Lucien returned to his room and immediately opened the bottle with blood essence of that strong demon given by his grandfather. It had a weird, somewhat sweet fragrance, and there was a hint of slaughter aura.

He gulped it all in second and started to refine the blood essence. When the blood essence was in his body, his RC Cells began to multiply at an alarming rate. They were more and more of them for every second passed.

Lucien could feel that his RC Level was increasing rapidly already hitting the line of 2,000 required for activation of Kakuja Version 1. This process took around one hour before the entire blood essence was refined and transformed into the RC Cells.

Now the only thing which remained was his kakuja. Lucien was very eager to see how his kakuja would look like. He knew that every one of this family had similar kakuja, in all their versions. The only weapon would be different, but the rest would be the same.

Lucien turned his kakugan on, his iris turned red and sclera black, and he invoked his kakuja. It was basically only body armor around his left hand. Only his hand was covered in kakuja armor and in his right hand was congealed katana from kakuja.

Even though it was very different from kakujas of other ghouls, Lucien liked it very much. He could use body armor on his left hand as a shield to block attacks and his right hand to attack. After he was done with examining his kakuja, he looked at his record to see his kakuja on it.

Lucien was surprised that his RC Level skyrocketed from 1,798 to astonishing 3,597. He was almost at the threshold of Kakuja V2 which required RC Level of 4,000. But he knew that he would need some time to stabilize his new RC Level as he gained a considerable increase and his body might be not able to handle another increase in RC Level.

Lucien laid down at his huge bed and started to think about the future. He was thinking about his 3rd wish from the Akashic Records. For a long time, he was thinking of what to wish for. But now as he was lying on the bed and thinking about the situation on blood island, within his family or his race, he already got an answer.

He only passed the short message to the administrator with straightforward content.

[Administrator I am ready to utilize my third wish. So transport me to the void]

He needed to notify an administrator to transport him to the void. He wanted first to speak about the wish itself cause it was not a simple thing he wanted.

After several second Lucien was clothed in intense light to which he instinctively closed his eyes and when he opened them again, he was in a familiar place from several years ago.

The sky was still beautiful as he remembered, studded with countless stars, galaxies and universes or dimensions. It was a magnificent view. Before he was familiar throne at the giant golden pedestal with ancient pillars around it, forming some circle.

On the throne, an older man was sitting with an amused expression on his face as he looked at Lucien. For people like him, ten years were like second. Even a million years were like seconds to him. Time didn't matter anymore when you cross the particular border in cultivation.

"Welcome my dear friend, tell me what brings you today to see me? Have you chosen your 3rd wish?"

Asked older man with an excited voice. Lucien still didn't understand why did he call him a young friend but it didn't matter. Even if he asked, probably he won't get any kind of answer.

"Yes, administrator. I have chosen my last wish from You. I wish for overwriting of record of my race, Sacred Devourer Ghouls. I wish for three things to be overwritten. First, it to let our species cultivate psionic energy and became espers. Second is to have for all of our species have double kagunes. And the last one to weaken genetical constraints of our kind regarding childbirth."

Lucien said his wish. He wanted only these things. Things what would make his kind and family stronger and more useful in higher grade dimensions. For example, if all Sacred Devourer Ghouls could cultivate psionic energy and obtain some powers as electrokinesis, pyrokinesis, and so on and became espers, it would significantly strengthen race itself. At same cultivation rank, they could even use psionic energy to fly in the sky, and those with ukaku could be even faster with the usage of this kind of power.

Another thing was double kagune. They could combine to the various combination which would greatly benefit its wearer. And final and one of the most important was childbirth. Sacred Devourer Ghouls had very very low fertility. As any dominant race, even though they were actually not so convincing because living in Low-Grade Dimension, they had a massive problem with conceiving of a child. Lucien wanted to change this.

He stood there silently and just looked at the administrator sitting on the giant golden throne as he was looking at the transparent windows levitating before him. After some time, it appeared that he digested Lucien's wish only now, he started screaming at him like mad.

"Are you mad boy?!?! Do you know what are you even asking for? Overwriting of record of an entire race? The race which already is classified as extremely dangerous and with huge evolutionary potential and you still want more? That goes against every rule of Akashic Records!!! Chose something else."

The administrator was now really angry at Lucien's presumptuous wish. Rewriting record of entire evolutionary strong race as a whole was unacceptable. But Lucien was different. Seeing that administrator was really angry, he still didn't want to give up. So he tried to negotiate.

"I understand, but there must be some other ways. I swear that I will do anything in my capabilities in exchange for this wish."

The old Administrator gave Lucien deep look, before turning his head away and started to search for something in his browser of records. After several minutes of searching, he turned to Lucien again with a broad smile on his face.

"I have found a way for you to accomplish this, and it won't be an easy path. My young friend, did you hear about God-Devil System?"
