Harry left the lounge and he went downstairs to the staff lounge.

Arriving at the lounge door, Harry took a deep breath before knocking.

However, there seemed to be no answer inside the door.

He knocked again, but still did not move.

Harry found that the door was unlocked, and there seemed to be no one inside.

Thinking that maybe Snape had left the book in and quietly went in and took it out.

He carefully pushed open a slit and looked inside—a terrifying scene appeared before his eyes.

There were only two people in the room, Snape and Filch.

Snape pulled his robe above his knees, one of his legs drenched in blood and blurred flesh.

Filch was handing him the bandage.

“Damn it,” only to hear Snape say, “how could you possibly stare at all three heads at the same time?” ”

Harry was about to close the door and slip away, but—

“Potter!”

Snape quickly lowered his robe to block his injured leg.

At the moment he was angry, his face was crooked.

Harry was a little breathless, “I… I wondered if I could get my book back. ”

“Get out! Get out! Snape growled.

Harry turned and ran, afraid that Snape’s next sentence would be a deduction of points.

He ran all the way back to the lounge.

“Did you get the book?” When Harry returned, Ron asked immediately.

But seeing that Harry’s face was a little pale, Ron asked, “What’s going on?” ”

Harry lowered his voice and told Ron and Hermione about the fact that he had just seen Snape injured.

At this moment, Harry had a speculation.

“Do you know what that means?” He held his breath and said, “On Halloween, he wants to pass by those big dogs with three heads!” When we saw him, he was heading there—he was looking for the thing that the big dog was guarding! I bet with my flying broom that he put the troll, in order to divert everyone’s attention. ”

Hermione’s eyes widened.

“No—he won’t,” she said, “Although, I know he’s not very good, he definitely wouldn’t steal something that Dumbledore kept so closely.” ”

“To be honest, Hermione, you always think that all teachers are saints.” Ron said very unceremoniously, “I agree with Harry. I think Snape can do anything. ”

Hermione still shook her head in disbelief.

“You can go and ask Eugene, he was there that day, and I promise he will agree with Harry’s speculation.” Ron said.

Sure enough, after Ron moved out of Eugene, Hermione was clearly a little shaken.

Well, tomorrow she will ask Eugene.

“But what is that big dog guarding?” Ron threw out a puzzled question.

Harry presumed that it was the small package taken from the vault, but what was inside was unknown.

Early the next morning, the weather was clear and cold.

The enticing aroma of grilled sausages fills the restaurant, and everyone is looking forward to a great Quidditch match, and there is a lot of joyful discussion.

“Finally waited.” Ernie looked excited.

“I’m sure Harry Potter will definitely fall off his broomstick.” Malfoy was talking loudly over at the Slytherin table.

The other Slytherin students laughed along.

“Abominable!” Justin was about to stand up, but was pressed back by Eugene.

“Don’t be angry, they’ll definitely lose.” Eugene said, “Don’t mess around with dogs that bark around. ”

“They were obviously laughing at us just now.” Ernie clenched his fists.

“Snape is there, we’ll talk about it later.” Eugene glanced at Snape on the teacher’s table.

After breakfast.

Hermione came directly to Eugene.

“Going to a Quidditch game in a while?”

She extended an invitation to Eugene.

Eugene nodded, “Okay. ”

Ernie and Justin booed at the side, knowing that the three of them couldn’t watch the game together, so they left.

After seeing the two people leaving, with no one around, Hermione lowered her voice and told Eugene what Harry had seen in the staff lounge yesterday.

“What do you think?” Hermione asked.

“Your instincts are right, he really won’t hurt Harry.” Eugene said, “But—”

“But what?”

“Snape did go to the room on the fourth floor that day.”

“You mean, his leg was really bitten by those three-headed dogs?”

“That’s right.” Eugene nodded.

Hermione thought for a moment and said, “So you mean, Snape really intends to steal what the dog guards.” ”

“All right, Hermione. You don’t have to think about it. Eugene patted Hermione’s shoulder, “I don’t want you to get hurt. ”

“Also, leave that thing alone. It really won’t be dangerous and won’t be stolen. ”

Eugene felt that with Dumbledore’s magic, Quirrell and Voldemort would not be able to obtain the Philosopher’s Stone.

Hermione, however, felt as if Eugene knew something, but hid it.

“Eugene, do you know something?”

“Alas, forget it, I remind you…”
