– Chapter 2 –

It was a small sound but Erin definitely heard something.

Erin slowly turned around and looked at Aiden.

His forehead was scrunched up with tension.

“…… Leinster?”

Erin approached Aiden’s face.

She had called out carefully.

But there was no response.

It seems like he didn’t wake up, but rather he was talking in his sleep.

Erin carefully approached him and looked at his face.

“Are you okay……?”

“……Mmm.”

It seemed like he was suffering from a terrible nightmare.

His body was covered in a cold sweat and his face looked tense.

She carefully took his hand and checked to make sure that he didn’t have a fever.

Rather than being hurt, it seemed like he was simply having a nightmare.

His hands were trembling and his breath was laboured.
