I created Magic!

Chapter 115: One Week Later (I)

Turning the screen back to Elric, although his week could not be said to be as eventful as Alvin's, however it was without a doubt one to remember.

Like Alvin, a week had changed and noticeable changes could be found all over Hogwarts.

From the atmosphere in the air to the fact that most students walk with a bounce in their feet now whenever they pass or the look in their eyes as if hope for tomorrow had been directly presented before them.

Seeing such a change, the main staff in charge of Hogwarts such as Davis and George couldn't help but feel happy knowing that the school was growing thanks to their efforts.

Unfortunately, Elric who should have been the happiest didn't have any form of joy on his face, rather whenever he looked around he sighed in regret wishing he could back and change something.

"Sigh … I can't believe things have already come this far. I guess there's no other choice other than to move on"

Sighing slightly, Elric's eyes began to tremble as he remembered what happene few days ago, after giving George the order to take a look around the school with Melinda, Elric took his sit back in the office as he prepared to make some notes and do a bit of studying while he waited for Melinda's final choice.

Unfortunately, it was due to such a decision that the current situation stemmed fros an extremely talented warrior and head of her tribe, Melinda's vision of combat can be said to be extraordinaro seeing a method by which many weak humans could wield weapons and possess immense strength just by practising a bit. All of Melinda's previous notions about Elric and Hogwarts were immediately thrown out.

Before, even though she was afraid of Elric due to his aura, but Melinda still subconsciously looked down on the rest of Hogwarts especially the apprentice wizards thinking they were just relying on Elric's power to run rampannfinished George showed him otherwise.

Under Melinda's shocked gaze, with George by her side, she witnessed all kinds of apprentice wizard training, from meditating to simple physique exercises.

Once, she even saw an apprentice wizard summon a huge fireball and use it to completely incinerate a large boulder

*Damn! Is everyone here such a monster!*

This was the thought in Melinda's head just a few minutes into the tour.

However, soon her thoughts quickly changed as a new idea quickly surfaced in her mind from nowherhinking back on everything that happened, Melinda realised that something was amiss.

*Since Elric and everyone already possessed such a power, why didn't they directly capture her instead of trying to persuade her multiple times?*

*This could only mean one thing, there's currently something I possess that they can't get if they forcefully capture me!*

Thinking of this, Melinda's eyes shone brighter and brighter as she felt that she was closer than ever to the truth. After all, in her mind, the only reason stopping Elric from doing something to her was if it could give him benefitnfortunately for Melinda, although right that everyone acts for the sake of benefits. But her case this time was just Elric genuinely experimenting to see if the good cop bad cop role play still works in a different world<novelnext></novelnext>

Sadly, Melinda couldn't do this.

And due to this thought, Melinda suddenly stopped paying attention to the tour as she began to think of what Elric could possibly want from her.

It wasn't until a few minutes of deep thinking that Melinda's eyes suddenly opened.

"If my guess is correct, then maybe this is an opportunity for my whole tribe and I!"

Murmuring slightly, Melinda remembered the conclusion she had just reached.

According to her thoughts, the only thing that Elric could want in them was possible their ability to gain immense strength under the sunfortunately, she herself knew that this owner was innate and couldn't be passed from one person to another.

According to legends the first Amazons were specially created and blessed by Gods Zeus thus granting them this special ability which is transferred from generation to generatioowever, although that was what was recorded in their history, Melinda knew there was no solid evidence to prove its authenticity. Even Zeus was a God she doubted even existed.

Thinking back to it now, all the years they had held sacrifices to him according to their culture, not once had he ever shown a sign or responded to them especially last night when they needed him the most he was nowhere to be found.

Shaking her head slightly, Melinda quickly threw the thought out of her head as she knew this wasn't the time to think about whether Zeus existed or not, now was the time to see if she could use her tribe's natal ability to win them an advantage in the current situation.

With this in mind, Melinda turned toward George who was still blabbing as he tried to explain where they currently were on the tour.

"George, right? You said your young master is currently trying to capture the surrounding tribes?"

"I agree to disband my tribe and help your young master achieve his goals, however you must allow my tribesmen and I to become wizards!"

Although Melinda said this with a straight face, she was still slightly nervous deep within her hair for she herself had planned a little abacus.

According to her thoughts, once possible the power of magic plus their own innate strength, Melinda imagined that they would be practically invincible.

So much so, that perhaps she could even take over Hogwarts in the process and lead the Amazon tribe to never before seen heights.

Thinking of this, Melinda looked nervously at George hoping he wouldn't notice her small thoughts.

Thankfully George didn't seem to think much and immediately agreed. In Fact, even if he knew Melinda's thoughts George probably wouldn't change his mind because earlier Elric had already told him that anyone who practises magic can't escape the tip of his palm.

So in a way, Melinda's decision was no different from expressing a full on surrender
