Chapter 11 - 11: A Gate Opened Up

"Oh crap, I have school" Lisa rushed out of bed brushing her teeth throwing her school clothes on.

She grabbed her things before leaving her apartment. Fighting so many battles in a row earlier had left her feeling fatigued. The only thing that was on her mind was sleeping in her bed. Now she was in a hurry to reach school on time. This was a daily mission issued by the system one of the easiest in fact.

It did not take long before Lisa arrived in front of the school's gate. This time she didn't sense immense magical aura like before. Walking ahead she arrived at her classroom entering completing the mission. She went to her disk. She felt a tap on her shoulder. She turned her head. It was the same boy from yesterday.

"I forgot to introduce myself yesterday I'm James. You are?"

"Lisa Sanchez. Nice to meet you James" Lisa stretched her hand out reaching for a handshake.

"Well if we're saying our full name mine's, James Harden. Nice to meet you too Lisa" James reached out shaking her hand.

'System' Lisa said in her mind.

Seeing his status Lisa was surprised. No wonder he was able to sense her aura without being affected before. He was even as strong as her in terms of level that is. Unfortunately for Lisa, she didn't level up from just arriving at school like yesterday. She only got Exp.

The classroom door suddenly slides open as Sensei Li stepped in. He walked in front of the podium. The students got up and greeted him.

"Good morning class. Today we will be attending the principles inauguration. Follow me please" saying that he turned around and walked out the classroom with the students following behind him.

Lisa was looking forward to seeing a former SS rank hunter in person. Following closely behind the rest of the students it didn't take long before she arrived in a huge stadium filled with other students. This stadium is used by the school to host various events. Today it would be used for the inauguration.

On the stage, Lisa saw the teacher's gathered. That's when sensei Li stepped up to the podium.

"Good morning student's. I'm sure your all looking forward to seeing our new principle. Well here he comes"

A man appeared wearing a purple Japanese kimono with a black cloak attached to it. This man had long golden hair with it being black in the back. He had golden eye's and black ink-like markings could be seen around them and in his hair.

Discussion started taking place between the students. While Lisa was looking at him in shock. She knew exactly who this was he was the Supreme Commander of the Nura clan. But why would the Nurariyon be doing in the world of magic? She couldn't help but ask the system and the answer she got was.

The system was right. The principal introduces himself as Nurariyon a former SS rank hunter from Japan. He didn't go into detail as to why he quit being a hunter but he did say why he became a principle. His reason being was that he liked being a role model for the younger generation. Giving them guidance when needed.

"As your principal promise I'll do this school justice" he gave a speech which was really inspiring.

Even Lisa started to feel pride in her school. Listening to the words of her school's new principal she felt motivated to do her best. After that Lisa went back to her classroom listening to various discussions about the new principle. She was also interested in him and wanted to fight him. She wanted to experience the gap between them in strength and experience.

In class, she was gazing out the window on to the PE field and that's when it happened.

"Is that a gate?" she saw a blue gate open up as on high arc stepped out.

Thinks we're about to get bloody!
