"Well that was intense….wasn't It.???" Asked Tsuchikage while floating mid-air as his subordinates were standing beside him on full alert after seeing all that has happened today at the summit. They didn't know that Danzo would be such a heartless and cold individual.

Even though there are many people who could stoup as low as Danzo they still wouldn't experiment on the dead bodies of their own village clans men neither would they kidnap kids with no backing and force them into becoming shinobi serving the village ,for the greater good, etc.

Even Kirigakure wasn't so extreme....

"Humph....people like him deserves to suffer for eternity, killing even the newborns and infants are just too extreme measures." Said the Raikage. Many are intimidated due to his figure and power but even so, inside all that meat and bones, is a big heart; Raikage is actually a nice person who cares very much about his village people and brother BEE, the Jinchuriki of the 8-tails.

"Where is the masked man who took away the kid.???" Asked Raikage as he spread his senses outwards covering the whole area while trying to search for Sasuke who was taken away by Shisui well Danzo decided to kill everyone with him.

"Ohh….you don't need to worry about Sasuke-san ,Raikage but there is something that I do want to discuss with you all present here." Came a voice as space suddenly started to twist around and a figure revealed itself. He was carrying an Unconscious Sasuke while where a rippled-pattern mask and Black overcoat with red clouds on it.

"Who are you and want is your relationship with Akatsuki???." Asked Mei after seeing the costume that the newcomer wore while being on high alert as Sasuke was very precious to Ichizu even more than herself and Tsunade, though it maybe true that Ichizu didn't spend much time with Sasuke but that was because of the stupid *Destiny-laws* and he couldn't interfere much but still he gave Sasuke many jutsu scrolls and even recorded himself performing those jutsu for Sasuke in a scroll ,secretly sending them to Sasuke using his snakes under the risk of being found out by Orochimaru.

"My name is *Madara Uchiha* as for my relation with the Akatsuki…..well it was an organization I created out of necessity to take a step closer to my plans." Said Obito while glancing at Nagato, Konan and Yahiko who were representing the *Hidden rain village*.

Konan had a calm face but inside ,the flames of hatred and fury were burning vigorously. Personally she wanted nothing more than shredding Obito into small pieces but she knew that she couldn't act unrationally and do something deterring to Ichizu's plan.

Nagato was clearly having much more difficulty in keeping his anger in check but he knew that Ichizu has given them a new chance, to live like they once used to do while paying for the sins they committed. He grits his teeth and clenched his fists so hard that blood trailed out of his palm as his finger dug deep inside.

Yahiko was probably the one who was least effected by Obito's words but anyone could see the terrifying cold glint flashing inside his eyes from time to time. He thought 'Ichizu-kun said that we will have our revenge when the time is right ,i hope that it comes soon.'

Though Yahiko was very angry and wanted nothing more than to shred Obito into pieces he still kept calm and acted collected and indifferent to Obito's rants as not only was he the current leader of *Rain-villlage* he was also a participant of the *Nations summit*.

"What exactly is your plan????...." asked Mei with great hostility as she still remembered how Obito manipulated the previous *Mizukage* and also due to him taking Sasuke as an hostage to keep Ichizu in check.

"Before that let me tell you all an old legend about the beginning to the shinobi world A long time ago, the Sage of Six Paths, who possessed the Rinnegan, saved the world from a beast known as the Ten-Tails. After sealing it within himself and becoming its jinchūriki, he harnessed its power. However, upon his deathbed, he feared that the seal would come undone when he passed away and thus used his Creation of All Things Technique to split the chakra of the Ten-Tails into nine tailed beasts, which he scattered across the world. The body of the Ten-Tails, devoid of chakra, became the moon.

Despite most of the kage unwilling to believe in the Sage of Six Paths and the existence of the Ten-Tails, 'Madara' tells them that it is very much true and that he plans to gather all nine beasts in order to recreate the Ten-Tails, at which point he would become its jinchūriki and use its massive chakra reserves to cast genjutsu off the surface of the moon, creating an Infinite Tsukuyomi that would result in him controlling everyone, thus ensuring peace and stability, promising a world without war. However, should the different kage interfere in his plan to amass the Eight-Tails and the Nine-Tails, he would wage a war.

"HAHAHAHA........YOU WANT WAR!!!!!" suddenly laughed Ichizu as he turned to his position after sealing Danzo and stared at Obito with amus.e.m.e.nt.

"Though i would prefer to handle everything with peace and create the 'Ideal' world without anyone's interference ,but if you all didn't cooperate with me then i would have no choice but to wage war on every village present here." said Obito totally unfazed by Ichizu's actions.

"Your demand and goal, both are absurd if you insist on war then i will give you one but the tailed-beasts that you seek for are impossible to give since they are not any tool and slaves of the village but an individual with his own mind and freedom." concluded Ichizu.

"I, as the Hokage am making the stance of Konoha village clear, You want a fight then come on as we wouldn't to handing over our citizen and comrade." said Jiraiya with a loud voice ,making Konoha's stance clear on the matter regarding the handing of Kyuubi.
