" were broken one after another, but new ones would soon be added.

Finally, the Ukrainian Iron Belly stopped less than two feet above the ground.

Its claws are almost attached to the tail of the Romanian ceratopsian. If it really falls, there will probably be an additional tailless dragon in the Fire Dragon Sanctuary.

The Ukrainian Iron Belly struggled for a while, and gradually woke up. It roared with dissatisfaction, then broke free from the tree net blocking the road, and took off again.

“It’s really dangerous, just a little bit close.” A familiar voice came from behind.

Chris put away his wand and walked towards the two of them. He was the one who made the tree net just now.
