"Obito ,after doing some experiment from the information Madara collected when he was alive i have deduced that for the 'True project' we don't need to seal the tailed beasts but even if the Gedo` Statue had a large amount of their chakra it would still be enough for the project." said Black zetsu .

"You mean that even with only a large amount of their chakra would suffice...???" questioned Obito.

"Yes ,every village has gone on high alert after the news of the 3-tails jinchuriki being controlled and have called most of them back to their village as they are being monitered 24hr." stated Black zetsu as a matter-of-fact.

"Well .....that was a mistake on my part ,I wanted to capture the 3-tails and extract the it from its Jinchuriki in the Gedo` Mazo but I didn't thought that Uchiha Ichizu would kill him before I could do so." said Obito in a cold tone.

"It can't be help Akatsuki is still is the financial phase and would continue to be in it for atleast 2 more years.*sigh*" said Obito.

"No need to rush everything will soon fall in place and we will start capturing the tailed beasts try not to kill the Jinchurikies as that would alert all the villages." said Black zetsu.

"Just tell him that after sealing a portion of their chakra in the Gedo` Mazo ,they will lose their ability to infuse chakra and slowly wither away....." suggested Black zetsu.

It's been 1 month since Itachi's and Kisame's failed attempt at kidnapping naruto.

Sasuke was heavily injured after fighting with his elder brother and had bruises all over his body ,a few broken ribs and a swollen right-eye. After resting in the hospital for a full whole month he was finally allowed to leave this place and go home.

During the month, Naruto , Sakura and his family all visited him and wished for him to get well soon.

He remembered taking to his Father, Mother and Eldest brother about what happened that day.

"So tell me everything from the start and explain every detail ...got it Sasuke." asked Fugaku.

"Nii-san appeared wearing black cloak with red cloud patterns all over it ,he was accompanied by another person who had pale blue skin ,spiky hair ,sharp eyes resembling that of a shark and a large wrapped sword on his back." explained Sasuke in great detail.

"Kisame Hoshigaki .... troublesome." mumbled Ichizu.

"What happened next Sasuke.???" asked Mikoto softly.

"Nii-san said that he was their for naruto, he was ordered to capture 9-tails Jinchuriki. After that I charged at him but was soon defeated."

After 20 min of walking he arrived at the top of the academy roof where Naruto and Sakura could be seen standing.

He approached them while thanking them for visiting him in a hospital and taking care of him when he was injured.

(A/N:- Yeah guys this Sasuke is not an complete asshole and a jerk but is more sensible and appreciates other as his eldest brother and father & mother's influence have changed his behavior from the cold-blooded idiot to a amiable person with comman sense.)

"Naruto I want you to spar with me with your full strength." said Sasuke in an serious tone.

"That's not a problem but should you rest for some more days before challenging me to a spar ,you know you shouldn't push your self too much it will be harmful for your body." said Naruto with some concern as Sasuke was just thrashed badly a month ago.

"It's alright I am fine and can fight with my full strength so get ready." said Sasuke with an unyielding spirit.

" *sigh* Okay if that's what you want." saying so Naruto got into fighting stance ,Sasuke too follow the suit and took a fighting stance.

They both rushed towards each other and engaged in an taijutsu fight.

"Wowwwww...go..go..go...beat the crap out of each other...yeah...." shouted Sakura.

Sasuke suddenly kicks towards Naruto's right side of the abdomen, Naruto raises his right leg about the height of his waist and blocks the attack while thrusting his left palm forward , Sasuke notices the incoming palm which was about the crash into his stomach and bends his body left side evading the attack while delivering a roundhouse kick with his leg.

Naruto jumps back and avoids the leg attack while making hand-signs *Wind-style:-Great break through* towards who uses *Fire-style:-Great fire ball* to destroy Naruto's attack.

The attack created a lot of smoke which naruto used as a cover and jumped towards Sasuke with a *rasengan* in his hand ,Sasuke caught in surprise after seeing Naruto using smoke as an cover and fire his attack so he too quickly activated his sharingan and jumped towards Naruto with *chidori* in his right hand.

Sakura seeing so panicked as she couldn't stop them by using her formation seals in time ,but she wanted them to stop as either of them could get hurt and she didn't wanted that to happen any both of them were very important to her ,one was her love of life while other was her bestest of best friend so without hesitating any longer she rushed towards them with hope in stopping them in time.

"Oh no....." & "Shit...!!!" shouted both Sasuke and Naruto after realizing that they have been too busy in their spar and didn't notice Sakura running towards them to stop the fighting.

"Noooo...." & "Stopppp..." screamed both of them at the same time after seeing that if Sakura didn't stop then she would collide with their attack and will most likely be killed. They tried to stop their attack but it was too late...

Regret... Regret and pain was the thing they were feeling the most right now ,regret that they didn't stop ,regret that Sakura will pay the price for their ignorance.

Just as they were about to collide Kakashi suddenly appeared between them ,grabbed both of their wrists and threw them towards two different water tanks.

Their attacks collided with the tank and made a lot of noise.

When Sasuke looked up towards his attack he noticed that his attack had pierced past the outer body of the tank and a small stream of water was leaking out of it.

Whereas Naruto's attack literally basted a hole through the water tank.

"What the hell was going on here...????" asked Kakashi in an angry tone.

"We were sparring but got a little carried away while doing so hehehe......" stated Naruto awkwardly.

"Thank God you both are fine. " said Sakura as she sighed in relief whereas Kakashi was rubbing his temple. No one noticed the expression on Sasuke's face and what he was thinking right now.

"You Sasuke will come to me when you will seek power till then remember my name Orochimaru." this message kept on replaying in his mind as he decided to seek out Orochimaru for more power.

That night Sasuke Uchiha became a rogue ninja of Konoha.....
