After successfully recruiting the 3rd we teleported back at the Uchiha falls with 3rd in tow. We also informed Fugaku ,Zabuza ,Haku and Izumi to come to Uchiha falls for the first meeting of *Yami To Hikari* and mission briefing.

When Nikasu ,3rd and Me ,when we arrived and could see 13-Silhouettes gathered wearing black-white outfit around while 9 of them covered their faces with their respective hood.

Fugaku ,Izumi ,Zabuza and Haku bowed to the 3rd who just waved his hands indicating not to bow and says "Ho ho it's alright there is no need for formalities after all now we are all teammates."

4-of them nodded towards him they turned their attention towards the other figures while observing them.

They could see 5-females and 4-males wearing the hood to cover their faces ,though Fugaku was a little specktical about them he didn't said anything as he knew that if his Son and Nikasu had chosen them then they should be capable enough.

"Now that everyone of us are here we shall be begin the first meeting of our organisation." said Nikasu.(White-commander)

"We suspect that something very big is going to happen and we don't have much time left before that." saying so Nikasu passes 14-scrolls containing the linked activities of both Masked-man and Akatsuki though not much information was stated the key-points and the possible future events that can take place are also stated in the scroll.

"According to this information ,it seem that both Akatsuki and Masked-man are some how related but still the latter is a S-ranked rough while there is not much information about the former ,so what should be our goal.????" said Fugaku while 3rd smoked on his pipe as he has already guessed a little about what will be his role.

"We have to first secure 3-desolate place for our head quarters and at such a location where we can enter other villages easily and transport things and for that I want Semiramis and Jeanne d'arc both of you are responsible for this you while be given the coordinates for the place by Old-gramps and Fugaku-sama." said Nikasu.

"I think Hidden waterfall village ,Hidden hot spring village and Hidden valley Village are the best locations for our bases as the 3 locations cover Hidden sound village , Hidden earth village, Hidden lightning village and Hidden rain village ,we don't need to worry for hidden mist village their condition is barely stable and also they don't posses anything worth our interest." said hiruzen.

"Hmmm...Well at least we don't have to worry about Hidden mist village they are very busy handling the state of their village though we have provided them with our villages support and have also lend some shinobi and resources to them." said Fugaku.

"I wonder how Mei is doing ,is she well I should check on her." thought Ichizu.

Nikasu took out a scroll from his scroll holder and unrufled it on the stone platform ,what everyone saw was a big map of the shinobi world. He then took out 3-S.kunai and stabbed it and the 3-places while saying "Well then it is decided that our bases will be built at these places respectively and we must proceed carefully and swiftly."

Everyone nodded and 3rd said "I agree but to do all of this we would need many people for transport and building the bases and also a large amount of finance ,we can't ask for money from the village otherwise the other elders would immediately know about us...and would likely object to our working."

"We don't need to worry about money , resources and manpower I have that under my control." said Ichizu

Everyone looked at him in surprise as he took out a scroll and gave it to Semiramis as he said "This scroll can be used to summon an object and what to do next you will understand it after seeing it...."

She accepted the scroll and kept it inside her scroll holder , nodded and said in low voice so that only he would hear what he said "I won't let you down master...!!!"

"I want 'Team 4' to invade Hidden cloud village as normal civilians and keep track of the 2nd tails ,remember you just need to place this *track-teleportation seal* on her body and return" said Nikasu as he took out another scroll and passed it to Zabuza.

"Remember to burn it after seeing the seal formulae." said Nikasu to which Zabuza nodded.

"I want 'Team 5' to gather information about different small village officials to see how many of them are also involved in this big-game and also keep a tight check on all villages condition." said Nikasu.

3rd and Fugaku nodded.

"I want 'Team 6' to track and place a seal on Tailed-beasts from 4-tails to 7-tails. Make sure not to leave any clues behind of our existence." said Ichizu in a serious tone as he knew Gilgamesh loved to fight strong opponents it's good that Enkidu can control him.

"'Team 3' find and mark out every hideout of orochimaru on this scroll."

"'Team 7' will prepare 3-headquaters at different places marked ."

"'Team 8' will track down Itachi but use are not allowed to interact with him and let him know of your presence under any cost ,your mission is just to silently observe him and nothing else." said Nikasu in a strict tone.

Izumi retorted "But why Nikasu-nii San ????"

"Listen to him Izumi and that's an order he is the white-commander after all you can't allow your personal feelings to mess up the mission or should I change your mission." said Ichizu with his eyes narrowed.

Izumi lowered her head down with some tears in her eyes but both Ichizu and Nikasu didn't react as they had already steeled their hearts before stating this missions.

"'Team 2' will monitor 1-tails after recover Zero-tails back at the base and killing doctor-Shinno, remember to treat the host of the zero tails with care."

"'Team 1' will be protecting the village from further invasions and no one will try anything on Naruto he is with Jiraiya-san and we don't need to monitor him." said Ichizu with a cold-commanding voice.

Both Nikasu and Ichizu won't allow Naruto to suffer like in the series.

Everyone felt his presence and the importance both the commanders placed on Naruto and nodded their heads.

"Very well the first meeting of *Yami To Hikari* is thus concluded.....DISMISSED!!!!!!!!"
