"I want you, Obito to tell Pain that you and me, we will be taking the place of Sasori and Deidara since they are dead....tell him that while we capture the 3-tails which has appeared in the *Luke warm lake* ,Kakuzu and Hidan will go and capture the 2-tails." said Shisui while he wore a white-colored fox mask with an eye on the head vertically ,it covered his face till nose, the right side eye space was sealed while his sharingan could be seen in his left eye space.

"Hmm.....very well but i think after we officially join the Akatsuki you go capture the 3-tails on your own while i pinpoint the location of the 4-tails. What do you think?????" asked Obito while waiting for Shisui's response.

"Well okay we will be able to save more time, after all Konoha is getting stronger and stronger while other villages are also on high alert it's best that we speed up things." replied Shisui after thinking for some time.

"Do i need to seal the 3-tails or just a large amount should be enough, i would like to avoid sealing the 3-tails as i am sure that the 5-great nations will surely know that the 3-tails is currently at *Luke Warm Lake*, and will send many of their shinobi to capture the 3-tails and use it for themselves and if i were to seal the 3-tails then the disappearance of a tailed beast would surely alarm the nations and our plan of collecting the chakra's of the tailed beast and sealing them inside the Gedo` mazo` would become more hard." asked Shisui so that he could convince Obito in not sealing the tailed beast and Ichizu and Nikasu will be able to seal the other half of the 3-tails inside Rin.

"Hmmm.....you are right we can't alert the nations.....not yet as we still are in the beginning stages of Phase-2....okay just seal a large portion of it's chakra inside a seal scroll and pass it to Zetsu ,he will take the scroll to Pain who will seal the chakra inside the statue." said Obito after complimenting about Shisui's suggestion for half-an hour.

Shisui flickered away from the hideout towards to *Luke Warm Lake* while Obito wrapped at Pain's location to inform him about the new members.

{Somewhere in Amegakure}

Suddenly space started distorting inside a dark room illuminated by a candle, Obito wrapped at Pain's location and sees Konan standing next to Pain (Tendo) who was watching the rain while thinking about something.

"Reason for the sudden visit.????" asked Konan while trying to guess what has happened at the hideout located near Sunagakure.

"I have came to inform you that me and other person will be joining Akatsuki since their are two vacant spaces left (Not counting one place as Orochimaru was never really officially replaced in Akatsuki as he took his ring away while leaving the Akatsuki.) and also since it is time for me to appear before this world." said Obito while gazing at Pain who was still watching the rain.

Konan was quite surprised to hear that Obito (Madara) was finally going to join the Akatsuki but frowned as she asked "Ally???".

"Just think of his as an old monster possessing a large amount of lifespan." vaguely stated Obito not caring to explain any furthur.

"I am going to track the 4-tails while he is on his way to bring back large amount of 3-tails chakra for you to seal inside the statue." said Obito while finally Pain turned around with a little surprise on his face (Well he just raised an eyebrow.) as not many can defeat a tailed beast alone and moreover seal an extremely large portion of their chakra. Even though Akatsuki can capture tailed beasts without much of a problem but that when they are being accompanied by they partners. So being able to defeat a tailed beast in the terrain which clearly gives it the advantage is extremely hard feat to accomplish.

"He is that strong???" asked Pain while staring intently at Obito to answer the question he asked.

"Even i would stand a change against him if he were to catch me off-guard ,so yeah he is very strong. Anyway inform Kakuzu and Hidan to go and capture the 2-tails and also do so while not alerting the Kage of Kumpgakure." saying so he wrapped away.

"Konan, inform both of them to quickly capture the 2-tails and return back.....Konoha is being protected by very strong individuals.....according to what Madara knows about the Great-elder of Konoha, his Sharingan is able to copy abilities of other sharingans that means he can also use the Black-flames which itachi uses...also one of his original abilities allows him to make his opponent unable you use jutsu's which is an extremely bad thing for us....leaving him aside there is also 'The Golden flash of Konoha' who is said to be able to use every kekei genkei and also is unparalleled in manipulation of space-time ninjutsu in all of history....."

"Even without him there is still Sensei with his senjutsu ,that Fugaku Uchiha also hailed as the wicked eye ,Izumi Uchiha who is also profound in using genjutsu, the current Hokage know as the greatest medical jutsu user of this era ,the professor or the god of shinobi,etc. We can't attack Konoha since even with my powers and the whole Akatsuki we still wouldn't be able to capture the 9-tails by force...*sigh* it doesn't matter we will somehow will be able to capture him."

"No matter the cost for peace...." said Pain as he went back to watching the rain. While thinking 'For you Yahiko.....'

Shisui flickered at high speed and arrived at the *Luke Water Lake*. He saw a large beast with 3-tails and a shell covering it's body as it swam inside the lake.

Shisui said an apologetic face "Sorry my friend but I need your chakra 'Genjutsu'...."

After putting the beast in a genjutsu he quickly took out a scroll and sealed an extremely large amount of chakra from the tailed beast who looked very tired at the moment.

Shisui flicked away to return to the hideout and give the scroll of Zetsu. But he didn't notice two people coming out of the forest beside the lake wearing black-white uniforms while covering their face with a hood.

"Let's quickly seal this mythical beast and return since our master told us to be quick with it." Said Gilgamesh.

"Hmm....." hmmmed Enkidu as she summoned extremely long chains which coiled against the beasts body who struggled to break free.

"Hahahahaha...it's useless those with divinity can't break these chains" said Gilgamesh while laughing.

(A/N:-She is genderless according to fate series but according to me she is a she.....not decide who you choose. Also since the Tailed beast are directly connected with the *divine* fruit ,they can't break Enkidu's heaven & hell sealing chains. I have given this name myself. )

After some times the beast slowly got smaller and smaller and finally turned into a stone sculpture of about the size of a PS-4.

Gilgamesh tossed the sculpture inside his Treasury as both he and Enkidu disappeared from the place.
